My realme air pods 5 is connected to Bluetooth but show disconnected in the app and its very glitchy sometimes it reads and sometimes it doesn't... Everytime i have to wait for few minutes in case to change my settings via app🙃🙂... Disappointed

During the call the surrounding sound will not be cancelled , the packaging says dual call mic voice cancellation , but all of the people that i talk on phone told me its just horrible sound around me.... but when i use it for music the bass is so insane. I love it.

For Motorola mobile the application is not working properly and I am unable to adjust the wallpaper to my realme watch 3 pro. And when connecting both realme watch 3 pro and realme buds air 3 to other brand mobiles when lifting the call from watch I am unable to hear voice from air pods 3. When it is connected to realme mobile it is working fine. If you resolve this the brand should be click and works perfectly and one more thing is to send reply from messages through watch like Samsung.

Overall I've used this app by connecting to the latest Realme T300 earbuds and it's work seamlessly but there are certain con's about this app that when I connect my earbuds each time on app my notification sounds pops up even if I turned on DND which is annoying tbh I still miss some features on this app relating my earbuds and it may come soon if I'm right

The app is very nice with understandable graphics but it takes 2/3 seconds to open and 3/4 seconds to see and modify a device.There is also no pairing animation pop up from the buds air 3 neo but there is an app notification that appears every second to say the device is paired

My reslme buds air 3s device is connected but the app always shows device not connected. It takes a while just to show it is connected and takes more time to change and apply the settings.

one of the worst experience i have face in this apps at the login a security captcha of snell is given. i had tried too many times but always said incorrect match and try again and again , it taken a lot of time. after all I got temper in that situation and finally through it in the dustbin. A goosebumps of that watch

Real me pro 2 watch keeps disconnecting quite often. Not able to open the app, some time it asks for Sign in and crashes and some times app does not even open, it crashes. App takes quite a lot of time to open.

There is no volume option in earbuds if they enable this option then its good and also they should make transperancy mode volume higher and also noise cancelation mode higher then it will be worth for its price and good earbuds and also we will get ear pain for wearing it for long time they should concentrate on clearing this issue also.

Imagine, the pop up is either asking you to cancel or exit and before you can take an action, it takes one for you and shuts you out. I don't see how the update has helped with the bug "fixes".

Most of the time the app says "Device not connected" even though the device is properly connected through blutooth, and you cannot configure any functions of the device like Button Controls or Volume Enhancer etc. It's really annoying, please fix this RealMe!!

With the latest update, the watch doesn't get connected to the app directly unless the app is opened on the phone or kept opened/minimised. Once the app is closed, the watch gets disconnected automatically and no notifications/alerts are received. Can't even login into the app anymore. It always says "come back tomorrow". This should not be even a possibility to get locked out of the app. That means I can't operate my owned realme devices though the app. What kind of nonsense is this? Your apology doesn't even mean anything if this is happening. I feel my money got wasted on realme products. PS: That mandatory HeyTap cloud connection is gonna get your app delisted from play store very soon. That's a bummer.

Terrible tracking with Realme Band 2. Don't know if it's the app or the band who is trash but nothing is accurate. The tracking counts steps while I'm in a car, tracks that I'm sleeping while watching TV or saying I'm sleeping when I woke up in the middle of the night (even walked to grab a drink...). It's totally wrong and useless. I didn't expect super accurate data with such a band but still how is possible to be that bad. Even my phone is doing better.

the latest update didn't actually fixed the bugs,but it seems it actually created more bugs than before, even after being connected the earphones are showing not connected in the app,also the image of earbud is messed up in bluetooth control

App after the latest update is so buggy. Though the buds are connected to the phone, this app still shows that it's not connected and doesn't let us to change the noise control and sound effects

Data not getting synced. Reset the device amd apps numerous times but still problem. Notification are receiving properly. Worst experience ever. 1st September 2023 New issue begin, watch is not giving health reminders. Set the reminder in app and sync it to watch.
