Just activated my subscription today. Can't really comment on how well this will work. But the customer service I got through Whatsapp was exceptional. I had trouble setting up the esim and the agent was very patient in helping me out. Will update once I got a chance to try it out.

I have just renewed my plan with Flexiroam after a using it for the first time. I must say that initially it was clunky to set up, but once up and running it really is excellent. But beware, if you have data left at the end of your, you must purchase a similar plan & amount to extend its validity. On a really positive note, the companies online help is probably one of the best I have encountered anywhere. It's fast and with knowledgeable folk dealing with you.

I've been using this for a while now between Canada & the US and it's been great - easy to setup, easy to use and excellent Customer Service on the couple of occasions I needed a question answered (that wasn't already answered in the app or on the website). The options make this a standout - both the technology (options for single SIM, Dual SIM or eSIM), the variety of plans (and frequent specials - thank ye!) and the ability to easily share data. I've used a temporary regional plan, carrier roaming and other "roaming only" SIMs - Flexiroam has built a model with the best balance of pricing and available features! Despite only travelling in North America at this time, I prefer the Global Plans for the Data Rollover - and the fact each time ye add data, it extends the usage period...it would be nice if the Local plans could do this too. The big test will be our annual adventure - travelling from the Great Lakes to the Gulf of Mexico - passing through about 10 states and then travelling all over Louisiana; including some areas outside of major centres! So far, it's definitely, #PyrateApproved

Used to be top. Now it's unreliable and over complicated. It was one sim for everything. A global plan and country plans. Now I don't even know what I need to get data in the country I travel to. Had a 90+ plan and it didn't connect because the country I've been wasn't part of the plan. Now I need a esim for almost every country which doesn't even install. The customer support can't cope with the amount of complaints and I must say good bye.

Rather useless. First, it was frustrating trying to figure out why i was not having a connection. Second, i found out that the data only starts at GMT 00:00 meaning if you're in an Asian country you'd get your data 8 hours after you land. What is the point then?!!! Couldn't get in contact with people after i left the airport and no wifi. And the live help is terrible, the structure of it is frustrating as well.

I haven't used Flexiroam in some years and started using it again recently. Had some problems setting up initially however the WhatsApp support was helpful and we had finally sorted out the issue. Pricing is good and reasonable when purchasing during their monthly sales. I hope in the future the connectivity can be more straightforward instead of taking 2 full days to iron out the issues. However due to their good customer service they deserve 5 stars.

I am here to complain,my phone is not compatible with the esim thing,I had already paid for the package,I canceled it and requested for a refund instead of putting the money into my account you put it in the wallet, how am I supposed to withdraw the money and you have Cleary said that the money can't be withdrawn???????thats STEALING from customers.

Can't register with MasterCard. There are instructions on the website on how to do this type of registration, but there is no option (no button in the app) as mentioned. Very unsatisfied.

I received a physical SIM with the Mastercard promotion, and tried to activate it by following the simple instructions provided. Nothing happened. The app shows it is not connected. What should I do? Where can I find detailed step-by-step guide? By the way, is eSIM QR code issued for free as well? I have not received it.

This app is easy to use when travelling overseas. Data cost very reasonable compared to local network costs. Used it twice in the last six months and will do so again in July. Had a few issues regarding the activation of the e-sim but these were sorted out by WApp messages within an hour. Very good support. Keep in mind that I am in the 60 to 70 year age group

I had an internet issue with my eSIM, but after getting assistance from the customer service team, they provided a new eSIM and detailed instructions for manual APN settings. Within less than 15 minutes, the problem was finally resolved. Good job!
