Infuriating trying to upload and edit shorts. Last time, it let me add an audio. This time, it won't. It's incredibly inconsistent. If you add the audio in an outside app, you get flagged for copyright. You can't win. Going back to tiktok, unfortunately. Also, $12 for premium isn't worth it for the features you get. Canceled it after about a week and started paying for Pandora Premium.

Still a major disappointment for entertainment, but useful for finding information if you don't mind the 5-20 seconds of your time being wasted on ads. Just encountered a bug where my screen was stuck playing the video. My home button and back button stopped working, nor could i access my recent apps. I couldn't open my settings, edit a screenshot. I could only turn on and off the screen and turn up and down the volume. Luckily i used a feature on my home screen to restart the phone.

YouTube used to work as it should've and without any problems, but for the last two weeks or so there are some issues with bugs and crashes my phone several tomes. but when ads play and there are more than one ad the first ad plays normally but the second ad doesn't play and instead the video plays but if I click anywhere in the video a chrome window opens up as if I clicked on the second ad wanting more info. Try to fix the bugs and when you get it working right, don't fix it if it isn't broken

This apps functionality has gone down over the years. There are many bugs with Google maps, there seems to be a conflict between Google maps minimized view and YouTubes minimized view. Also, I experience a loss in audio in my Bluetooth devices pretty often only with this app and it is resolved by closing and opening the app. This is very frustrating.

I use this app often to watch video essays and study material, and the history feed has been so inaccurate. I don't see recently watched videos at all and it only shows videos I've watched from DAYS ago, and not even all of them. It makes back tracking to rewatch content really difficult. Also, when I'm on mobile, when I'm rotating the screen, it doesn't seem to work right like 30% of the time and gets stuck on a minimized screen or in the wrong orientation.

I mean... I like YouTube but it's such a monopoly that there isn't really any point of comparison. So, compared to nothing it's pretty good...if you pay to keep the advertising away. I do have to knock some stars off for poor accessibility. It awkwardly grays out the screen or leaves the play/pause button on in front of the video*all the time* if you have text to speak turned on. So if you have trouble reading, you will also have trouble viewing. Thx for that.

The latest update has caused issues with video playability, in that videos won't play; I just get the spinning "buffering" wheel. This doesn't have anything to do with my internet connection since I am at home and 10 feet away from my router. Someone needs to fix this issue immediately! As an aside, I have a suggestion regarding the playlist queue option that is available for premium members like myself. I think we should be able to save our queue so that we can come back to it at a later time.

It's a decent app you can easily upload videos and watch a nearly infinite amount of ever expanding content and access a large library of movies. There are a lot of ads and the number has increased over the years and the removal of the dislike button makes it difficult to tell if a video is worth watching or not as well as some bad customer service and the near impossibility of getting in contact with a real person make the app not nearly as good as it could be.

With the latest update, the queuing feature is broken. Anytime I try to make a queue and it moves onto the next video in the queue, the app stops loading things and I have to restart the app and queue all the videos I planned to watch again. This is very annoying when I'm in the middle of doing something and want some stuff to play in the background while I do it. Please fix this or at least let us save a queue to watch later so that we can't pick up where we left off.

The ever increasing frequency of ads has become unacceptable. Not to mention the number of ads per ad break has gone up dramatically and made most of them unskippable, sometimes you have to wait 40 seconds to skip, and if you're really lucky you'll get the old skip after 5 seconds. Sometimes an ad break will start immediately after the previous one ended, giving me a fraction of a second of the video I actually want to watch in between and endless stream of corporate garbage.

Works somewhat decent. It's frustrating though, that when I get notifications for a video that's been released from a channel I subscribe to, I click on "watch later" to add it to my watch later list, and it's a hit or miss as to whether it actually makes it there. Then when I try to reorder the list, or delete them off the list when they've been watched, I get hit with a "sorry, there's been a problem" notice very often.

It keeps having weird stuff happen, like sometimes it will freeze, and no matter what, i can't get my screen to change unless i restart my phone. Also, the border and skip ad button appears most of the time, while the regular video i clicked on plays. Although it is pretty peaceful not having to deal with 50 billion ads... maybe dont fix that part, lol

You have an entire page for recommendations. Each individual page has a section for more recommendations. A search bar is not a place for recommendations on a platform already bloated with recommendations. Also, those Tik Tok commercials are still annoying.. And don't ever max out a playlist, because then when you go to save for another one it will just say 'max exceeded' without giving you the option to actually save it to the playlist you want.

You think that a company owned by Google, a company literally known for being a search engine, would have figured out a search bar, but no. Often times I will search for something, and the results have NOTHING to do with what I searched. Playlists don't load as they should. Music videos start from the middle of the video, because no on would ever want to start a song from, I don't know... the beginning? Randomly changes my volume without my permission, the problems go on and on with this app.

This app developed a problem on the last couple updates. When you touch the screen the controls come up over the video and don't disappear after a few seconds like they used to. Or be able to just tap the screen and they disappear, They will stay on screen until you hit the X at the top right. Pretty inconvenient to have play controls that refuse to leave your screen.

The don't recommend channel option still doesn't work all the time. they're ads are most of the time in a different language so not useful for those who don't know the language. On Xbox YouTube is super buggy and either the audio won't work, the video won't work, or a specific video won't play at all. This has been going on for awhile and I assumed it was my Xbox until I talked to other users about it. I wouldn't mind it but the bugs are often and random

Why does the YouTube app keep crashing every time I want to edit a comment? It lags, then freezes, and then my only option is to completely close the app, restart, and then try to edit again. I can barely get one word typed before it starts lagging all over again. It takes 5 or 6 tries just to edit 1 or 2 words. So annoying :( This has been going on for a week. There's no updates being offered, so my app is current. Y'all have been around way too long for this to be an issue. Get it together.

My keyboard keeps freezing and its getting to the point where I don't even want to use the app. Why does this keep happening? The catch was cleared, the app has been updated and it still keeps happening. I also have an issue with suggested videos with things I'd never watch and things I've already watched. And my feed is full of these videos! Whhhyyyy???? Rumble doesn't do this and I'm so ready to just cancel my YouTube plan.
