The scanning of emails for receipts hasn't been working properly. I know I just ordered food last night for my children. The emailed receipt is there but the system isn't picking it up. Also the increased amount for rewards isn't helping either if you aren't a person that shops regularly. The app was very beneficial in the beginning but is starting to be a hassle to use.

I usually love this App!!! Only real issue I'm having is it's not giving me my points for my online purchases from Amazon and Walmart which I have bought from a lot recently, Both are connected and synced to this App so it's supposed to do it automatically and it doesn't let me click on it to do it myself. So that's a little frustrating.

90% of the time when you scan your emails and linked accounts, upload/scan/ take a pic of receipt, the items don't show up. I was wondering why I wasn't getting as many points and then I noticed that. When I edit the receipt you have to manually enter and scan everything...I shouldn't have to do their job. Half the time my boyfriend gets done with work before me so he puts the order away. Puts packaging in garbage or rips up and puts in recyclables. Both situations making it impossible to scan

Dev needs to fix the the e-receipt scanning function. I've lost out on many opportunities for points for a while now because it just doesn't work. It always comes back with nothing found, try again later. Hugely disappointing with the fact I'm using digital shopping more and more. Cue the canned copy and paste bot response...to which we all know, means nothing will be fixed. Also, the wheel spin is undeniably RIGGED. 99% of the time I get 5-10 pts, which is quite literally very pointless.

After multiple attempts to do what I was asked, sorry to give it 2 star. It's frustrating that I haven't been able to do the Walmart e-receipts since I can't even remember. I've done everything from clear cookies / cache, uninstalled and reinstalled the app, and restarted my phone. This is not the first time I've addressed the e-receipt issues. Please fix the huge frustrating bug.

A year ago i would have given 5 stars, but it has changed a lot. Love all the options of ways to get extra points. However, VERY often, when you buy something, you don't get the deserved points. You have to chase the people at Fetch to get them! Makes it hard and less pleasant. Also, items are only point worthy often at obscure stores and it's not obvious. It should be easier to participate

** UPADTE** Every time I try to scan my receipts on Amazon, I have to reconnect my Amazon account. Then it just brings me to Amazon after I verify it. Just started happening recently. Please fix.... If you're not using this app, you should! It's super easy and it's not time consuming. You get at least 25 points for every receipt. You don't need to go through every item on your receipts, fetch does it for you. It's a no-brainer.

Update: I'm done with stupid app. I can no longer scan Amazon receipts. It just keeps asking me to link my account over and over again. I'm deleting. All of a sudden, I can no longer open the app. I just get the purple background with the yellow dog. I've also had issues lately with the app not "fetching" the receipts from either one of my email accounts. I just did the app update in the Google Play store, but I'm still not having any luck getting the app to open. Android version 13.

Good app and at first it ran smoothly but the last few weeks I have to "verify" my Amazon account over and over again for some reason. It's very annoying, especially when it doesn't run right for me to just log into Amazon again then go back to what I was doing. I have to enter a captcha code, login, close the app, reopen, re-select to scan for enreceipts, then login again for it to actually take, then close the app to get back to the point of scanning for e receipts. This is every time.

Taking away a star for the issue ive had for a while now. My Amazon account is linked, as is preferred email, and for at least 2 weeks now I have not been able to scan for shipped orders. It keeps telling me to link my Amazon and confirm it. Which is already done and has been for over a year. Instead the app freezes and is stuck with the loading circle on repeat. Please fix.

I am unable to electronically scan my transactions through my linked Amazon account. I have tried to troubleshoot the issue, but to no avail, so I unlinked my account and can no longer obtain points for those purchases. I followed all the instructions, and Fetch was not able to resolve this issue. I can only scan actual paper receipts. I like the app, but it definitely has some glitches.

App was easier to use in the past, but now it's not. It's used to scan all my emails after giving permission to do so, and now I have to log in every single time so that fetch can scan my Walmart and Amazon orders through email, and sometimes it freezes while it's trying to scan receipts, and also thier is a two-step process for scanning receipts now. The rewards are real, and you do earn money, but I don't understand why fix something that's not broken.

9/2023 update: There have been improvements, but now everytime I try to scan for ereceipts I have to log back into Amazon. It's frustrating since I used to redeem these receipts all the time, but something in a recent update seems to have changed this functionality. Love the rewards, but the eReceipt feature doesn't work very well anymore. Many of the retailers on their list don't get recognized when they used to. Removing and reconnecting my email doesn't work either.

The app was working great. Now, I am unable to scan my e-receipts from my email. I have disconnected and reconnected by email accout several times, but that has not helped. Update. The team was very helpful in fixing the e-receipts scanning issue. I sent screenshots of my receipts, and they were able to apply my points. I am happy to say that today, I was able to scan my email account, and everything is working again. Thanks for all of your help!

8/20/23 This app has terrible tech support. Anytime I've had an issue they tell me that I have to fix it. I only contact them after I've tried their "fixes" that they've sent me in the past. Also, I really don't like that I have to collect paper receipts. Not Earth friendly Fetch. But of course half the time the app won't pick up my e-receipts. What could be an awesome app is terribly disappointing and frustrating. Oh and I'm never going to refer a friend until the app works A LOT better.

I have used this app for a couple of years now, but this past month, I've had nothing but issues with the E Reciept, Amazon keeps disconnecting after I reconnect it. And now, as of last week Wal-Mart is disconnecting now as well.. so frustrating that I'm fixing to just un install the app, not worth the frustration. idk what's going on, but hopefully, they fix it soon or I'm done with it..

I appreciate being able to gain rewards (basically free money) simply for scanning my receipts, but it takes way too long to reach the 12k+ points needed to buy most of the rewards. Also, the "daily spin to win points" game is difficult to control, I've only won more than 10 points once in the 3 months I've been using the app. Besides the spin to win game, the rest of the app is well designed & user friendly. Overall I enjoy the free $, but it's a time consuming & slow going endeavor.

I've loved this app for the most part. But it seems like every time I open the app to scan my e-receipts from Amazon, it says I have to connect to my Amazon account. I've scanned numerous e-receipts from Amazon but for some reason, the app keeps disconnecting from it. I'm super frustrated with it and is making me question if I need to find another app that won't disconnect from e-receipt eligible websites.
