I love the Zettle card reader devices and app! There were great to use at our fundraiser and made it easier to collect money during our live auction hour. The one thing I think should be included is an area to put the person or buiness name who made the donation, other than this I love the card reader and app that goes along with it.

like many other users I have experienced nothing but problems with this app. The only time I have successfully completed a transaction was when I tested it at home. Once away from a reliable Wi-fi connection however, it has completely failed to complete. I have no idea whether this is the fault of the app or the reader but since they are used together the difference is fairly academic. Not fit for purpose as far as I am concerned.

I'm losing sales because the reader doesn't connect in a timely and efficient manner. Please fix.

Boycott PayPal. After using them for over 20 years no more. I depended on Paypal here..it worked great. But reading your reviews, no way I'll use zettle. You hold people's funding for BS reasons it seems. I'm now 100 percent set up with Square. I stayed with Paypal for over 20 years. I pick a place and stay..I won't be back. Good luck with your upcoming bankruptcy

This is a huge step backwards from PayPal Here. The app collects the customer email addresses and then hides them from you when you go to get them. This wasn't the case with PayPal Here. There is no way to get your data according to Matt in customer service, but they are "sorry".

Was also forced to switch to this from PayPal Here. If there is any downtime at all between transactions, the reader will disconnects. You must spend a minute or two reconnecting for literally every transaction. Will be switching to Square.

Not a fan. Huge step down from PP Here. Not user friendly, at least not for me. I don't like the extra steps needed to get info I want (ie total sales for today, etc), and issuing a refund is a pain if you don't have funds, unlike PP Here, where it allowed it and withdrew it from your backup method. Some people don't yet have card chips and we can't swipe. A lot to be desired here. Cool I can take Apple pay. Shouldn't have changed until had all the features instead of "we're going to...."

Used them for over a year until today I discovered that money for transactions were being taken and not being added to my collection of receipts or reflected in payout. I already spoke to support & am waiting to provide the evidence. If you can't rely on a payment processor to send you the money they are taking from your customers then ultimately they are stealing your money. Once I have evidence of any transactions I'll not only be giving it to them but to the police and my solicitor.

Mostly just perfect for managin products while the payment machine is collecting actual payments with receipt printer. Just some small bugs from time to time here and there, like for example refund got stuck to never ending loop of login authorization. Ps. Many are complaining connection issues. Yea, with machine's own sim card they exist. I should mention, that I carry world's best mobile 5G router with it and I have had zero problems like that.

The worest experience ever, it works for a couple of times and they paused my account without any notification and when I talked to the customer service they said they don't know when they will open my account again. I don't recommend it to anyone.

Since upgrading to latest version of the app. Unable to identify Izettle Reader 2, BLE connection tech not working here. This seems to be impacting on all android devices, have tried a few others now. Need resolving, connect to an Ipad. But we need to work on Android.

I hated switching from PPHere to this. I honestly don't see the benefits of this switch. I guess on the back end for you guys. Hard to learn a brand new product at the time you need it most, with a paying client in front of you. It works with no issue for me so far.

This is just another example of a company 'fixing' things only to result in a completely unusable service. Look elsewhere for a pos service.

"Paypal Here" app was great, i don't understand why they switched to Zettle app which is piece of S... and they are not provide free Card reader, no tipping option available on screen, you have to ask customer if they want to pay tip, lost so much business because card readers doesn't have swipes option😡😡 😡 😡 😡 😡 😡 😡 😡 😡 😡 😡 😡 😡 😡 😡

I can't add new items and it's too complicated. When a customer add their info they don't want to "be in the know" and it won't go past that screen. It should be simple. Add an item, add a customer. PayPal Here was "a little" more simple but not by much. I just want to add items and customers. There's no use in having this app if I can't get the simplest features. PayPal won't be my business solutions. 😔
