I use this to keep track of my pups medications, grooming and health issues and of course buddies rewards. Ieven though Blue Buffalo isn't my primary source for my dogs food or treats really like the app.

PLEASE fix your app! It's one glitch after another! It's more glitch than app, honestly. All legions for date entry are a hot mess. Camera permissions are not recognized.

I love the app, I love the idea and it's very helpful for me and my cats. I am having a problem though, it's not giving me points. I've tried different things and nothing, please fix this!!!! Update: it's not giving me points more than it is, I've added several things and I'm not gaining points.

would highly recommend this app, the process of obtaining points and having the care team assist with any issues that occur has been such a breeze. I also enjoy using their community boards to read about dog care and food recipes. Love being able to get my boys little surprises every few months!

Won't let me on to app, keeps saying password is wrong and when I try to change the password it throws up an error "whoops something went wrong check your connection". My connection is fine.

This is actually a really great and valuable app to have if you own pets, especially multiples. they really do send you free items, and collecting points doesn't take forever like some rewards programs. I use it for free treats!

All is good except the time line my phone gave permission to upload pictures but on buddies it keeps asking for permission and not letting me upload them I'm so disappointed 😞

I did switch from their dog food due to my pup's weird stomach and taste preferences, but I LOVE their treats! so such a great app to connect dog peeps together!

I would really enjoy this app. However I'm trying to put in my dog's birthday and his gotcha date and your app will not allow me to scroll through the dates and select one.

Awesome App, but.... After the first 24hrs of having the app, all the rewards options have disappeared. There were so many yesterday, now, no matter how I filter it, the only option is one specific treat bag. Everything else is gone. Pets tags, toys, food, etc, gone. Pretty annoyed with that...

I am happy with this brand... I will not purchase other brands since they are not made here in the US. I am only giving 4 stars as it would be better if there was more of a selection for reward redemption for dogs. Or even an option for a coupon to redeem for a bag of choice at the store would be nice too.
