We haven't always gotten along but I know that there's been lots of effort to try to bring Yelp and its customers to the Forefront with value so in that I do appreciate and I've had a lot of good conversations and lot of good experiences that outweigh even today it's been great versus Google has been causing a lot of problems for some people including myself as well but we're all working together or we're not that's the bottom line in this is voice to text

Non stop spam calls while paying for advertising. Cost 50% over the set budget every month. Received zero difference in revenue year over year while spending about 275 dollars a month for adds. Only received one confirmed estimate from the service. Very high pressure sales people. Received 5 calls and 4 emails within minutes when I told them I did not wish to renew and got a snotty response when I did not sign back up.

When they call, They immediately request you to get on you account. Never ask if it's a good time, or how they might be of assistance to you. EXTREMELY PUSHY! I got a call today & she proceeds to pop quiz me, on how do I talk to my clients. After I explained I was uninterested. Advertising prices are insane. What you pay for a lead is what you get paid from the job. I don't recommend Yelp for business it's more of a headache then help. Been trying to delete account & they make it impossible.

My friend and I went to the king's point Diner for lunch. had been there. Many times had very good experience, but today, not so much. We both ordered thePhilly cheese steak and I took one bite and the meat tasted sour as did my friends. So we called the waiter and asked him to take them back and replace them with a Burger. He abruptly came back and said the owner said he wouldn't do that. He didn't want to waste anymore food. I have never been so appalled in my life. It wasn't my fault it was

Complete rip off... If your looking to advertise use other methods. Yard signs, card stock flyers, spread the word any other way but with this company.

Be aware of whatever promotion they give you because it's a scam. They make you open the account on the trial period and then you see a stupid big bill in your account. They have given a stupid term to that which basically means they not gonna give you the money back. And don't even start on the customer service they will keep transferring you between different departments. Worst 130 dollars spent, or should I say scammed.

This is the worst app I've ever tried. I've already paid more than 250$ in 15 days and I got 0 leads from customers. I just got some fake text messages.

WILL STEAL YOUR MONEY!!! Used the mobile app and got a call from their "business success manager" who helped me set up my account and told me the promo of $300 she was promising would not require any payments for the ads she set me up with for at least the first month. I asked to confirm with her, "this will not charge me for the first month if I set this up correct?" She confirmed. Then not even a month into going live I get charged over $100!!! They dont seem willing to refund me...

The customer service for this app is horrendous. I had ads running a few months back, but I shut down all my products because I just wasn't seeing any results. Then earlier this week I got charged 300 for seemingly nothing. I didn't have any products. First day I called, I was on the phone for over 2 hours and they never respond. Then I called the number listed under the charge, and they told me they couldn't do anything. So they just sent me back to the over 2 hour wait number. Now I'm waiting.

The 5 stars look like new users who didn't get sucked into the advertising and bots of or paid people. So I'm adding to the pile of ones, echoing that the advertising felt scammy and overpriced and not what i was told. And that the customer service representative was rude. They still call me even though I have blocked several numbers and I have told them I would never advertise or give them money again. I also would give zero stars if I could.

Avoid Yelp for Business at all costs! I recieved too many phone calls and was bullied into trying their ads. "Just give it 3 days I promise it'll help!" It didn't, and as soon as I wanted to cancel, not a peep from Yelp all of a sudden. 🙄 I've emailed and I've called. I sat on hold to talk to an agent for 2 hours and 16 minutes! No one answered! I tried to cancel myself on my desktop and they make it so confusing, I thought I canceled but was charged this month anyway! Run (don't walk) away

⚠️ SCAM ALERT ⚠️ RECEIVED AN ADVERTISING OFFER FROM YELP AND TOOK IT. A MONTH LATER AND $300 LESS, ZERO LEADS, CANCELED, THEN DURING CANCELATION THEY IFFERED TO KEEP SOME FEATURES FREE... ONLY TO GET A $180 CHARGE IN MY CARD A COUPLE OF MONTHS LATER BECAUSE.... THE FREE OFFER WAS FOR A LIMITED TIME. I GUARANTEE THERE WAS NOTHING TO INDICATE THIS ON THE OFFER AND IF THEY HAD IT WAS CAREFULLY HIDDEN. I DID NOT RECEIVE ANY NOTICE BEFORE THEY CHARGED ME NOR BEFORE THIS SO CALLED "FREE.." EXPIRED!

Rip off!!! Stay away 3 months after canceling ads. They kept charging. Saying I need to file a response with e day of charge. Good luck

I hate this company now. At this point everything they suggest is much closer to fraud than anything. They take your information and don't give you an option to remove it once done. They give you "deals"and promise you promo money to be spent on your promotion but withdraw large amounts of money from your account without proper explanation. Try an reach them and you'll be on the phone for LITERALLY 2 hours without reaching anyone. You email them and no one responds to those either.

Horrible they always up the price for responses and then getting a refund is impossible even if it spam. Even after your charged your contact info is blocked for the customer. You'll spend way more money than you make. Don't do it. I got a call once for advertising and it came from a potential spam call number. There should be an option for negative stars.

Don't try anything believing it will be free if you have to provide your credit card info. I was charged for things I didn't use or agree to and ads that were suppose to be free.

I normally would give this app five stars but the last 3 days I've deleted the app reinstalled the app and I am not receiving notifications The whole purpose of the app is to receive the notifications because if you don't reply as many of us know Yelp customers don't wait. Losing thousands of dollars because of this app.

Fraudulent,liers,thefts, just a few things yelp is I was lied to about the service when I signed up and told I had $300 free ads and I would only have to pay if I got a job from them so I gave it a try.With in 1 week 15 people looked at my add without there advertising and 9 people viewed my page because of there advertising not 1 actually call just views and by the next week somehow I had a bill for $600-700 and I refuse to pay and demanded a manager but was refused now its in collections.
