Do not use if you are a single user. The licenses can only be bought in multiples of 5. It truly is a great product, but do not try the trial version. You can't go back to the free version once you've seen what the full version can do. Hopefully one day they allow single license users. Until then leave it for the larger firms.

I am wainting for the integration of the mobile app with Google Calendar (web version has it). Is there any plan for this? Also another big problem is licencing model: you cannot buy a single user licence. Only 5 users minimum. Otherwise it is a great product.

Horrible interface and app navigation. The desktop ver looks promising though, but I'm looking for an option that is mobile friendly. Uninstalling but hopefully improvements can be made.

Hard to make a mobile app with the same functionality as such a powerful web-based platform. So the app is good for referencing info and quick communication, but you'll want to WORK within the browser interface.

When clicking on Gantt it does not show & gives me a comment to do something. If you want the USER to pay then you should make that clear right in the begin before he opens an account, give data and invests time !!! and not make him do 3,4 or more steps to get what he wants. Your instructions are too complex for a busy manager of today. First you steel data like email phone etc. and then you let him in the dark and he has to explore to get to the features. Customers are not stupid nowadays and such guidance and strategy annoys them and you are losing instead of gaining.

Frustrating, focuses more on what you can't do than what you can. Can't change user color, order projects, or view anything but just tasks in the calendar view, not projects. I'm a visual organizer. I can't wrap my head around this app if I can't change the view of things.

A very good app for collaborating but of course it doesn't compete head to head with Microsoft project. Needs ability to easily duplicate tasks for the timeline. Needs better reporting support in general, and specifically for custom fields.

Very easy to use....a lot more intuitive than other task manager systems I've tried and its so quick to add tasks and assign them...i actually prefer the app over the web version. Couldn't recommend this app more highly

Wrike is the best project management software ever. Flexible that an entire organization can benefit from using it. They also have great training and support. The mobile app allows you to not miss a beat on your tasks and projects.

The Wrike app works well and functions as a great task management software. Although I recently had issues, customer support was able to reach out to me to get the issue resolved in a timely fashion.

I upgraded my account from the trial to a paid account and it wiped all of my data. At that point I decided to move to ClickUp as they aren't in the habit of wiping people's data after the trial. I requested a refund of the $50ish payment that I made and the informed me they do not do refunds. Basically I paid $50 for them to wipe my data and push me to another software. Would NOT recommend. Go to ClickUp, Monday, Basecamp or anything else besides Wrike for a project management software.

Looking very good so far, except I might be missing something but I can't seem to move tasks, projects, folders etc from a location to within a folder. I believe this is a pretty core feature which should be implemented.

Being able to designate a Goal or Task as a Folder or Project is great. However, GANTT is not free and is cumbersome for paid versions. Free version is limited and Trello beats it by a mile. UI is not one of the most friendly. No Kanban. Would have been a great management tool if not for its limitations.

I love the app. I know it's for team collab and mostly used for enterprises but I hope there is an option for an individual / solo person license. I have used it for few months as my personal PM / Goal / Task app. I thought I found the perfect app for me. Unfortunately I reached the max number of tasks. It would be great if there is a license for single users. It's just not practical to subscribe to a team license when I am just a single user. I'll look for alternative apps for now.

I hate this app more than any app I have ever used. It is so inefficient when you have hundreds of projects and you want to quickly find a job and check a task as completed. My work day will dramatically increase when someone can take this concept and make it efficient. I work deadline to deadline and long hours, and I don't have time to be in here searching for my job and where to close out a certain step for twenty minutes a day. I can't wait to never use this again.

Great costumer support... Regarding the app... I wish it had more integrations with other apps (Like Asana and Todoist have) ... as well the interface could be much better....I like PM Apps that use icons with projects and different colours... makes work easier, As well check lists for the main tasks to check them off quickly.... etc.

This is a great program. it has made communication in our company so much easier, and tracking workloads is easy. It's a very versatile program, which can be a slight drawback and a little overwhelming period, which takes some getting used to but well worth it.
