Can't schedule posts in this app unless thier new posts what happened to being able to schedule drafts from mobile. Facebook is getting more and more useless. You forced me onto your new user interface, you could've just added dark mode to it. But no, you wanted to force everyone onto the material design bullcrap. Not cool facebook. You ruined instagram as well. This app doesn't have half the functionality they say it does.

Always takes at least 2 or 3 tries to upload a video. Most are 5 to 15 minutes long at most. And is missing important features like tags. #Update 11-20-2020 App is worse after update, 3rd time trying to upload, nothing happening. Stuck on "Saving as draft" for the 3rd time. I am on a Pixel 3 uploading on a business cable based internet connection. Uploaded to Youtube in excellent time. 10 minutes, still no progress on upload. Come on Facebook, this should not be. Very disappointed.

I tried it again today and uploading is slow plus I can't see the progress bar of upload. So my video upload was uploaded twice because I don't see the status of it in the app, had to delete the other one. Even saving a draft and scheduling a video post took so much longer that I had to cancel it. Please add uploading in background with progress so we can still see it even after hiding the app.

Wow. Still as terrible as every other app that Facebook has developed for businesses. ALL I WANT IS TO GET NOTIFIED WHEN SOMEONE MESSAGES MY BUSINESS! I tried this latest one in the hope it would solve it, but no. Despite many many discussions on the Internet about this, nobody at Facebook seems to have solved it. They want businesses to place ads with them, yet they don't support the business when there is a problem.

Not too bad for first version, looking forward to an upgraded one though. It's very clear that we digital managers have a problem we badly want the Facebook team to live which is scheduling posts to Instagram. We really that feature to make the best of this app. Thank you.

Not sure what is wrong with app. It won't update and show my actual watch time. I'm trying to monitize my channel and I've searched the app everywhere for where to do so. Maybe it's just the way it integrates with my phone but I've watched videos of other people using this app successfully. My screen just doesn't look the same. I've read all the how to tutorials on it.

It is made only for facebook and only if you own a page. I downloaded it for instagram statistics but nope, there is no option for that. Also, the desktop version for instagram works but ONLY on PC. If I try to connect to app's web page from my phone it doesn't work at all -just a blank page that lasts forever.

On the full site, I could access both my Instagram and Facebook page which are set up for business and connected. On the app, I could only access Facebook. The help instructions I found (click the Instagram icon at the top to access Instagram) didn't apply to the app, there was no icon. Until I can figure out how to access both, this isn't useful for me and I'll go with another solution.

The app cannot access my Android 10 phone's gallery. Hence, I can't post Pictures and Videos. However, my Android 9 device works well with this app though. Cannot create polls for my page's audience, can't manage my store inventory. The only options available for posting are video, photo, live and text. That's not much for a "Creator!"

Maybe a little suggestion for the future updates.... It would be great if you would consider to integrate inastagram into the app, just as it is in desktop version. It would be also incredible to be able to schedule posts via the app not just look at the statistics. I am sure a lot of people would appreciate it.

Although it provides statistics, facebook really should think about an app that really can work around the page. I can't upload several videos on my page, not using this app, no using the page manager. It is frustrating! So many people using facebook page yet you won't give us a decent app to manage them. I also think it's useless to rant here, the developer never read people's opinion anyway.

Short answer, this is great for detailed analytics, but horrible for everything else that you were hoping to find in this app. The features I'm looking for (and expecting by downloading this app) that are missing: • Can't schedule/manage IG posts like on the desktop version. • No pages feed. • Sloppy, anti-streamlined, confusing layout of menus, features. Those are the main things, you'll find more. My recommendation - you don't need this app, stick with the Pages Manager app, which sucks too.

Hi Team, Though this application works good for me though here are few recommendations to add upon 1) Why for instagram feature we don't have reel option, we have only post or igtv. Please add that too. 2) While posting instagram videos via this app, once it is being posted or scheduled, its not showing in history, seems like there is problem with the filter. I tried both desktop application and mobile application as well. Please work on these two features.

This app helps me carryout out lot functions, that the official Facebook app wouldn't let me do - like adding of thumbnail(s). But, one issue I've got is: at times, uploading contents make my head ache. So many times, the app stops, restarts the uploading process all over again. And that consumes my time, data and battery life! Please, dear creator; kindly work on this app. Thanks.

Nothing in it loads! I've been trying to give this app a chance at various intervals now for a years but nothing ever loads. Not insights, posts, comments...nothing! It's literally a useless app. The only thing I can see are a few random notifications. Facebook is every SMM's nightmare for a million reasons and Creator Studio (both app and desktop version) keep proving that. I wish it was getting the attention we need it to have from it's development team.

Perfect app to showcase your creativity with videos & pictures. Features include scheduling posts, area for descriptions, editing. Makes it easier to post pics. Highly Recommended. Since Inception, Facebook has increased functionality, upload speeds, accuracy with pictures and text. Consistency is the key.

This app doesn't work at all. It won't let me connect my Instagram account. When referencing the support guides for this issue, they provide instructions that are not compatible with the app. For example, telling me to press buttons that don't even exist. This app is useless and I have no idea how to access the features I am supposed to have on my Instagram business account.

can't make reels. so useless toward the bonus program tracking. doesn't have accounting for stats nor revenue generation on each video. needs to show what is currently generating bonus and what's not. lots of purpose that intended but left out on this app. as is, one can just use the FB platform itself and avoid having yet another pointless app to navigate.
