Great app and with fast download speed and in my opinion the fastest magnet link downloader on any app. When our subscription ends we shouldn't lose access to our cloud files. You can't play them, you can't download them. I have been using this for 3 months (another device, another account) and as soon as a month ends the data becomes unplayable and unaccessible. This shouldn't happen with an app which makes us purchase 10TB and then restricts usage after subscription deadline.

How can I choose SD card as download location? I use android 11 and when I change the path to sd card, the "select" button is greyed out。........thanks for the response, it worked. Now I give you 5 stars.

I noticed when I signed up it gave me the option to try 3 days free premium .. so was just wondering if it's only free for 3 days or if that's just if you wish to upgrade your account to premium? It may be not profitable but an offer of either $1.99 for 500GB or $0.99 for 100GB is within my reaching. I couldn't be able to use all of 10TB storage.

1. App keeps crashing when clicked on the three dots button in top right corner of 'My Download' page. 2. Would be great to add feature to limit bandwith when downloading. (Apply download speed limit to all downloading task or certain task)

This app is nice overall. But the web and windows app's stream speed when seeking is extremely lower than mobile version even same resolution. Does pikpak have a plan to improve this?

The quality of the videos don't readjust automatically according to the internet speed.there is no 240p or 360p option. also i can't add anything to it even though there is plenty of free space left.please fix it and i will give you 5 stars.t

Changing the rating from 5 to 4. Videos that are older than 3 months are archived and takes few minutes before loading Old review :this beats all the paid cloud drove hands down! the biggest space , fastest download and fastest playback and upload

Google play store transaction failure while making subscription. I will give 5 star rating when my issue is solved by team. Please Provide official customer service email inside the app. Give option to raise ticket in case of issue like you have option to write feedback inside the app. Give ability to use app via web access portal and desktop app there is only android mobile app to access content. The country code of Nepal🇳🇵🇳🇵🇳🇵is still not updated for creating a Pikpak account. Email is not responding to my request for a verification code. I tried more than 20 times to get a verification code through email for creating an account, but I still can't get even one. Isn't this a problem with the number too?

I don't really recommend becoming a member, I keep getting stuck uploading the video files unless I download it, but downloading it will affect the memory of my phone. The problem at the moment is that I still can't find the documents I've downloaded in my phone's memory.

Wasted 2 days trying to upload one mp3 file to endlessly get stuck at some queue sandbox error telling me to use a bot to telegram which I don't use and offering no support on how to upload content, thank god I didn't buy a membership like I was planning to fot this utter gar...
