There is a lack of features when compared to other android apps. I use task and and there aren't many features such as set an alarm from the android app that could help. Very small features in order to manipulate the way I wanna see task.

I am a huge fan of Bitrix24 as a CRM/ERP. However I do find the mobile app somewhat frustrating to use. It is slow to respond, does not carry all the features of the Web/OnPremise platforms and is clumsy to navigate... In saying this I would still choose Bitrix24 over other CRM platforms.....

The app is a fantastic app for CRM, but I have a reservation about it's importance. For me I think this app is designed for people in America, China, India, Brazil and Europe. These are the only currencies available for use, it has not target for Africa as no African currency is available for use. You need to improve on that. I insincerely cant use wit efficiently, cos my country currency is not listed.

hi our company is using the enterprise version. we're having an issue viewing images in the chat. the preview appears on the chat but when you click to see the full image it doesn't load. the problem, however, doesn't happen when using the bitrix desktop app

I can't sync mobile app with the web version. I've tried every proposed solution in FAQ and on web. It has good features and it's useful, but this is just frustrating.

could have been better if the conversation with each leads are viewable in the mobile app. im expecting that should have been the case so agents can continue responding to leads without having to need a laptop or desktop. but all they see are lead names, why?

I am unable to access the App. I always get a feedback like authentication error, unable to connect to the server, or something like: you already have bitrix network, but no bitrix24 portal.. Remedy this situation and i will give you 5 stars and recommendation cos i think the App z great..

Very buggy and unreliable, and the chat function is plain stupid. it doesn't save the formatting of your text, and you can't notify others, like team, slack or any other group chat systems do.

Very user friendly app. It would be great improvement for CRM modules to connect it with google maps - so contacts, leads and companies can be seen by location on the map (separatly). Hope it will be seen in some future versions of app. All the best.

Great app. Even tho you can't do some changes or fix issues unless you are on a pc it allows you to track what the team is doing, communicate and also keep in contact with your clients.

Britix itself is an excellent resource but when it comes to the mobile app, I found its interface quite boring and short of many features that a web version offers. Also, you can't create projects in mobile app.

Just copy few features of WhatsApp like sharing voice messages, also we should get the notifications even if user is not opening the app. We r expecting zoom meeting or zoom webinar functionality. If it's not possible then at least help us with API integration with these apps. Like zoom, WhatsApp.

It's a fine app from what I have seen so far but the only issue I have found the there's no notification popup and because of it you can miss important stuff until you check it yourself. Please look into this and I would give the two remaining stars once it's been fixed.

Doesn't bring the contact street address over from the web portal. A key function for field reps doing site visits. When you add an address in the app there is zero interactivity. Won't even let you copy the address so you can utilize the OS's native functionality. Pretty disappointing considering how promissing the web portal is. This will lose you business.

Overall, a really good product with almost any and everything you would need!! I would rank the desktop app version as the highest and the mobile version as the one which could use some further enhancements.

I installed this app with the intention of testing it out for our organization and found that after installing it, everything was in Russian. On the front page when the app starts, there is no place to change the language so I couldn't understand a thing. What the hell do they expect without a language changing option?? Uninstalled immediately if this is how they build their apps.

Do not take BITRIX CRM if you need to use it on the go. The mobile app does not allow you to display your Customer address (can you believe it ? ). It is not connected to WhatsApp and there is no Google Map option since the customer address is only visible in Laptop version. Basic app, quite unnecessary. Bitrix is for Laptop users only.

The app is slow, poorly detects network, has a poor notification system and unattractive user interface making it difficult to navigate and use. Text formating isn't easily accessible, difficult to view how many people viewed past messages.
