Description of ArtFlow: Paint Draw Sketchbook

Convert your device into a digital sketchbook with more than 80 paint brushes, smudge, fill and an eraser tool. This fast and intuitive painting and drawing application will unlock the full power of your imagination. With support for pressure sensitive pens (like Samsung's S Pen) your device will be transformed into a real canvas.

Important: this is a free application with advanced features requiring a pro license in-app purchase. Single licence purchase will activate all devices associated with your Google account.

Its ok. I tried liking this app but it has issues. I love the layout. the layout is much better than some art apps. Many try to cram as much onto the screen that your only left with a small canvas, esp. On a phone. Artflow manages this well + the menues auto hide leaving just the canvas. My biggest issue is the brushes, has a very nice selection, but options for brushes, Sizing, etc. is way off. at the largest size its still very thin. Other options are finicky. To risky to use for serious work.

You guys STOLE MY MONEY. I paid for the pro version and now, my app will crash randomly ruining whatever I'm working on. Then they want to say watch an ad to get premium features? I didn't pay for the premium version for all of these weird bugs. It only happens sometimes but definitely more often then it should. Edit: I'm pretty sure no update has been issued since I first complained months ago. Now it's even worse. It crashes all the time I can't even open the app. It loads then it crashes.

ArtFlow is a great app! It has great tools, awesome stylus detection, easy tool interface. I have the Samsung Tab S4 and have not had any issues until recently. I'm only able to create 7 layers and the app unexplicably shuts down after editing them. The app description says 50+ layers. Is the Tab S4 not able to get more layers? I hope to see more updates on this awesome app!

I bought the Full version because this app allowed me to do everything I imagined needing and more, there's plenty, but it reverted me to the free version and prompted me to buy the full version on sale and watch an ad again, that's really, really annoying, and should never happen when you buy an Art medium, I draw when I'm in particular moods and part of it is an expression incorporating certain times, feelings, etc. It's frustrating to have the full capacity taken away despite purchasing.

I like this app. Reminds me of Sony sketch but with more brushes and layer filters. Only issue I have is there's no two finger undo. If you guys had an option to animate with this app, it would be incredible, but I know how hard that could be Other than that, basic and simple drawing app. Great for beginners and those who hate complex apps like ibis

Still one of the better digital painting & sketching software I've used for Android. Freaked out when my whole gallery disappeared and thought all my work was lost! Turns out after updating, ArtFlow permissions get turned off. So if you run into this heart stopping issue simply go to "Settings" on your phone click "apps", click on "ArtFlow" scroll down and click "permissions" and "allow" access to storage. Reopen ArtFlow click on "gallery" and !vuola! your work should return from the dead!

I used to love this app, and it's the only one I've ever used for art, but sometime this year there was an update that changed how my art was stored, and it jumped from taking up some form of megabytes to over 2 gigs of storage. The worst part is, it won't let me delete old items anymore. All of my space issues would be cleared if I just got rid of some of my old or unfinished pieces, but now, every time I load back in all of the art is back. I just want to delete unwanted art, please.

This app used to be my favorite graphics app on my galaxy tablet. Unfortunately, over the past several weeks it constantly crashes. Uninstall and reinstall with no improvement. Most of the time it crashes before it even fully loads. About useless now. All my other graphics apps still work fine such as Clip Studio and ibis paint, so it's not a problem with the tablet.

I personally enoy this app. it's perfect for my type of art style and isn't very complex. Edit: (I also removed a bunch of stuff) they took away multiple things that are nessecities and put purchasements over them. as a play pass member, i dont have to really deal with it. but i can imagine the pain of other artists that dont have play pass. i know this is a free game, but don't do this. or at least lower the amount of purchases in this. you can do better.

I've used this app for years, love it a lot. The interface is easy to understand, lots of basic brushes that can be customized, and there are no intrusive ads whatsoever. There is a problem with random crashing very rarely, but I have never lost artwork because of it. Thanks for the awesome app :)

Paid for the full version to get all the features. I mostly have all the features, except for the most important one. It locks me out at 4 layers. Don't know if it matters that it's running on Android. I guess I'll try and Uninstall and reinstall it. I'll be looking for a new app soon. Edit 09/18/21: Uninstalled and reinstalled. Now it just crashes everytime I try and open it.

Bought the pro version of the app. However, lately the app has stopped allowing more than two layers and has been behaving as the free version of the app. There's also the problem of force closing and glitches in the saving process. I've had to redo a few comic clips for a current comic I'm creating due to the glitch in saving. Otherwise it is/ was worthy of a 4 star review. If the glitches in the owned version can be corrected, force close and save glitches fixed I'll re-review.

It's a pretty good app, but one problem I've recently had is that when I go to select a certain part of the drawing with the wand tool, it selects the whole canvas. Its not that big of a deal, but what I want to draw is needing the use of the wand tool, and with it selecting everything, it makes it very difficult to finish the drawing.

It's nice and the brushes are super easy!(I did pay for it but it was pretty cheap, especially for an art program ). The color options are nice and easy to blend. However, it'd be nice if the paint bucket could fill in closed spaces. Putting down flat colors takes a very long time because of this.

Speaking as a play plus sub - best option for most of my needs. I've had an easier time with other apps but they are costly in subscription fees and have their own issues. Much about Artflow takes some exploration or research to learn how to do what you want, but as far as I can tell all the tools are there. I'm beyond grateful it came under play pass as it's saved me countless hours elsewhere. I'm only docking 1 star bc there's no screen rotation to work in landscape w my portable monitor

After heavy use, very happy with this app. Very full-featured but not too complicated to use. Please add a 'Select by Color (range)' and 'Select by Brush (mask)' function. Still my go-to app. Please add ability to limit brush size range. 85% of the time I'm using 1-7, NEVER above 20-25, so I'm always trying to move the slider a hair's width to change sizes, and when I lift my pen, it moves up or down 1-2 sizes. I'm not using 98% of the slider, and changing small sizes is too finicky.

By far this is my favorite art program on Google play. It's got an amazing amount of tools and brushes and multi layering system. It's simple and easy to learn how to use. Lately it has been crashing and black screening though. Hopefully the deus will fix this soon as it's making the program unusable. I would hate to loose this program as some of best pieces have been created here. Other then the recent crashing the rest of the program is 5 star

I've used this ever since December, but I just came across a glitch/bug a few minutes ago..My undo button has been working fine until since, and just a few minutes ago, when I most recently launched it (it wasn't in my recent screens), the first way I realised it was broken, was that when I accidentally put a line on the wrong layer, and when I tried undo, it wouldn't work, volume (didn't do anything at all) or button, and it showed that I could undo, but when I tried, nothing, the time after that, it didn't show that I could undo, then after, it did, waduhek, I hope this will be fixed. If it is, I will put my rating [back] up to 5,
