The layout is very nicely organized and very easy to use and navigate. As for the locating the position when clocking is terrible. Sometimes it works great, the next day it says you're not within 250ft of the location, or it can't find your location. Restarting the phone works occasionally, opening Google maps helps some of the time, other wise the admin has to log you in. When the app tells you, you need to be 250ft from the location, the maps accuracy is 50/50.

Great way to keep track of your work schedule and the hours you are receiving for the week without worrying about mixing up times and dates. Swapping and dropping shifts as well as picking up shifts are super easy to achieve with a few simple clicks. Messaging co-workers as well as your managers on this app is an easy and simple way of communicating without the need of a personal phone number or email.

Great but missing features... I initially had an iPhone with when I work on it. It was great because I could clock in on my phone but sadly there's no such thing on the Android version. I also likes the looks of the apple version much more for some reason. Don't know why developers can't just make the same app across both platforms but I feel like they really dropped the ball on this one. Hoping some updates come soon!

I like this app well enough. It works well on the phone. Some of the gestures don't make sense. I wish swiping on the schedule portion would change the dates instead of which schedule is shown. I also wish there was a way to export the calendar for a calendar app on mobile. Kind of annoying to have to go use a computer to do so

I love having an app that contains everything I need for scheduling. But, it is not as intuitive as it could be. When an employee drops a shift, they are still responsible to be there unless another emoyee pucks up that shift. That is confusing. Also, emoyees set their preferences on certain days and can make themselves unavailable, but that doesn't really mean anything because the scheduler will still schedule them. You MUST read the help pages to understand the confusing words.

Works great on a computer. Workchat on the app is not dependable, and won't load the majority of the time. There is no weekly schedule overview option for the app, which makes it difficult to navigate. I prefer to only use this site on my computer. I just feel bad for the employees that only have phones to run it on.

I love the ability to see and change my schedule. It makes it easy to swap shifts with coworkers. I can see everyone working on the shift and potential trades. Very user friendly. I wish I could see month by month when I'm picking up shifts though. It's hard having just a two week at a time in the screen when it's a quick dash to pick up shifts.

Great concept and convenient, but sooo buggy on Android. It constantly will open itself while I'm doing other things (usually when I'm switching between data and wifi), and then the workchat WILL NOT post pictures for me 90% of the time, I just get failure to deliver. I've tried it on both of my Android phones with the same result. This is very problematic as I am manager, and if I'm trying to post pictures it's because it is important that my employees see them

This app does not work properly on the Samsung galaxy s8. I have sent emails that have not been responded to, as well as reported bugs. I have missed out on potentially thousands in revenue because of the problem. Secondly it is shocking that the app cannot sync with google for scheduling, it is a major pain in the ass. I dont reccomend this for your business unless there is no other option.

Let's me clock in and out. Easy to use interface. Cool features. It's so buggy. 50% of the time WIW can't tell you are at your work place because of a GPS/Location bug. Frequent hangups. New bug where, in schedule view, "dots" in your schedule view identifying your workdays in a week aren't showing properly. Need to reinstall the app if you want to see updated employee icons. There's just too many bugs.

This app is awesome, but does have some room for improvement. Sometimes I have struggled with my availability not accepting input and it will allow "available" and the same time as "unavailable" showing the gray and green dot on the calender which can confuse an employer so one may lose a shift. Perhaps a warning would be useful to avoid this. Also, a number shows in the icon often, but in opening the app, I'm not sure why. An in-app notifications section would be helpful. Huge plus: no ads!

Super buggy all the time. Work chat feature useless because there's always "server issues" so it can't be viewed. Horribly developed. Thanks developer, I know that fixes things, but it only works momentarily. Pretty much a day later and the issue comes back. I rather the app be developed well from the start than have to manually account for its issues.

Started out good, then has gone downhill since I've had it. Now it makes it look like my phone is having a seizure, then makes it hard to deal with while working. I've had to reboot my phone twice and now I'm lucky if I can open it and it not mess my phone up. And I keep getting an error message. I've checked for updates on everything, did a system update on my phone, and its not helping

Running Android 6.0. I would make the Take Shift button accessible without having to right click for more options. EDIT: Thanks for responding. Thinking further, if you make the Take Shift function accessible without right clicking, an "Are you sure?" dialog box would be helpful. Some employers assign a high volume of shifts and dislike having to re-offer shifts taken in error. Also in case the employer doesn't ask for confirmation.

It's a well-made app and does what you'd expect it to. The web interface is nicely laid out and easy to use, too. A bit more expensive than Homebase, but you get what you pay for. For example, Homebase allows shift trades/swaps between employees, but it doesn't limit the shifts people can trade into, which makes no sense. When I Work has basic things like that covered.

This app is used for work. Being a scheduler etc it sucks!! Works great on a computer/tablet not a good app on phones. Unfortunately all my staff have issues!!! You can't even set the correct time zone. The app sets it to what it wants. Way too many issues. It was a struggle as is getting all staff on the same page!! Please fix these issues or just delete permanently.

It seems like since the last two updates, this app has been incredibly slow, whether on my PC and my android cell phone (LG). It does not update the team schedule, my shifts or dropped shifts quickly, so by the time you see them, they've already been assigned to someone else. Workchat seems to be a little faster. This app seems to work, generally speaking, a little better with iphones.

The app has alot of great features... when they work. My employer uses this app for scheduling and communicating with staff. While those are great features, the messenger component is almost ALWAYS down. This causes a breakdown of staff communication, as many messages are consequently missed, not received in a timely manner, or not able to be sent at all. This app has great potential, but features need to be accessible and functional.
