Good app. Maybe this is user error (and someone could school me) but I'd like to see the name of the company always shown with each contact.

I discovered HubSpot by accident and I'm using the free version. Trust me, the number of features offered in the free version are more than enough for startups and small businesses. Loving the experience and how it integrates into so many of my day to day applications like GSuite and WordPress.

I would rate this a 5 star but every time it updates to s new version, i loose notes. I have to rewrite them over again this is the third time now. Also they keep moving where you do add information on accounts it takes a while vto find it. Why not just leave the icon out in the open where we can find it and don't have to go to three other windows to get what use to be a simple icon on the front screen.

The app is good, but for some silly reason, your not allowed to use it in landscape. So, when you have a tablet with an external keyboard this app is rendered completely useless! Please update and give US the choice on layout!

Hubspot literally is the best data entry/assistant I can use. I work as a local radio sales rep and hubspot get be from a to b without skipping a beat. Business Card scanner is a great help and once they are able to add photos from the app, it will be 10/10. 9.8/10 as is :)

Beyond what you expect 👌 I used to work with Microsoft and Google tasks but now I found this app much more useful than anything else even for managing my tasks also cooperating with my colleagues. And this app have options like mention and assign jobs in any aspects. Also cross platform even have web version. With useful notifications. Something that I would love to see is having shamsi calendar added to time section.

Lots of potential, but buggy and incomplete. The tasks won't delete and i keep getting error messages. I would love to have an inbox where i can reply to emails and see the conversations I've had with others.

I appreciate being able to call amd email from.this app. Texting would be fantastic as well. One thing I have not figured out is how to get my saved contact info in the app to pop up when i have incoming calls. It would be nice to know who I am speaking with before amswering. But all around great app! Kudos!

After the latest update the function "Scan business card" is not working correctly anymore. The camera view will be stretched vertically, and the capture will fail. This makes the application not very useful, as this is the most used use case for me with the mobile app.

Overall it is a great tool that fits nicely onto the web platform. The search engine in the "import contact from android's address book" is very slow and should be fixed but does not compromise overall performance.

HubSpot is the best CRM I have used! The Android app is the the most feature rich I have used. I only have praise for the level of productivity and insight one can gain if HubSpot is fully embraced. The synchronisation across devices and platforms is seamless. Call monitoring, email alerts, task reminders it's all there. Great work HubSpot.

Very light, needs more functions. At the very least we should be able to view basic reports / analytics like conversation volume etc as well as email marketing campaign data. Having to open the phones browser and go into desktop mode shouldn't be the answer for an app from an company of this size. As far as I can tell I can't forward conversations either, only reply.

Really good overall for the complexity. Very handy for travel or on production floor. Desperately needs a few major improvements that prevent a 5 star rating: 1. Deal view behavior is different in the app from the desktop, even when using saved views. Desktop views literally cannot be replicated on the app. This is really disruptive to my workflow 2. Cannot view line items of deals. Cannot view quotes. These need to be available to at least view, if not edit, via the app.

It's just okay. Notifications bug, will not open lead where comments were made. Also, impossible to filter leads of different reps. Can only see "all contacts" or " my contacts". Have to always go back to my computer to be able to work properly. Hopefully will be updated with more of the website's features soon.

I have been using this app for about a year now and find it to be the easiest and most intuitive program available for sales purposes. Tying humans to companies to cities to deals being worked without becoming cumbersome is a real art form that these folks have mastered. I would heartily recommend this to anyone considering making a change in their CRM program.

I really really really need you guys to add user management to the app, a primary function for my job which is absent from the app, as well as the ability to sign into multiple accounts simultaneously with easy account switching. Working multiple sales jobs with hubspot makes for a frustrating day, having to constantly log in and out. Other than that I love Hubspot, but basically only use the app at this point for mobile notifications.

The app is great especially for calls login, but there's some bugs that needs to be re-checked. Also some UX improvements that need to done, for example : The due date of a task should be changed automatically after changing the reminder date (at least the same date and hour) Update : when I delete a task the app crashes on samsung s8

App is smooth and has the necessary features to function as an extension. Due to space limitations i understand the inability to create a UI that encapsulates the power of hubspot but I do feel there is room for imorovement. Much like their UI improvement for their beta browser platform I hope they rethink their android app. One major feature that is missing is call merging or conference numbers thid would make life much easier on both platforms, or at least integration with one.
