The app apparently has a bug in the log in. I've uninstalled the app, added it back, reset the password...still tells me there's an issue with the password. Was on the phone with tech support who was very patient and helpful but could not resolve the issue. I was able to log in using the online website without any issues. Please fix the app! It's how I shop, and manage payments. I missed my payment by a few days due to this error. Same issues reported as other reviewers as well.

I use to love this app that was until it started acting up. As one user mentioned when I scroll to look at items I get so far and it starts me over. Or I can click on an item and when I go back it takes me to the beginning. It no longer let's me add items to my bag. An error message comes up. I've tried deleting the app and reinstalling it but nothing changes.

The app was extreamly easy to use, and guided me through the sale items, and free gift options witg no issues. My only suggestion, is adding an option to block in store pick up from my browsing list. My closest store is about a 2 hr drive, and im not willing to make the trip.... But i almost missed a couple items I put in my bad where only in store picj ups.

It is a well designed app. Easy to search for items or browse categories. You can view the current events and specials just on the landing page. What I liked the most was the Macy's card section that was so easy to use. It is not the same with many retailers since the card provider's app and retailer's app would have compatibility issues. Not with Macy's. Overall, this is an app that will make your shopping experience more pleasant and easier in the post COVID Era. I will recommend.

Like other sites ... good & bad! 1) I select the filter parameters ... but I don't get what I set. It is better than some others in that it allows me to select more than one if my range is between two or more. 2) It is easy to overstep the go back and end up having to put everything in again. A 5 or 10 sec delay would be nice. 3) After looking at item, others like it pop up at bottom of page. If I decide to check on one of those later it is almost impossible to find them in the regular search.

I like this app, however occasionally in the middle of shopping I'll be deep into a search and it knocks me all the way back to the VERY beginning of a category which is extremely annoying when you are searching sales that have over 1000 items! Returns are a pain in the you know what though, but paying my credit card is easy - but then again that's a different merchant/bank altogether, so....!

Helpful Application! I like the simplicity of just logging in and paying my bill without too much wasting of my time. It is also nice to go directly to what I want to buy instead of sifting through unwanted stuff to get to where I need to be. It also keeps all of your coupons and discounts and rewards in your wallet. At check out, you are prompted to use all the discounts that apply to your purchase. It's a good application. 👍🏾

This app is very user friendly. Out of all shopping apps on line, this is one of the best, if not the best. For one example, when I look at an item then "go back," to my search list, it takes me straight back to my search list. Some apps go back to the top, and then you must toggle down to find were you were. That, makes you not want to shop. Macy's app is fast and somewhat intuitive.

I have enjoyed the app for a long time but also now have the issue with product images not showing until you click on them. I'm running version 6.0 and followed Macy's advice to another reviewer to force stop and relaunch the app but it did not work. Tried uninstall and reinstall and that didn't work either. Macy's, any other suggestions? Thank you.

I look forward to it popping up each day. Its infinitely easier to do a quick view of new sales and new items from there, as opposed to the old, traditional way through a text, as many stores still use. I tend to ignore those, intending to go back later, which I promptly forget to do! Beautiful and unique merchandise!

Great selections and easy to navigate. Items looked clear with great color. The only drawback in using the phone app was that I could not be as specific as I needed to be in narrowing my search. For example, while looking for slacks I could not input "dress pants ' in order to narrow search. Hence, I had to see more items than I wanted to in order to find what I wanted.

Both Macy's app & webpage are the WORST. Example: If I wanted a product, I would individually have to search every store location. Neither the app or webpage is universal, allowing a search to include every possible location of where the product is in stock or out of stock. If Macy's has 100 locations, you need to search 100 times. Worthless!

I cannot pay my bill. It asks for my credit card number and I put it in. Says it's already on file. No options after this except enter your card it just makes me insane. It's a endless loop! I've struggled with it for a couple of years. I actually avoid shopping at Macy's because I can't make the payments and you have to use the card to get the discounts. Seems like they could do much better than this payment system. If anyone reads this I'd love directions.

I have used the app for a few years to browse and keep track of items I'm interested in mostly, with the occasional order thrown in. I love getting notified when there are great savings to be had! Having chronic migraines makes getting out to the local stores more difficult than it otherwise would be, especially for someone who loves to go out to shop...or at least used to.

It's okay. All day yesterday I was having a LOT of trouble using their app and their direct website. I don't know what the deal was but finally both started working again today. I was very frustrated when everything kept freezing, giving error messages and kept kicking me off both the website and the app! Besides that the app seems great as long as it's working smoothly.

Easy to use, love it. My card is saved and makes shopping a breeze. I always pick delivery to avoid the hassle of finding in store and dealing with people who have no understanding of personal space. Regular coupons and mostly good quality items. The ones that are not so good are so easy to return. Can return items in store at any customer service counter.

The Macy's app is easy to use and allows me to make purchases quickly. I love that I can add my coupons before finalizing my order. When a product is no longer available, I wish the app alerts you. I recently tried to purchase something using the app and the product wouldn't get added to my shopping cart. I thought something was wrong and immediately used my laptop to go to the Macy's site only to find out the product was no longer available.

I love it when the app remembers where I've been in search results when I view details of one of the results in the list. Some apps put me back at the beginning of the list which is irritating. The developers for the Macy's app really did a good job making pages streamlined and the app overall is very intuitive and user friendly.
