I have never used a service like this before as I my business is fairly new. I am very pleased with the ease of use as well as the support. The app is a great tool as well. The reports allow me to see who is most interested so I can target campaigns!

MailChimp is one of the best newsletter services out there and sets the standard for newsletters both on web and mobile. I have been using it for many years now and am very satisfied with the features, newsletter designs and deep dive reporting - honestly there is no other product [that I know of] that even comes close! The only downside is the pricing which I feel is kind of expensive, otherwise everything else is 100%. The mobile app allows you to do so much on the go: design to reports.

So far I haven't had a great experience with this app! I hoped to be able to create an email list via my mobile. I ended up doing all of my work on the Mailchimp website... which is also very difficult to navigate! You really need access to a PC...it is near impossible to modify templates via mobile. Not possible to write emails at all via the app. Not for me anyway. All was not lost, I did manage to create a Welcome Email and also created a signup link. No idea where to edit this link though.

Please work on the following. When editing a campaign, the space given is so small, I don't know why it gives a large blank space that cannot be typed on, and I can't see the rest of the text I'm working with. Also, when I try to add a link to a text, the app freezes with an overlay, I have to close and restart the app several times even with a phone that has 6GB of RAM.

This app okay, but it could be so much better! The biggest problem is the text editor. When drafting a new campaign, I tend to replicate a previous one then edit to maintain a consistent style. Yet when I add new text, the styles get messed up so I lose that consistency. Another big issue for me is the text editor's inability to create paragraphs (in a HTML context). The easiest solution to both problems would be an HTML editor in the app. Nothing fancy, just let me edit the HTML tags!

Brilliant app. Allows you to take control of all your campaigns, emails, ads etc while on the go. Makes life a lot simpler. You can prep campaigns and make templates and then edit and send on the go. That simple. Never used it before now, but so far its helped me keep in contact with clients and send updates/news easier than I'd ever imagined. Really happy x

So much for doing newsletters on the go on your phone. There is no justification alignment setting and the sizing doesn't work either! Then the worst is, there is a feedback tab that constantly sits on the right side of the screen. When you click on this, you can give feedback on anything specific or overall - NONE OF IT WORKS!! So do you even really want feedback if you disabled it???

It's a useful tool and gets the job done decently, however improvements on easier text editing, background colours, ... would be helpful. Also there is an inconsistency with line spacing in different blocks.... Thanks

Keyboard closes when I switch to numbers. When I'm in the campaign editor, when I'm typing, any time I try to bring up the numbers or symbols on my keyboard, the app forces the keyboard closed, meaning I literally can't input numbers or symbols in the campaign editor.

App used to work well. After most recent update, I'm unable to edit any designs in the app. Quite frustrating when you can't even use the app.

not able to edit any of my email campaigns! it just selects the box but none of the options appear anymore. i use it for my small business, please fix this immediately!

Usually works great but latest update has removed all options of editing or replicating Edit to reply - I've done all that and there's still no options to edit a replication. Very frustrating

Latest update broke the app. Literally I try to edit the blocks of content and the buttons to edit, move, delete don't show. The entire task bar is empty. Tried uninstalling and reinstalling and nothing has worked.

Cannot edit campaigns on the app. That's disappointing to day the least. Everything else works well. Reinstalling didn't help. And whilst there is 2FA it's SMS only. Which isn't much use when you have no phone signal ...
