Used to be really excellent, you could add photos and it used to produce a nice video. Unfortunately now you can't export out a video without paid pro version. Too many adverts as well for every button press

I had paid for annual subscription but my account is still not recorded as premium or VIP member. The ads kept popping out and I could not use it well. Please fix it! I did make a payment!!!

I have made the 1 year subscription payment but I'm not able to leverage the premium feature. There is no option in the app to contact the merchant. Very disappointing!! Can anyone help on this ??

I recently noticed that my account was charged [8,292.00 naira] ,[29/08/2023] without my consent after cancelling my free trial 2 day prior to the due date. I did not initiate or authorize this transaction, and I have not used the app or its services during that time frame. I am quite disappointed with this attitude. I would like this matter to be treated with urgentcy. Thank you YOU PEOPLE ARE STILL NOT GETTING THE PROBLEM, I WAS CHARGED AFTER ALREADY CANCELLING THE FREE SUBSCRIPTION DAYS BEFOR

Definitely would recommend for people who love to make short videos and their templates are just wonderful. I would only wish for the happy birthday template to be changed from time to time instead of it just being girly.

I thought templates were for a quick edit with good transitions (like in GoPro Quik 2 years ago). But the templates were full of cartoon and text. Removed the app.

Developers aren't willing to help when it comes to issues with charges. I tried to reach them several times as I was charged 25.00 before my three day trial was up. I never got a reply. Don't do the trial if your aren't totally sure you want the subscription. ** in response to your response. You completely ignored what I said. And STILL DIDNT ACKNOWLEDGE YOU CHARGED ME DURING MY TRIAL.

It was good until a bug started happening where the beginning of a clip cannot be trimmed. If I try, that part just moves farther on in the clip and more is trimmed from the end. Please fix ASAP####### EDIT: This is not the case for the actual 'trim' function, but the studio and edit modes with multiple clips

I pay the monthly subscription and I am super disappointed that I cannot export in 1080 HD anymore. It is listed as one of the features for VIP and it is not giving me the option. By the time I make the video and then upload it to my Facebook account it looks terrible. 1080 made it look awesome. Is this going to change? I love this app and have recommended it to countless friends, but this is super frustrating.

i really loved this app until last week it updated and now I lost a lot of features! the music I had downloaded is gone, I can no longer add my own image as stickers, also I can not use my remote to record in the app! This really hinders my videos as I do a ton of events and do videos of kids so there is not a lot of second chances! Before update this app was awesome please restore lost features!!

I really like your app. It helped me put my pictures into a video. The problem I had was that when I went back to unselect some photos it would stop responding. I had to exit the app and restart it. However, it did exactly what I needed and I am very happy. I will give 5 stars if that issue is fixed. I have tried 3 other apps to do this and this is the only one that was smooth and easy to use and actually had the features I needed.

I went to Studio to view previous videos I've drafted and every time I clicked to play one, it deleted it with a message "this video has been deleted." This app was great when it was working, but now it absolutely does not work. Please help me recover my drafts! I put hours and hours of work into them!

Had to correct some audio for a video I have so after that I uploaded the 28 minute video, then I uploaded the corrected audio to the video. I did this 3 times, each time I did this the audio and video were out of sync. I have edited shorter videos and they work decent but do not attempt any editing involving audio overlay if the video is long. 1 star.

I would give this application a 4 if I could only export my videos to my gallary or YouTube. Exporting stops at 80 percent. It use to completely export. Without the ability to export, the app is useless. It also doesn't give you the option to play specific video sound of certain parts with background music. You either have complete music or set volume of video so u can hear both music and movie lines through out the entire video. I sent an email on the issue and no response.

Am really impressed with this app, has a lot of components to create a fantastic video with a new design, has music to choose from, has a pretty decent selection of stickers for free. I couldn't find how to edit the video title, would be nice if users could upload their own music, gives 10 stars!

I haven't been able to make a single video yet and I've been paying for it for many months, I Want a REFUND. IT WON'T KEEP THE PARTS IN ORDER!! Huge program with easy controls but it's way too cramped on a phone for large projects. For large videos the scroll bar through the video is way too tiny and when you select files they are all out of order, can't delete parts of split videos, and if you hit back to many times you'll lose your draft.

Have the pro version and I'm having issues with video export quality videos are becoming pixelated and distorted even when doing 1080P export. I use other video editing programs With no issues. I've sent numerous emails to support with no answer hopefully they Provide a fix or a refund. This app was awesome , I opted to pay the pro version of $29 a little steep but it worked better than every other app I could find and I had to get rid of the ads they would play even when the app wasn't open
