Its nice coz i even support arsenal but it over needs updating it and i think thats the problem

Normally a fairly decent app but for some reason it keeps turning on with Bluetooth as others have said. Also on phone restart it does a strange thing where it constantly sends notifications until you force stop the app. Uninstalling for now until fixed.

The app provides some very handy features but I have to keep it uninstalled until I need it, or it automatically starts playing press conferences etc. No matter which settings I change on the phone (notifications all off) or the app itself. Very irritating and can be embarrassing.

Honestly, I enjoy every bit of this app so far. It gives me the whole lots of information I need to know about Arsenal my club. 👍Kudos to the developers and designers of this app.

The app is good for everything I hope they add more interesting features like the Arsenal direct page they are supposed to send mails directly to arsenal at least to recruit more players for the academy some of us would like to be one of arsenal player's

The ticketing service is terrible you spend all day on the app not good

Sort the buying tickets out. Keeps giving 405 error after a few refreshes. On the PC this is easy to fix, on the phone app I cannot resolve this

Not good.Having paid £15.99 to watch matches in USA could not view the Manchester United match. Continue to be disappointed with the Arsenal app and the fact that monies have been taken without providing the goods.

Autoplays and non stop notifications whenever I restart my device. Had to uninstall the app as it is unusable in its current form. Surprised this issue isn't being addressed by Arsenal as it is a deal breaker for most people! Never had any other app do this on my phone, even the more sketchy ones!

Very poor. Very frustrating. I can log in, but when I click to buy tickets, I get a "Pardon our interruption" message telling me it thinks I'm a bot and that JavaScript is being prevented from running, and so won't allow any access. You click on the support page to resolve the issue, and it's not there, 'page unavailable', and I can find no solution to this problem. If there's any help out there, please send it my way.

The video player on the Android app is awful. When maximising it to full screen, the bottom navigation bar is permanent (doesn't hide) and has a solid white background which is distracting and takes up valuable space. Also, the orientation is really sensitive and keeps turning back to small screen even though my phone has auto-rotate off. Needs fixing urgently.

Absolutely wonderful app for all gunners fans but we are pleaing to you guys inorder for you to create that forum in the app where we will be able to chat with Arsenal boards so we will suggesting good things for upcoming matches because we love Arsenal.

Audio Only Function. what happened to the audio only function for the match commentary? I really enjoyed this feature. The only way to listen to the game is in the app which is not the best way and quite inconvenient... pls fix.
