I like this app, it is very useful for Tik Tok and Instagram content but I wish it had more options when it comes to adding music to your video vlog. it would be great if people can go to the search bar and find music of their choice, not the pre-selected one. And this is the only reason why I don't give it a five-star; other than that it's a cool App.

Alr, so it's a pretty good app, has alot of things right, but there are 2 things I wish you guys would fix/introduce. First being able to fade in and out music. And the other thing is when I turn on fade text option, any audio in my project will get bass boosted A TON. Like it's earrape. pls fix this but other than that good app.

I'd give 0 if I could. The app itself runs way too slow to even get anywhere, and then chops up the audios horribly to the point of where you get lagging for music. Turned half of my videos into slow motion even tho I tried putting them to regular or even maximum speed. There's no transition options between the videos or images. I had better luck using a cheap video editor in middle school :/

It's a great app but I wish it had transitions for overlays and text and I also wish it had an option to use a green screen. I wouldn't even have splice if capcut didn't stop working for my phone. So if any of the techs read this from splice, please consider adding these features Edit: I got a notification saying someone responded to my review but there is nothing here.

The app is really useful and has great features however after the most recent update it started glitching and crashing. Half the time it will show a black space instead of the video I've uploaded and even if I delete and reupload that segment it still remains black. Edit - for whatever reason the second video in a sequence is always a blank screen.

Almost perfect! Minimal lag and easy to use, reminds me of CapCut. Only downside is that I couldn't find the opacity at all, and there was no article on the website to help, so I'll have to use another app to do overlays. But it is now making me update, even though I just downloaded it, so I hope it helps. 8/10

I've made my first video with this app and it works very well! absolutely love how everything I need is free at the push of a button, it all works wonderfully for a small creator like me! UPDATE: After the latest update, Splice refuses to let me fully download the videos I edit. The download time always stops either directly in the middle or three quarters of the way through, then crashes. I had faith in this app, please fix it

I love this app and have been using it over powerdirector because its so much easier to use. I will say the other has more features though, like better intro options/text options etc. Splice keeps growing though and it's easily a favorite! I would love more text effects (changing color/font in the same box, highlights etc.) More nerdy music and derpy music would be great too. Maybe I'm missing it, but an easy way to support Splice from in app? (Sub/patreon?)

This app was great, I edited a dance cover I made pretty easily with little to no editing experience. However- I could not find a download option. There seems to be an upload option but you have to buy premium for that. Maybe I'm just not seeing the download button, but I'm definitely not paying for premium just to download my video :/

I did a search for free video editor with 4 stars or more. Installed this because it at right at it top of the list. As soon as I opened it, it wanted me to do a trial. The other options are all purchase prices with no free option at all. I Uninstalled it. Pretty low to include this by keyword or tag as free when it's so far from free they don't even allow you to use it unless you pay period.

I've used it for a few years and it's just gone downhill. I used to use this app constantly when I was doing YouTube videos and for the videos for my company, however, in the last couple of months it has stopped working for the most part. I will open up the app, import a video, and the video won't play. I'll try and put words onto the video and they will remain blurry - I can't move them, or change the size either. Along with that - the app crashes almost every time I use it now.

Best free mobile video editor! Best part is no watermark and high quality export for free. Perfect for a quick trim/splice and speed adjustment. I couldn't figure out how to adjust the crop after selecting "fill" but everything else was very intuitive. I would have liked to drag the cropped vid to adjust what part gets cropped off.

It's an amazing fanominel app. I have had it for 1 week and almost made 100 videos out of my whole gallery. I have a kind of phone that doesn't work the same as iPhone so I think splice helps a lot when comes to making videos. It is really good for tiktok or YouTube but I only use it for fun. It is so fun to use there music is the best. The only flaw about this app is when you have to write long texts in the video it only let's do short texts. I think this app is great and easy to use whenever.

Why is the add music button broken?? Just downloaded this app and it first glance it looks very easy to use but when I try to add music it doesn't do anything. I select the song I want and tap the "add" button but it never appears on my project. Holding out because I'm hoping this problem will be fixed immediately and I will still be able to finish my project without switching to another app.

Splice is INCREDIBLE! I would easily pay money for this editing app. I started filming videos on my phone and was looking for editing software that saved videos in 4k. Other editing softwares were saving grainy or blurry videos. I now film on a camera and I still prefer to transfer the videos to my phone and edit them in Splice. They are constantly making updates. When I first downloaded it, there was no ability to fade music in and out. They now have that feature and a whole library of sounds.

this is actually better than the previous editor I've been using (Quik) and I'm so glad I found it. this runs smoother than Quik and exports videos faster even if it's long, and the audio/videos sync up better, the videos come out the way I want them too. only thing I'd add are cool effects like maybe glitchy or trendy ones, more filters, and a better video cropping system, I wish you could actually like change the dimensions but it just makes it smaller only. great app tho

i installed this for a large project which came out to almost 12 hours. works great to cut videos together, but the timeline is way too small. i could only zoom out to 30 second increments which made it very time consuming to review each clip. the export time is insane. it would have taken 12 hours to save the video in HD, and you can't close the app or use any other apps during the process. I'll just find one that's faster and easier to use.

Absolutely love! I am not an expert, but with this free version app, it make me look like one. It is the easiest & has the most available options that I have seen through about a dozen different apps. I have a GoPro and they have an app for you to use called Quik but it's horrible, I like the features but it locks up all the time, get to the end of what you're doing you've spent 2 days on & it will delete. So if you want your videos to look professional then this is the app for you!
