It's ok, but recently I can't my text messages when they come in. I open the app and open the individual chat, and it's blank, but in the preview section, u can see I got a message. I've tried to contact them but no response. They sent an email telling me to clear cache and force stop the app.... but this app doesn't have the settings they are asking me to change????? still no idea how to resolve this.

The best app for communication but one thing I've observed so far is there should be multi selection in the messages section becuz sometimes things get difficult to select each chat ! Overall Awesome!

This worked well until I think the last couple of you updates when it no longer syncs between movie and laptop with contacts. Also, harder to answer incoming calls on the mobile even with the app open. Such a phaff, it used to be seamless. Sauce by last review, the service had improved and it's less clunky and smoother to use. It also send more stable and with better quality sound.

The app works well. I can even switch networks while on a call. The only complaint are SMS(TXT) messages are not received especially from automated systems like banks and utility companies. The messages simply never arrive. There is often a 1 to 3 second delay on voice calls which can be very annoying. This may be a function of my local network however I don't suffer this issue when using other voice services like WhatsApp or Skype on the same network.

This app is excellent! It's by far the best mobile app from a unified Communication company I have used. It's thorough easy-to-navigate and most of all it works. It's not volatile

Avoid if possible. Reconnects almost 3/4 of the time . As a user I am not happy .Stay away from this.

The experience is sub par. For a business oriented service the app is poorly designed in terms of functionality. The worst mistake of all is the unresponsive UI when making calls and poor connectivity for overseas calls. Business calls to be made, take your business elsewhere. As someone who has experienced Skype for business, ring central and Vonage, Vonage for business is the worst of the lot, that includes Skype and is saying something of the poor customer service and overall quality

Rarely rings. Clicking Android notifications doesn't actually open the app to that page or at all, it just removes the notification. Interface is not intuitive. Calls are often delayed audio. Overall a real disappointment.

This app is AWFUL. The only reason I keep it is to access text messages. There is no way to silence the ringer if someone calls in while you're on the other line. So I set the ringer to vibrate only and it's even worse. The app makes my phone vibrate long after the call went to voice-mail. So obnoxious.

Clarity, massive flexibility, remote calling and answering works wonderfully! Change settings on a dime and on-the-go! Add the app to any device.....works immediately!

No call vibration is an ongoing issue recently, delete/reinstalled fixed it briefly but I'm not doing that everyday. Samsung Galaxy and Pixel 7 Pro have been effected, so maybe an android problem? Either way very frustrating, we loved Vonage when we switched 5 years ago but lately constant problems are mounting from erroneous billing issues and app updates that are steps backward. Hopeful they get it sorted or we will be looking elsewhere.

I wish my Bluetooth devices were able to connect to calls. Every call I take has to be either with my phone up to my ear or on speaker. Great app otherwise.

Not so good. I get a missed call of clients who called an hour ago or 15 minutes ago. It should come right away. It didn't happen in the beginning. But it's been happening lately and not so good for my job here. They aren't doing anything about it. My phine doesn't even ring anymore when someone is calling. What is wrong with the wifi connected to this?

Addendum app is unusable on Android. Half the calls I receive the other side cannot hear me. VERY FRUSTRATING as that is the point to the app to make and receive phone calls. Music does not pause when answering calls. So then you need to fiddle around to pause the music while trying to understand what your customer is saying.

App is horrible. A good portion of my calls don't come through. They call it the mobile plan, yet if you are on a personal call, there is no way to notify you that a call is coming in. The voicemail volume keeps going low. Finally, call disconnects frequently with customer due to network issue. I won't be renewing my contract.

I got the service/app right before the shutdown, I went through weeks of fighting to get my business number transferred to this account so I could have something more reliable, easier to use and accessible. I couldn't use it for months (while still paying for it) because of the shutdown, and now that my business is finally allowed to be opened I'm having all sorts of problems! This feels like the biggest waste of money and more stressful than it was supposed to be!
