I like Lowes, but this app is clumsy and confusing. I was shopping for lawn mowers. You can only select a very small list of options, I can't search cordless + electric + self propelled. So I have to wade through corded, push, etc. If you want to compare, you can only pick 2, almost useless. Then if you want to buy it, and it's not at your store, it's really hard to find the search for other stores option. Menards and Depot apps do this all automatically.

Sometimes slow to provide search results. Ordering online for delivery -- not shipment to home -- has a steep learning curve. Thank goodness for real people in customer service that are willing to help! The app could be so much better if it were faster and didn't have to interact with what I suspect is an antiquated inventory system operating in the background.

I'm not too sure where to start. It works...okay...sort of. If I'm in the app and I lock the phone (to turn the display off and reduce battery consumption), the app takes a little while to get working again if I unlock the phone to use the app. This has been a problem for a while now, so perhaps this is not something the devs are aware of. There's too many devices carrying various versions of Android, so there may not be a way to fix it. I can't stand UI changes for the sake of making a change to keep a paycheck. Leave it alone for a while. It was fine before the most recent UI change as minor as it was. The constant update nag screen is more annoying than fingernails on a chalkboard. Just leave it alone for more than a couple days or a week. It's bad when I go back to the store and the app is already wanting an update after I was just in there using the app a couple days prior. Locations for some product are not showing the correct location because the home location hasn't been changed. It should be easier to report changes to home locations than it is. The app also doesn't report the correct opening/closing times for stores. Something that devs should think about (with communication with Corporate) is when the store closes early due to weather or other event and report that to the app. Our world is becoming more dependent on mobile apps. While Lowe's effort is to be applauded, I believe with their technology (which is constantly changing) is good enough for it to keep connected with their customers.

App needs major work IT'S A MESS. The quick list doesn't allow you to select the product on the list. The "saved for later" shows a number of items but the list is empty. The paint section sends you online to browse colors but once you select a color family it gives you an error. Also when you go into your purchase history most items say unavailable online. You can't see a picture you can't even click on the item to see if they have similar products.

This is very handy to use at the store. Two things that need improvement are: 1. Some items are shown with location, but since they are items that you can't order for delivery it won't show you the quantity on hand, so you don't know if there are any available. 2. The Quick List should have the option to create sub-lists for different projects (like HD does).

PLEASE fix the quick list... used to be my favorite part of the app. The app is useful to look up items, check availability in local stores. I use the quick list as a shopping list, add items before going to Lowe's. Most items include location in the store, a time saver, allowing me to spend time shopping for other items I didn't know I needed. Now when I try to delete items they disappear for a few seconds, then reappear. Was hopeful this am to see another update... still does not work!

Really want this app to work right. It is so handy and I use it daily. And really like the pro MVP addition. Cons: At least twice a week I get an "internal service error" when trying to select departments usually at a time like now when I am putting together lists for jobs and can't use the app. It forces you to do an update very frequently, though never increases speed. Also a few updates so they removed the home screen widgets function for your saved lists.

Search feature is terrible, it brings up a whole bunch of items I'm not looking for and there's no way to exclude certain parameters. And you can't view reviews for any of the products, at least I couldn't. I uninstalled the app and now just go on to the lowes webpage instead using a browser, turns out to be much simpler to navigate as well.

Lately, I keep getting "check your internet connection." The solution involves closing the app and restarting it, until it works. Also, the scanner doesn't pick up more than half the time, and it says product unavailable even though I am staring at the product and just wanted to pull up some reviews on it... And yes, it's not a clearance item and there are plenty of the product on the shelves. The app is not as seamless as the Home Depot or even the Menard's app.

The app doesn't give you coupons you get in the mail so it's kind of pointless except for having a history of purchases. It would help if you could scan in the receipt bar code instead of entering all the receipt information. Good to look up available products. It would be nice of you could scroll the weekly deals instead of waiting for pages to load.

This app has been buggy for the past couple of years (particularly with the quick list and not showing accurate inventory), but after the latest update it crashes & closes a second after opening. Now it's completely inoperable. Clearing cache and storage doesn't help. Not very handy when I'm actually in the Lowe's store and trying to find the items I need.

I'm a Lowe's guy thru and thru. However, I've been very frustrated that when you go to your order/purchase history and then want to look at the details an error message pops up saying something went wrong retry later. Well, I've been "retrying" for like 6 months. And in that like 6 months there have been multiple updates to the app and yet still something goes wrong when trying to look at the details of past purchases. I'm sure I'm not the only person to mention this...so how about fixing it!!

Lowe's has the worst search ever. This is true of the app and website. Search for one thing, you end up with something totally different. Plus, there seem to be hidden/missing items - especially if it's out of stock. Instead, they want you to buy some other item that usually is completely and totally unrelated to what you actually searching for. Errors like, "Uh oh, something went wrong" on items with 100s in stock. In-store purchases are not linked. The only good thing is UPC scan. It's amazing

Fairly simple and easy to use. The in store item location isn't always available which is a little frustrating since the employees seem to use the same type of software. The barcode scanner is a bit aggressive at times and will begin scanning before you are able to get a clear image of the barcode resulting in incorrect information. Overall its fairly simple and works well. If the barcode scanner wasn't at touchy and the item location was available I would definitely enjoy using it more.

I like Lowe's but the app is terrible. I can't add receipts manually or via the barcode, the app just keeps trying or so I assume, until my phone basically times out and goes dark. It would be nice if I could save coupons that they send me so no one else can use the code before I get a chance to. I just moved and the coupons they sent were great until I tried to use them and apparently someone beat me to it. Not sure how that happens or if their computer system doesn't register their own promos

This app is terrible. It constantly crashes when you try to open it. It takes forever to load when it does open on the third attempt. If something isn't available it won't tell you until it's already added to your cart and then you have to go through trying to guess which item it is. God forbid the 1st item you add isn't one of the unavailable ones, otherwise the pink notification bar that says "one or more items in your cart...." covers the screen and you can't delete the item. Yes it's updated

The app has been steadily declining in usability over the past 6 months. It glitches everytime I try to check in for curbside pickup. Inventory quantities are not accurate. It desperately needs a "home" button. It glitches when attempting to scroll between pictures in an item description. It will frequently freeze up during checkout. And as of 3/15 it seems to be crashing every time I try to open the app. I'm having to use the desktop site exclusively now.

I like the app. Its easy to use, however it has one major flaw. When you search through the categories for a certain type of item(such as stair treads for example), the initial search brings up everything that Lowes has to offer, in the store and online. When I click on the "in store only" button, I still get tons of online items that I know are not offered in my store. I do remodeling work, and I use this app to show my customers in-stock materials. Very frustrating. Please fix this issue.
