I kept postponing the update for a few months until I was finally forced to do so. This update is completely broken. Like the several other reviews regarding it, the screens are all blank and no account information shows. Clearing data/cache, reinstalling, and re-logging in didn't work. I'm not sure how this update even got pushed because it took something that worked and rendered it useless.

Unable to login after last update. Fix this, please. The sign-in button literally does nothing. I tried clearing cache/data and removing the app, rebooting the device, and reinstalling. None of this seemed to work, and as I reported, the sign-in button wasn't functioning. This morning, I was able to login without issue 🤷‍♂️

The update to the app is time wasting. When one opens it up, we have to wait for a few seconds for the 7-11 graphics to do their thing and then have to press the barcode button. When it is 7 am, hands full of items, and a long line, the most annoying thing is to wait for the graphics. Both the cashier and I are waiting for the unnecessary graphics to do their thing. I suggest the app intro graphics be removed and immediately have the barcode come up.

Doesn't work when you need it most. I've been logged out since the last 2 updates and continue to get stuck on the login screen. It doesn't do anything when you select sign in or sign in as guest... When it did finally work, the response was so delayed I couldn't even enter my info. I also stopped getting email receipts for gas, not sure why. In addition, I used to get receipts for gas that were not me... Weird... Luckily the payment information is blocked out.

I've had this app for a couple of years and never had a problem. Now when I open the app I get a white screen. I close and reopen the app same thing. I rebooted my phone to see if that would help, nothing just a white screen. I don't want to uninstall, than reinstall the app cause I don't want to lose my reward points. Please fix this problem.

Ok, new issue. Your app details refer to this app as "lightning fast" however it has become 3x slower since you "fancied it up". And can we just have the bar code back on the main screen, please? Why do we need to touch the screen to go to another page, doing so is also about 2x slower! The bar code is 99% why anybody even bothers with this app. Edit: and now the bar code won't come up at all. Worked fine before my comment....

The latest update is horrible. Makes you sign in almost every day. Once you've figured out where the barcode is the scan and pay feature rarely works until you go in and out and refresh at least one time. The app was simple and functional for so long...why replace with something that is a pain?

It's a decent app to get points, and rewards, but it needs to stop signing me out. For the last few days, I've held up lines at 7 eleven stores, because they are waiting for me to login to this app. This problem removes pretty much all of the convenience of this app. I don't have time to waste logging in at the register every time I open the app. If you insist on this practice, then allow biometric login.

Garbage app. Constantly needs reinstalling on android phones because graphical glitches eventually turn the app completely unusable. This is unavoidable and will eventually happen every time the app is installed. This has been tested on all current and previous Gen Samsung phones. Change to a store that actually has a functional app if you like this functionality. Edit: Look at the recent reviews and see that this problem goes beyond. You can also see that absolutely nothing has been done.

The newest update constantly kicks me out and when I go to sign back in it glitches and won't go to log in that I have to uninstall it. This is the second time I had to uninstall and now it won't do anything and is stuck on pending. Liked the old one better, this new update sucks and the barcode scanner takes a bit to open, before it was better on the home screen.

They just updated the app and it doesn't work. You need to log in using a phone # or email address, and verify them by sending codes. Once it does this, it bounces you to the home screen and asks you to sign in again. Then you have to go thru the verification process again. It's a never ending loop and you can't get into your old account. I had a bunch of points too!!! Fix this!!!

Since the most recent update, I have only been able to sign into the app once, and it did not keep me signed in. And every other time I've tried to sign in, it prompts for a verification code, and before I can even enter it, it pushes me back to the app startup. And when my wife tried it on her phone, she experienced the exact same issues! This isn't an issue with the hardware, it's an issue with the software!

I used to use the mobile checkout feature all the time, but now, with the recent ui change and updates, the mobile checkout button randomly disappears from the main screen (why is this on a card and not a toolbar button?). Once/if the mobile scanner works, the cart button might prompt "mobile checkout not supported", all while standing in front of the glowing cube. The app is now really annoying to use with these recent stability issues, wasting more time than just waiting in line.

Wasn't a big user of the app but it was working fine. After latest update it tells me to sign in again, then once I enter the verification number the app crashes. Back to square one. They took something that worked and messed it up. Tried two different times over as many weeks. I don't care enough about 7-11 points to waste more time on this. Uninstalled. There are other stores.

App is unusable. Have to sign in every time which requires a code sent to your phone via text message. It then has graphical glitches that prevent signing in at all sometimes. If you do manage to sign in it asks you to change your country every single time, after you "change" it and try to start scanning it gets stuck in some scanning tutorial that it asks you to locate a store nearby? But then never let's you scan the items? They clearly hired a mentally stunted chimpanzee to code this

Dropped to one star. The app doesn't open to your barcode. If you don't have service in a 7-11 you're out of luck. Also the pucncard is not working. The dots are not colored in to reflect the number of drinks needed. And why is the app white now and not green as before ok my home screen. It made it so much easier to find in a hurry while standing in line. Some changes don't need to be made. Asking customers what they want first will ALWAYS save you in the long run.

This newly updated app is terrible. 9 out of 10 times I press show barcode it pops up as a normal window then automatically shifts to a long arrow screen that is to small for the clerk to scan and I am forced to input my info into the store input box and either use cash or credit card to pay. I have money in my wallet but cannot access it from the app in my phone. I am very discouraged with the whole thing. As stated this upgraded app sucks. Tried to delete and reinstall still nothing.

Easily the worst app ever. After the update I can no longer log in. When I try to sign in it tells me the account is already in use. Then it puts me in an endless loop of verifying my number and email address. I've tried over a dozen times now. Unable to use the app at all. It wasn't great before but now it's completely useless. If I could give zero stars I would.
