I love this app. The only problem is that the English subtitles are horrible. Sometimes what I'm reading makes no sense or the AI is to slow in translation or to fast.

Its says english subtitles, but when I click on it there are no subs. That's just really annoying since I signed up for the VIP. The iqiyi app actually works but doesn't have all the shows I want. If the english subtitles doesn't work, I want cancel it and get my money back.

It is very stupid that you force your international viewers to switch to this shity app with all the stupid subtitles through the program, and don't upload the whole program on YouTube on time! If you continue, I'll stop watching your Singer program. And I'm sure many people will do so as well. Very disappointed at your sneaky way!

I have VIP and paid for the year but the casting option is not working. It will buffer and show that it is casting on my tv but just shows a black screen with " Mango TV international" written on it (?). Tried checking for updates but there aren't any available. Please fix this problem.

I was very excited to find an streaming service hosting a show I've been looking for but, unfortunately, it doesn't actually work. Logging in on their website took forever, because their Google gateway is broken, and their alternate log in wouldn't recognize my password after I changed it. After I finally got in, my vip status would not show up on their website. I gave up and unsubscribed after about 30 minutes of fiddling with it, but you might as well save yourself the two bucks.

The interface is not as user friendly as youtube. Sometimes, they have several versions of the same show and it is not obvious. For some reason, this application always prompt battery usage which none other applications does.

do not understand anything. All the app is in chinese. For an international app, there should be an option to choose language when we first open the app. The casting function does not work with chrome cast. There is also no subtitles.

The app interface is functional and at least most of it is translated into english, while I certainly appreciate the Chromecast functionality, it unfortunately barely works, the video cuts out midway regardless if the screen on my phone is kept on or not, at first I thought it was my phone but it was the same on the two other devices I tried

I have been a vip subscriber for over a year on this app. Since changing to a new phone, I have been unable to access my account. I have tried contacting customer support through the app in both Chinese and English for over a month, but I still haven't receive any response. I have provided my phone number and email in all my attempts to reach out to customer support, so it shouldn't be that hard to contact me.

Continous buffering on both WiFi and data. Doesn't happen when I'm using youtube. The show keeps jumping to different timing for no reason (video screen was locked, so I definitely didn't press anything accidentally). Super bad viewing experience in short.

This is not a friendly app for International fans. Despite having different language subtitles, you'll still encounter troubles with it. I'll be canceling my subscription because it's a waste of money. I thought I can watch it offline after downloading it, yes it does, HOWEVER, you still need to go ONLINE just for the subtitles to load LIKE WHAT THE APPLE FUDGE is watching it OFFLINE when you still need to go online just for the subtitles? IQIYI and WETV is better a 100x and a friendly user app.

This app has a lot of dramas but it does not provide any English subtitles!! It's really annoying and if your not giving subtitles on a common international language. A few episodes have it but don't provide it for the whole drama! I absolutely hate this app because of it. Why lure us!? If your nor capable of providing English subtitles for the whole drama then just don't! I wish playstore would make negative stars so I can give five negative stars! 😤🤬👿

Actually this app have a lot of good dramas, and variety shows, but not all of them have english subtitle. For example now, thumbnail for great escape in features corner says that ep 6 has eng sub, but actually if you play it, and click subtitle, it will appear no subtitle. I'm so dissapointed, coz i'm one of your vip subscriber.

So far so good. Even sometimes the subtitles are disappear but when you change the subtitle from no subtitle to subtitle that would like and wait for a few minutes it will came of. This apps actually a chinese apps and was adapt to international apps so no wonder they are some problem to an international viewer. They still developing this apps so I hope you could be more considerate if you want to use this apps. I'm actually really like this apps because it's worth become a vip member. Thanks.

The app is easier to use after the recent update, really appreciate the added Chromecast support, but it's only available for a very limited selection... Would be great if videos could be queued as you're browsing, or be all available for casting.

The translation timing is so bad sometimes, and the app is slow when you were fast forward. It normal to wait a bit but something about it just makes it slower. Again with the subs, they sometimes fail to apply or come on too late when you do try to apply them. Please work on the subbing program 🙂😓

Good content but lack of subtitle. I pay to be vip member, but so many shows that doesnt have subtitle, so i cancel my membership. Also, I recognize that some (actually many) of the shows listed in here, quite famous internationally, but lack of subtitle. So, the inter fans cannot understand what they say. Please provide universal subtitle.

These apps have problems in terms of subtitle speed..sometimes subtitles appear first before the sound, sometimes subtitles are slower than the sound. it will be annoying for users who are not fluent in Chinese..I hope the responsible party can solve this problem as soon as possible .. thank you
