Good deals but the app is very frustrating to use. Whenever I select anything I can never tell if I just didn't press in the right spot on the screen or if the app froze. Checking out is always a nightmare because the app takes forever to calculate your order total, and then you can't tap the "checkout" button for a minute or two because the app will randomly decide to make you wait to place your order while it "loads". BK just needs to make the app more responsive and speed up the back end.

Your app is terrible. I'm sure there are more issues that I haven't run into, but the ones I have include a big delay when changing between combo sizes. This change should be instant, but it hangs and seems to have to reload or refresh to show the new choice each time instead of just changing the selection. And the customize button to change what comes on a sandwich doesn't work at all. It does nothing.

When working, the app is great. The options are clear. You know what you can get & how to order. One major problem is that it doesn't work a lot of times due to technical or connection issues from the app, because my phone still have good connections when this app is down or frozen. It's too bad, because of the app, I had decided to order from somewhere else many times.

The app just doesn't work. Any time you tap on something to see it,it takes you to the choose a location menu,and then once chosen redirects you to the offers and rewards screen,which you cant earn points with because you cant order. I would prefer to go a bit more out of my way to a fast food place that has an actual functioning app and rewards system. About 7 months ago, it was stuck on the main menu,so two more years and maybe this will be fixed to a usable state.

For starters, I could never get payments to work, so I mainly used it for the coupons. Pretty much making it useless. I guess I never realized it, but I was told today, that you can't customize your order, like adding cheese to a whopper if you use one of their coupons. You pay full price instead of an ingredient upgrade. I'm not sure if you can remove say the tomato and still get the coupon. Not enough space to explain more, overall, I've been losing interest in BK. Uninstalled.

The app has never been the best, but it at least kinda worked. Now with the "update", it's slow, unresponsive, and if you FINALLY get your order entered - if you're like me, it won't let you press continue, so you can't submit the order. And to add insult to injury, when give up on the app and you go through and order through the drive through... your order is all correct on the screen, but when you get home you discover it's decidedly NOT correct... srsly, WORST experience ever.

Regrettably, I have to give lowest marks. The interface is simply clunky, difficult to navigate with multiple orders with a few 'customizations'. Almost every time I've tried, it's turned into a 10+ minute marathon of patience endurance just to order 3 different sandwiches (not meals) and 2 orders of fries. Even when it's finally done, it has a tendency to crash. This last time, it crashed at the end of placing the order. When finally reloading, it gave a message of an error in order. So, I went elsewhere. Only to find an email when I arrive home that the order went through and was charged. *sigh*

App worse than ever! Trying to order and it's just slow and unresponsive, so it's impossible to actually order anything or customize any aspect of the order. Constantly hangs after selecting options, as well as super slow loading on every menu as though it's constantly streaming in the information instead of caching anything. User experience is miserable, you'll tap an option and it will give no indication there was a tap and the app will just sit there. Do better or don't do it at all.

Pretty terrible and not user friendly for someone who uses apps for everything. For example, their order page doesn't actually let you know when you're about to place an order. Most companies will use the words "complete order" or "submit" but this "proceed" button makes it seem as though you are simply being prompted to the next screen. There's no place to enter a promo code so you might believe by "proceeding" that you'd find the text box to do so on the next screen. No such feature.

2 years ago I downloaded this app and it absolutely did not work, I tried everything. I used wifi, phone service, restarted my phone, restarted the app, I even turned my service off and back on and nothing worked. Since the bug fixes and all the changes and fixes to the system I haven't had a single issue with the app and it's working great now. And the new "Royal Rewards" is a great incentive for ordering through the app.

The rewards are fine enough. It's nice to get small extras and takes way too long for anything significant. You know, like all rewards programs. It functions fine, the layout is very clear. The issue is that there's literally no point to placing an order in advance. I always have to wait, sometimes even longer than those in line with me. They don't have mobile pick-up spots, and your food is put in line after you check in. I don't think placing an order works this way usually.

Its a convenient app for arranging fast food delivery, don't get me wrong. The full customization of the items is top notch.. But any time I try to use one of the in-app deals, my order conveniently fails to connect to the restaurant. Any normal order will go through no problem. Just not the ones that would save me money on the order. And thats a pretty big fail on the apps part. The one dark cloud over an otherwise great app.

I used to really like the BK app. They had regular coupons and it was easy to use. Now the coupons hardly ever work, saying they're "unavailable at your location." At the very least, it should only display coupons I can ACTUALLY use. Besides that, it's slow, unresponsive, and crashes all the time. It's hardly even worth having any more. Please fix it, it used to be so good just a couple updates ago!

Exceptionally slow. Often freezes. Does not auto-detect the nearest bk. The confirmation screen eludes the hangry customers eyes. There is no simple way to cancel an order. And then you can't redeem any rewards points or offers for 1 hour if you make a mistake. Good luck re-placing the same order. You are better off going to a competitor. I love the BK food. I think their food is generally the best of all the fast food chains. This app, however, is total garbage. I do hope that they can fix it!

The app interface was changed recently, and the changes are absolutely horrible both from a usability and aesthetic standpoint. It's much harder to navigate within the app because of this change. Additionally, there used to be a screen that would ask you to tap on a button when you actually got to the restaurant—ensuring that the order didn't get cold—that was removed, and it'd be better if that option was brought back.

Honestly one of the worst restaurant apps I've had the displeasure of using. It's slow, unresponsive, and the design language is unclear. When selecting a meal that has multiple options, it doesn't let you change those options. Any button press is at least a 5 second delay. Many times a page will load, start to display, then switch back to loading again. Each time taking 10+ seconds. Then it has to load more if you want to scroll, but there's no indicator of that. All support pages are unusable

I like the coupons and convenient ordering, since I usually have a lot of customizations. However, one thing is it only lets you look at what's currently offered at the time, so if you wanted to look at the lunch menu ahead of time, for example, but it's before 10:30, then you can't. Edit: previously the app ran super slow. It runs faster now and typing in info doesn't seem like a slog. But now I can't place an order since the "Place Order" button always results in errors, on 3 different days

First, it took 3 tries to create an account because the app kept wigging out every time I put in the code from the email. Then, after I put my order in the cart and was going to check out, a pop-up kept coming up about a free drink upgrade . But every time I clicked on it, it would add a new combo, not just upgrade my drink. Then, when I went to pick up my order, the order was wrong and missing my food. But the stores receipt only showed a part of my original order, so couldn't be mad at them.
