My only problem is there's no easy way to go back to the home menu. You will do searches, but eventually you want to go to the home menu to maybe see your account or see other options, but you are forced to press back as many times as you have made new searches.

love love love chewy! thank you for all the savings I've made by using your company to deliver my 3 pups the food and treats and TOYS and outfits we are looking for. never disappointed but if something is wrong with my order (which has happened) on my part...they helped get it corrected, which benefited me very well. Chewy took the loss which wasn't cheap. This awesome customer service has kept my business and brought in many more customers as I've spread the word that Chewy is the absolute BEST

App is in dark mode or night mode, I can't see all the menu tabs. Tried uninstalling but it didn't help. Will have to ditch it if I can't see it. Also, please make it possible to edit reviews left for products on your website and app. Many times I've bought something that I gave 5 stars only to have the quality decline and not be able to update or edit to a lower rating.

With 6 adult cats, I spend a LOT on cat food every month. The price at my preferred grocery store is higher than Chewy's price and Chewy always has the particular canned food I want, so I don't have to go multiple times a month, hoping the store will have what I want. Plus, delivery right to my door is free! Additional discounts make Chewy even cheaper than buying from the store. I don't know why I didn't check out Chewy a long time ago. Thanks Chewy!!

I love chewy itself. Great services, quick shipping. Usually have everything I needed. However, the app is a consistent problem. After the update on the 27th, i am unable to look at any products, and unable to add to my cart.

I really like shopping Chewy! Off an order doesn't arrive they are right on top of it! I can get treats, food, toys, comfort items for my senior cat that I can't find anywhere else. It's like they really go out of their way to find unique stuff that a pet will like. Yeah, it's a bit spendy, but isn't your pet worth it?

This is like the 5th time my order (separate transactions) has been put on hold and was emailed to contact Chewy. Its always to "verify" information, you would think they would of saved the info. the first 2 times they asked. This is a nightmare, there's always "something". I am canceling my Autoship and going elsewhere. The whole point of Chewy was to make things EASIER for the consumer to get products NOT harder. Update: for whatever reason my account got flagged, for what? they don't know.

I love chewy, and it makes my life a lot easier to get pet food, treats, etc. I just wish they would have promos that actually apply to an item in your cart work, but because you have multiple different items, they just say it is invalid and can't be applied. That's the only complaint I have about an otherwise amazing company.

I've never had trouble using this app until now. I'm unable to submit a payment of any kind, not on the app or on the website in a browser. I tried multiple cards, google pay, etc. The system displays the checkout info and payment options, but once submitting the order, the system does absolutely nothing. Needs to be fixed asap, my pups need food and it's more expensive to just go the store.

I'd be lost without Chewy. The app works well, easy to search/filter, awesome variety, check out is a breeze. Why 2 stars? Their packing. It's terrible! I've never received a shipment where at least one box has ripped open and is completely taped over by the shipper. Treats are broken/damaged; crushed by 20-40 lb of dog food. I've contacted Chewy multiple times but it hasn't helped. I'll try a public review now. At least pack the treats and toys in their own box; keep them safe.

Great company! I love autoship. The only thing I would like to see is if I happen to need part of my autoship, I could separate them and order part. It It just seems complicated. I also would like to order on a specific day rather than on a weekly setup so it coincides with my pay day each month. The service is great and the staff if very helpful and friendly. I love Chewy!

Chewy prices are really good. The customer service is also excellent. The auto ship feature is great because you can make more than one auto ship. Once you figure out the timing of things you'll never run out of anything you need for your pets. I've been using chewy for several years. And it's so much more convenient.

What's better than finding great deals and everything your pets need from Chewy? Ordering it all through the app! I have been a fan of Chewy for several years now and have recommended it to everyone. The shipping time is amazing, the customer service is not only the best in the industry, but by far the best I've experienced period. This app is great. I can order what I need without using my web browser and it just makes life easier. 5 stars!

I've been using Chewy for over a year now. My autoship order is always right on time. Any additional products I have ordered arrived promptly and well packaged. The quality of their products is always 100%. I have a cat with food allergies and when I called for help with that their customer service was not only most helpful, they were also courteous and caring. I highly recommend Chewy for all pet lovers. I'm a customer for life.

update: i HAD uninstalled & reinstalled before & I still had the same issue.but evidently I just needed to post about it bc i did it again & it's working now. customer service w/ orders & now w/ the app have great. thanks! orig: ever since the last update, I have not been able to see the autoship tab. it has an "Oops" screen and nothing I do will fix it... I had to log in on my computer in order to modify my order. I normally don't have issues but I'm not sure what the deal is with this last up

Chewy is simply the best, and the app is great too. It's so easy to order, and shipping is always prompt. Customer Service has been excellent every time I've needed to contact Chewy with a question. They make pet-life so much easier!

The customer service can not be beat! If you need to call them, you get a PERSON and not an auto recorded message stating a number to press to reach a certain dept. That is huge! If there is ever a problem with an order, they will make it right.. They care and want you to be happy. We are! 5 stars!

Randomly stopped working, I can no longer sign in. It just goes to a blank black screen every time. I've cleared cache, data, reinstalled, but nothing works. Great company with quality products but the app doesn't seem to get a lot of love.
