It varies from workouts that the app chooses every other day (or the amount of times you choose to workout) JUST FOR YOU after taking a quick little quiz. They have workouts or exercises that you can do on your own when ever you want.

I’ve been using the app for a couple weeks now, and I absolutely love it so far. Has a lot of flexibility. Huge library of exercises and workout routines. Just this morning I was feeling lazy and gave up halfway through my workout. After I pressed the button to quit the work out, I was asked if I needed some extra motivation. I clicked OK and was so surprised to see a video of a celebrity (I won’t tell you who!) shouting at me, telling me not to give up, and it really worked. I finished my workout. So cool!

I’m a full time working single mom who can never find anytime with 3 kids (3 crazy daughters lol) to head to the gym. But with this app, I am able to get a full workout while the kids are sleeping at night and a quick workout before the kids get up in the morning without leaving the comfort of my home. Ifs awkward going from standing to floor exercises. But I enjoy the simplicity and the go at your pace feature. It helps as I strengthen myself with every phase thanks for putting great effort for a person like me who is making steps toward exercise.

I’ve needed to workout for years but never found a motivation that could help me commit. Gyms didn’t work and working out with friends didn’t work either. So, I just stopped trying. My son said try it (a 12 year old) lol, and now I have set an alarm for my workout 5 days a week! I enjoy it, but so does my body. By the way, I speak of the free full body version. I will be purchasing the yearly subscription! I look forward to my workouts.

This app is so great. It’s amazing for beginners and it has so many free programs with explanations and instructions for whoever is trying to do them. The daily exercises are also great if somebody doesn’t have a specific program in mind. It’s literally the best app I’ve tried!

This workout app is soo good. It has workouts for each part of the body like arms, abs, cardio, HIIT and more. It has three stages: beginner, intermediate, and advanced. You can even request new workouts. I just wish it included weights in some of the workouts. FIVE STARS.

Just started but the demonstrations of the workouts are done very well. I felt motivated enough to just push through because most of it was short bursts of activities instead of repeating one thing 20 times or whatever. But so far it seems very promising

I wish there could be an option to have the app count reps. Like if there was a bottom for it on every exercise. Maybe an option for motivation talk during the workout. Over all love the app. Great variety of workouts.

Great content, super helpful, good rhythm. I was amazed at how well it worked for me. I do recommend starting from the beginner level unless you are already use to working out several times per week, and also depending on what you work on most.

This app is perfect for me! Free , easy to follow, challenging, and motivating. I have three kids and I teach all day. Sometimes I use this for a quick on the spot workout at home between activities or as a 7 minute addition to a walk around the neighborhood. When you can’t find time for the gym, this works great!

I have two babies and literally no time to myself! These workouts are quick and get your heart rate up! They don’t take too much time and I can literally do them while watching my kids play in the backyard... I even encourage them to do the exercises with me and they think it’s a game! The challenges are great too to give you focus on those areas your really want to see results in! Love this app!

I got this app because I couldn’t find any routine that I could firmly stick to and I was always feeling sluggish. The first day I tried it I felt lighter and more energetic!
