This app is garbage. I have issues with it al the time and I do not even get technical support. The app isn't even compatible with phones and it doesn't even let me install on my laptop. How am I supposed to get my training that I payed for done if the app does not even let me continue. I always have to waste my time and make a call for support and most of the time I don't even get my issues fixed. Even the operator said that the phone app does not work. How the hell am I supposed to work this way? We need a new replacement for this app. ASAP... This is wasting time and money, my money...

Very poor app that struggles with simple things like scrolling through classes. This means I cannot access class content, which is the whole point of the app. Go figure. 😕

Not able to login, I've try to reset the password using app, app sending the link to my email to reset the password, post completed setup a new password, I'm still not able to login when using app while using browser desktop no issue found, currently app complain to stop login and wait until 10 minutes :)

After downloading the app it kept asking for a URL but absolutely nothing worked, even copy and pasting from my employers original email. I have downloaded this app 3 times and all 3 times I have been given the same error message.

I-car makes you download this app and can't even use it to take a course. About all I can seem to accomplish is download a printable copy of testing, clicking on start course now does nothing. Really see no use for this app from a mobile view point.

Had to use this app for a video conference. So all the go.loarn needed to do was start the (already installed) webex app. But instead it started a browser, that showed the helpful error text that webex wasn't supported via the browser.

Not a good app zero stars! It doesn't allow you to login at all! To use i-car on your phone or tablet: go to those 3 dots in the corner that brings up your bookmarks and other options etc when in Google. Check box next to desktop site. Then the mobile app page pops up. Go into your history tab after it pops up and click on the page I-car LMS training. The same page pops up again but, go to 3 dots check box again and reload page. You should see your modules now. FYI I had to do this for Android.

You have to login every time with your full email address and your password it does not have remember me which is very hard when you're driving another of very bad issue is you cannot listen and reduce the screen size so you can have Maps up also you can't use any other apps at the same time argh..!!!

This app is frustrating. It just goes blank with white page. It won't sign out or sign in. It won't display anything...just blank! I updated it hoping it will recalibrate, it still the same thing. Fix this cos it's time wasting!

Hallo, am having problem with accessing Go learn App, logs in but does not display content for 3days now.

Not functional thus far. Trying 3 days to generate download. Our comany IT's seem to think swapping ( training app) something already useful, functioning, friendly and helpful for these 'new' ways are ill infrmed. I see this site has been updated Again! Why? Shouldn't something be tried and proven, bugs worked out before putting on the market? Plus, some of these are harmful to some devices. Thanks.

this app is a pain. I'm trying to watch modules and cant proceed until I take a test after each one. Well I'm in the 3rd one and it wont allow me to take the test!! I've watched and re watched the video to proceed and the the button says press here to take the test and its FROZEN!!! I need to do these in a timely fashion and CANT CAUSE ITS FROZEN. I've deleted and reloaded the app and NOTHING!! Anyone else have any suggestions????

Requires too much troubleshooting, better off using the web browser. Either something is disabled on the admin side and I'm not able to access course material or the app just simply doesn't recognize that I have access.

I've been having nothing but problems. I have an Android and it's been a pain in the butt to try and get all my stuff done. From not playing the videos from having to skip around and not being able to go in order. It's frustrating and taking me much longer then it should.

this is a useless app. login credentials are not in sync in app, on trying to reset password, it sends a link to open app. all in all total waste of time seeing that blueprism has a tie up with this makes bad name and experience for blueprism users also.

Will be happy to change the rating, I can't get onto the site. I completed the registration. Got the confirmation Email but the link sends me to the old site so I can't log in. Since it hasn't been confirmed (I tried before this review) to copy and paste, log on using my credentials; says they are wrong; opening it in my brower and in the app. please either fix this or tell me what I'm doing wrong. I did pit the correct url in so it's not that its the last step before logining in.

This app sucks balls, couldn't even get past the first screen. First, you can't paste the URL into the address bar. Then, it doesn't find the (long ass, btw) url you have to type in. Well, isn't that just glorious?
