- after paying for the app, there's a constant nagging of having a monthly subscription. also an ads to download their own file explorer - not all features are available when you buy this, like the ORC scanning so you could convert a picture to a document & you could then highlight the text - crashes often saying the document is corrupted but Adobe Acrobat open it with ease. - in summary: not Pro after all, unstable for an expensive app. paid but still with annoying ads

First off. Why am I seeing "ads" to upgrade when I paid for this version? Lots of issues. Just not consistent at all. It will crash once in a while so I have to make sure to save my work very often. Exel documents consistantly freezes once you change tabs. using current and updated hardware.

The app itself is OK. However the fact there are ads in paid app is unacceptable. Other users reported the same issue. Before you deny - I have a screenshot! Your app shows full screen pop-up offering free office suite for PC. Another time I got popup offering free trial of something. Even though it is an ad of your application, IT IS STILL CONSIDERED AN AD. Near "open document" button - there is "TRY file commander button" that leads to play store! I paid already, please leave me alone!

Upgrade to premium pop-up when opening the app. Very annoying when you have bought the pro version. EDIT: The "Premium" and "FK Manager" pop-ups seem to be less, if not gone, since last update. Not happy that I already had to purchase this app and yet they now want an additional subscription just to allow me to select text in a PDF file! Just to open an address! I spend a ton of money on apps every year, and generally feel good about the purchases I make... This app is one of the few exceptions. There's no doubt that the subscription is not worth the price for me, which means I now have to download one of the countless apps that allow this simple feature for free! Go with a competitor

Using this app, I can review and edit any of my work data (stored on my cloud drive); Excel files, PowerPoint and Word documents. The app will allow me to do much more than is practical on a smart phone, but it's better to have the tool and not need it than to need the tool and not have it. It has saved my skin a couple of times by allowing me make changes and add new information to dfaft documents on the fly, without having to find an Internet cafe (I was on a motorcycle trip at the time). Although it's not practical to type on a phone, I could make notes in relevant documents which means I didn't forget anything or have to trawl through bits of paper and could make all the changes very quickly when I got back to my work system.

Not Great with non-existent customer service. Most of the time, opening pdf brings an error l unable to save a word document after edit as keep getting an error document open by another program ( I have no other app to use word), so have to keep saving the edited document with new name. No response from the developer to the support email

What a brilliant document app! Used almost daily, never had an issue and it's always worked as I hoped and done what I needed it to do. Also I'm not sure where or how others are experiencing ads, because thankfully I have noticed them. 🤞 I'm not tempting providence.

I never give poor reviews, but this is intolerable. Recently lost twenty minutes of writing and the app did not recover or auto save anything. Again! It was a simple text document that I can edit with free, lightweight apps. If it's this terrible for mere text documents (on an unmodified Note 9) then it is even less suitable for anything important or complex. In years, was never able to use this app for serious productivity as it suffers slowdown just reading modest .doc files. Can't recommend

Had the best reviews for Android office app. Great selection of options. BEFORE YOU PAY FOR IT: the autocorrect functions *adds the correct version of the word a second time* rather than replace the word. So "alent" becomes "alenttalent", and you have to erase the whole word anyway. No setting option to change this. Maybe you won't care for your purposes, but for me it means I wish I hadn't paid for it. Very glaring, obvious problem for a word processor. Come on guys.

I don't know why I paid for an app that still has ads for subscription in it. Web view breaks the app and makes it freeze while in .txt. Pdf rendering is a joke and zooming in and out basically blurs the whole pdf. No, I don't need to sign in cause this is an office app , thank you very much. There's no viewer mode and even if there is good luck finding the button for it in the UI. Also good look with trying reading a document since you're going to enter into edit mode. I wouldn't recommend

Constantly harassed to upgrade to Premium with popups even though I paid for Pro. Very intrusive, I just want to open a PDF file. Awful approach. Do better. Edit: Response predictably misses the point. I know I don't have to upgrade. What I'm complaining about is the pop-up ads. If I click on a PDF file I expect it to open the PDF file, not an advertisment for premium.

After updating, I can no longer open files stored locally on my Asus Chromebook. I get a File Not Found error. But if I move the file into my Downloads folder, it opens. Also, the update appears to have taken away the ability to save locally to anywhere other than the Downloads folder. Have you removed the ability to save and open from local folders?? Why?

Have been using this app for several years. Used to love this app. Since the last 2 updates, working on documents have been terribly slow and become not responding and crashed several times. I am using S9+ and traditional Chinese. Had reported the problem several times since mid october. Problems not solved yet. Have to go back to using Word. I am disappointed.

Been using the app for many years. Recently I subscribed for Pro and the issues started. Trying to edit Docx file and every time I try to save it the app crash and nothing saved. After 3 days I managed to save the file, but seems to appear blacked out to my client. No text, nothing. Also I can't save the files on my phone, Drive only (it wasn't like that before the upgrade),so if I want to send multiple files, I have to send to myself first, than download and send again. Frustrating. Disappointi

If I wanted ads, I would have picked the "free" version. KEEPS PESTERING THE USER WITH PROMOTIONS of even cooler product options. Not once, not twice but nearly every second run. Sure, you want to endorse the "premium" version, but there should be a setting to hide these ads for optional components or ban them to some submenu. The menu is also cluttered with promotional items at the top. In terms of the advertised functionality the app does what it claims it does.

So many ads to upgrade It literally bugs you with an intrusive popup of upgrading to the premium subscription every time you open the app, despite paying $20 for the "premium" version. I'm only giving 2 stars because for its functionality it actually is fairly good. But these ads have got to go. I've been using this for years, and clicking "don't show me this again" for the ads doesn't work. They'll pop up every single time

I bought the Pro version and have both used and recommended it for years. They've changed it so you now have to upgrade to Premium to make comments which was previously part of the Pro version. It's not reasonable to downgrade the functionality of a product people habe already purchased and supported. It makes the program unusable for me. I've switched to Google Docs.
