The Phoenix leverages the power of social connection and an active lifestyle to help people heal from trauma and overcome substance use disorder. Our community provides a way out of the isolation, shame, and hopelessness that often fuel addiction; we believe in people until they can believe in themselves.

ACTIVITIES
From strength training and HIIT to yoga and meditation and beyond, members can find activities and events across the country and online. Take that first step towards supporting your recovery, finding your inner strength, and beating addiction.

In Person - Sign up for in-person activities held by local instructors happening in your area. All classes are free of charge with 48 hours of continuous sobriety.

Live Streaming - Reserve a spot for live classes and events with members from across the country from the comfort of your home.

On Demand - Get moving with a range of classes for all skill levels anywhere at any time.
