The whole Google Ads is not user friendly, the app hasn't got the same features as desktop version. You would think that being Google it might have the best app or the best interface, but is one of the worst. Very ambiguous, not straight forward, when you have a problem is very hard to get an answer. I called and they told me to send an email. It's been a week now since that email, no answer.

Provided excellent information & I've made a few mistakes, being a hack It is very technical. However, I gained great insight, even though my background isn't marketing. It is a small business & I'll Speak to the owner. Also learned a great deal about privacy!!

Absolutely embarrassment to Google, it keeps crashing and not loading 🙄, I have been trying to load payment for 5 days and its lost this app is rubbish because it doesn't even do simple commands.

I signed up and in 5 seconds my account was suspended... I don't know why... When asked to reformat my website web address no matter what combination I try it always tells me it's wrong or please try reformatting what is this?

I've Spent 2 hours creating an Ad the Right way having to go back and change info multiple times so that it "Fits" your ad standards. Started the campaign and here we are 2 DAYS later and the Campaign is stuck on "Eligible" I was going to spend 200$ on a Video Ad campaign that won't even Start. In my opinion, if WE are paying money to be advertised, we shouldn't have to sit there and spend an hour setting up an Ad that WON'T RUN, And no notification that pops up telling me why it won't run. 👎🏽

Very slow, Doesn't show the real time data. Usually runs 24hrs late than the website.

Hi Google ads!! I don't think so your email is right 😒! Cos try sent email to you guys and it say address not found 🤨and What happens to Google ads 🤦? Why some my campaign already 2 week no live active 🤔!!Google ads so slow and sometimes no active at all🥺😔..plz do improve something better Google ads 🙏we pay our Google ads not free for u🤨

Keyword search hasn't been working. Shows no results when searching for a word. Please fix.

Why I Cant set up the bill and payment through the app it self???? How convenient... and the app told me to login using web, after login through web does not work at all great job.

Verification for business felt like being bullied. Forced and threatened to provide very personal details until they passed us. We pay google a lot for very little real calculable clients - so their daily hit tally informs me. Spreading our advertising budget across other platforms seems a wiser choice than using this opaque app.

Cost per click is criminal. Many fake ads allowed that compete and much time spent on negative ads words that shouldn't even be charged. Face it, it's a Monopoly. App also not intrinsic. Reacts differently in different campaigns. Massive opertunity here for someone to bring in proper value for money. It's a rip off plain and simple at these costs

I like the app but the number you state to call for help does not work when attempting to call from the UK. It states number not recognised.

There's so much things need to develope actually. For example app notifies me "your ads got XX clicks yesterday." But when i click this notification, app doesn't show me which account or which campaign has made it. I'm using manager account and some subaccounts.

I tried to set up an ads account for my new business, AstraTerran Photography. You IMMEDIATELY suspended my account and absolutely REFUSE to even give an explanation. I think it's safe to say I will no longer be attempting to use your service.

Need some improvements. The count for each day in the chart data is wrong if you stretch the view time to over two weeks or so. I would show a aggregated count corresponding to a longer period (months etc) for single days. The count then is per week but given per day. Moreover it would be good to hide credentials for more anonymous use of the app. For instance if at a café or so, would be good to not have the company name shown at all times.

An app that is well programmed to do all it says on the tin. But, it was a little deceptive with me at 1st because Google told me that if I downloaded it & opened up an account & put my business on it then it would give me $500 worth of free ads but once I had set everything up & gone through the whole process & signed up for it, it said that I had to spend $500 1st to earn the 500 which is a deceptive act there, fellas. Also, $45/month for 30-50 clicks is not a good trade. Free/ads 4 ads please

Simply terrible. My Google ads account suspended automatically, and the reviewer kept on suspending my account without giving any reason probably because they were incompetent and lazy to review my account because I had 800 keywords. Software bugs all the time. My account was suspended many times falsely by their software bugs.
