Very poor of functionality

App is useless and and they unfairly deactiviate your account without clear reasons and appeal system is not helpful. Wasted my investment on this app.

unlike other competitor apps that can pay within less than 7 days to seller... this apps takes weeks just to settle. highly not recommended to sell within this platform in Singapore. we seller sell on this platform to earn some cash but if we are not paid then i think i will bring down all my items down.

I don't like the application. It's not user friendly. Some icons are not supported when you're using mobile. It's useless since lots of sellers have phones instead of laptops or desktop computers. Hope it will improve in the next update. I am still having difficulty editing my products. I cannot locate where to edit since it's not user friendly.

Cannot opt out from their annoying spam newsletter emails. Receiving almost every single day. I just want email for my shipping update like Shopee. Low sell as well. Deleting my account soon. Better experience on Shopee seller.

Tons of bugs and glitches . App doesnt always sync with latest messages and questions asked by customers. You have to log out and log in frequently to get latest messages. App is currently installed in 3 latest flagship phones from 2 different service providers and all of them seems to have the same problem. Definitely the app is problematic.

It has many bugs even though I have updated it to the latest version. Pending orders are not displaying, kept showing a blank page. Product searches are not showing up occasionally when I tried to update stocks. Chat notifications sometimes kept appearing even though I have replied it. Not sure if it is a phone issue. I am using a s20 phone. Please resolve it. Thanks.

Very unpleasant experience. Interface needs improvement. If you press backspace all data inputs will be gone. Very unpleasant experience. App is not user friendly nor efficient to use. My biggest complaint with Lazada as a buyer was the App where it feels like youre trying to navigate a maze. Now that im attempting to setup a store, i was hoping it would be easy, but its not. The entire thing is a mess. You can easily put products in but customizing is crazy difficult. Many features only support Chrome. And then a lot of these features opens up a lot of tabs. The seller center is a big headache in terms of usability. So i decided not to customize. I am after all just trying it

Shopee is better than Lazada. If you're planning to sell, don't sell at Lazada. Shopee has once a week free bank transfer. It's also has an option of pick up or drop off. Lazada also have incidents of falsely accusing sellers that might lead to the cancellation of your account. Take my advice. Choose Shopee.

The purpose of the app is to make it easier without having to log in from the desktop, but it seem like this app is not of any help as it is full of bugs and the welcome popup keep appearing when bank info/location have already been updated previously. There is no option to close and navigate to the other tabs. When talking to the live chat agent, they are not able to provide any resolution and their advisory is only to use desktop in the meantime.

The apps will keep asking you auto turn on the sponsor solution if you didn't read well, you will accidentally click on turn on, and your revenue will burn

the system ALWAYS have error, and errors are in every step. those errors created a lot of instability and inconvenience for seller like me. Things like 'after put so much effort, edited the listing content, click on publish, it is always shows have error or page started to flash up and down'. Please bring back the old version, this updated version can't do anything. You can't even delete a product from campaign, it keeps returning to homepage whenever you try. You can't put multiple variation in one upload. I can't change the sale prices of my products since its not showing but the original price. There's alot of bugs and its slow really. Old version is better than the new one. Please improve your app immediately to help us sell our product conveniently also for your own benefits.

it's not user friendly unlike with other platforms. Difficult to navigate and manage your store's appearance. Can't even add your photo for your shop. Even if I opened to my pc, it's still difficult and couldn't find way to add variants to the products. Already tried using pc, re-installing the apps, and studying Lazada University lectures but none of those worked. I think the prob. is in the apps itself.
