Installed app but can't even get past the create password screen as no matter what I put in it says criteria not met even though it most certainly is. Oh well, delete!

Worked the following day, didn't realise it needed to be registered and then take so long with everything being instant these days ..including the app knowing I had the points and had registered . Any way thanks for response I will save another year's worth now for next time I come unstuck ! Jim

Won't let me log in. When I press the log in button it just throws "Something went wrong. Try again." How about you try again to make a functional mobile app Sainsbury's? Running Android 14 on a Pixel 8 Pro.

This app used to be excellent... until they made the same mistake so many companies do: tried to fix something that wasn't broken. Now, since recent updates intended to "improve it" it takes an absolute age to load after opening and today just won't work at all. I've tried deleting it, reinstalling and rebooting my phone. Nope, I now can't even log in - it just says "something went wrong, please try again". Why couldn't you leave the app as it was when it worked perfectly?

Update: support eventually fixed it by asigning a new nectar card number, meaning all points I had on the other one are gone. At least the app works...most of the time. Original review: Useless. Can't sign in, throws an error after entering the security code. Contacted support, but they can't check the account unless I provide them the nectar card number. Which is in my f$%£ing account that I can't access!!!!

Well it worked for a while but it logged me off and now won't let me log in. Rang Customer service twice and they couldn't resolve the problem.

App no longer opens. This could be following latest app update or following upgrade to Android 14. It works on another Android device so it may be a compatibly issue with Android 14.

Good features, but the crashes prevent me from using it when I need to do so. I miss out on a lot of promotions because of it.

Not working on Android 14. App just doesn't open, stuck at loading screen. Rolled back to previous version and works. Now working on Android 14. Thanks

Unfortunately it has stopped working. I get a purple flash on the screen and then it's asking to close or stop. This has happened since Android 14.

Logged me out and didn't recognize my credentials to log in. Contacted customer services and told me I had to 're join' having going through the process again. And you can't even use Nectar points to buy alcohol. Definitely not worth the hassle anymore

Whenever I go in a Sainsbury's store and swipe my card, I get the opportunity to win extra points. Except it doesn't work. You open up the app and it tells you that something went wrong and to try again. But you still keep getting the same message. It used to be a good app.

Whilst I can still collect points with my digital card, the app is terrible. It keeps saying my email address is not registered to the account or card. Nectar have been helpful in trying to rectify the issue but nothing has worked.

Great experience, easy to use and navigate, gain points what, in all honesty, is there not to like. Whoever came up with this loyalty scheme certainly earned their pay!!

VERY BUGGY APP which needs updating far too often. Having just updated a couple of weeks ago to get the Veg Challenge to work, now today app has logged me out and won't let me log in again. It says it's sent an authorisation email, but nothing arrives within the 10 minutes validity period. Rubbish!

Receiving repeated "Something went wrong. Try again" screen message when I attempt to Log In. Have uninstalled current app, and reinstalled again from Play Store, to no avail. Advice/Help please.

What a load os rubbish! Everytime I come to use this app I am logged out and have to log back in, problem is my chosen Sainsbury's has no phone signal so end up losing loads of nectar points. Of course I could use the shops WiFi, except to log into that they SMS me a code. But I have no signal to receive the SMS 🤬🤬🤬 Half the time the app doesnt accept my password so I have to reset it, great except the email is on my laptop at home, so I'm stuffed again No bother with Tesco and Asda apps

It is honestly amazing that you've somehow made an app AND a website where it is basically impossible to verify an account. I am genuinely impressed by the level of sheer incompetence on display here, especially from a brand as well established as nectar. Kudos to you this app is the most professional level troll I have seen in a long time.
