Terrible 'search' function. I don't check the "include out of stock" function during a search and it's still showing OOS items. I tried clicking it, saving the filter, then undoing it and saving again, but it still doesn't work properly. I'd buy more things off the app if i didn't have to go back and forth through all of the OOS items.

Easy to shop, great deals, and love the free shipping! * Idk about anyone else, but the last couple of weeks I have had nothing but issues with the app saying it is having trouble on its end, or notifying about an out of stock item being back in stock, then when I try to order it, it will not let me place it in my cart although it is showing in stock, things like that. It is very frustrating. I am not even able to verify my teacher status for my discount and that will end very soon. Please fix.

The app is fine, but the Drive Up functionality is broken. Half the time I drive up, spend 10 min in my car with the app trying to figure out how to trigger the option to switch my pick up order to drive up (open and close the little barcode toast at the bottom of the screen a bunch, look at the order details several times, hoping something will change and trigger the "change to drive up" tab to appear), and then give up and go into the store. I really wish I knew what the magic conditions are to make the "switch to pick up" option appear. The online help says to "follow the prompts in the app", but the problem is there's no prompts in the app.

Please fix the 'stopped working' issue! Every one to five minutes the app closes saying it has stopped working. This makes it super difficult to shop and actually place an order. I have switched to Amazon to shop in the middle of browsing just because of how frustrating it gets. Also, the search is not very accurate. I can search for a specific item, like a book by title, and it not show up, then go in through the categories (which is the 5th category within it) and there it is. Frustrating.

I like that online purchases can be tracked on this app. It's visually appealing and easy to read. The app is very easy to use. I love that I can complete delivery, pick-up, drive-up and shipping order in a single transaction! It moves very quickly and has very few glitches. The camera function is inconsistent. Inventory levels aren't always correct.

I wouldn't even have this app except I need it for the wallet and scanning feature. For Android at least, it is an absolute dumpster fire. It often takes years to load, only to offer a "We've encountered an unexpected error. Try again". Crashes every time you try to write a review - shuts down the entire app right in the middle of writing. Scanner doesn't even work half the time, anyway - "oops! Unexpected error" after you scan. I could go on and on, but this has a limit of 500 characters.

Great app. I'm a new mom and order nearly everything from Target now with one hand using the app. It would be great to be able to auto-deliver essential items such as diapers, formula, so I don't have to create a new transaction each time. Otherwise, this app is easy to use and Target products are great quality. I was having an issue with receiving knock offs from Amazon. Returns are also very easy since every transaction is stored in the app.

Been using this app to order groceries since quarantine. The only things I've found problematic are that it isn't always up to date as far as inventory at the store, and there isn't a very easy way to choose substitutions for items. Other than that, everything runs smoothly. It is also very handy being able to look back at all my past purchases (both online and in-store), even over a year later.

A real tire fire. Awkward interface. Slow, glitchy. Won't connect with PayPal properly to complete a purchase. Search engine is sometimes very exact, and other times it can't find items that I've seen on the shelves at a Target store. Honestly, I never review apps, unless I really love them. But this is one of the worst experiences I've ever had with a shopping app, so I thought it was worth it to warn others. It's a frustrating shopping experience.

Whatever you are doing to "fix" your app, please stop. It seems every update recently to fix bugs creates even more issues, particularly with Target Circle. It won't always save selections, and even when I can get it to save the selection, it then subsequently deletes them all. If you are trying to get people to stop using Circle by frustrating them to no end, then you're doing a great job. I love Target, and used to love this app, but beyond frustrated with it lately.

I was eventually able to get my online (mobile app) order together, but it was not an easy experience. There was no box to adjust quantities. I had to enter items multiple times. General navigating is cluttered and clunky. Once I had added an item to the cart, I had to back through a couple of screens to continue shopping instead of having the choice to continue shopping or check out. This could easily be improved to be less irritating.

I love Target, online is no exception. The issue is, while Im deep into my shopping session, filters set, 3pages in, I inevitably accidently hit one of the buttons on the bottom (like account) while I'm reaching for my back button. This starts everything over. There's no way to go back (as far as I've seen). I have to reset all my filters, try to find where I left off and pray I don't hit that button again! Why is there no ability to make a wishlist? I need to make a list of the rugs I'm interested in. The only way I've found to do that is to add them to the cart, which of course means that, if I need to buy something else in the meantime, I have to empty my cart and, once again, start over. Repeat from top.

I love this app but I do have a suggestion, when you place an order and an item is canceled, it would be awesome if a notification was made to the customer that an item was canceled, and provide the customer the option to change the item for something else, THE MOMENT IT IS CANCELED, not after it shows the order is ready for pick up. Its happened a lot and I've had to place a new order for an alternative option. I think it would save the stores and customers some time and money. Amazing app!!

The app allows you to search for anything you like and, will let you know: if the item is available; when; and, all the specs you need to make an informed choice. It also offers you lots of options. The newest update even has coupons you can clip electronically for use online or in the store. Only one "little" complaint, relative to all the plusses. The app frequently gets stuck. If that could be fixed, it would darn near be perfect.

Pros: I love being able to do Target Pick-up. It's a lifesaver when you have multiple littles! Cons: It is beyond frustrating when it says the item is in stock and two hours later you get the message that your order is ready, but the main item you needed and did the entire order for, is actually out of stock. It happens WAY too often. I wish they would get it together on having accurate information on stocked items.

Page not loading, typically. It use to run quite smoothly, but recently in the last month or so, it pretends to load the page items, but doesn't, or can't. Same on browser. Definitely needs to be fixed, please. The deals are quite great, so it's frustrating that this happens, because it's so easy to shop both online, & in your local store, given that it'll tell you where products are in their specific aisles.

The app is great when it works. When placing an order for drive up or pick up, after searching for 3-5 items it becomes slow and unusable as the search tabs stack on top of each other. If you select back several times you can get to the main home page and that speeds things up again. But this issue with the UI needs to be addressed. If I added an item to cart, I don't need it open in the background after searching for something else.

Needs to be optimized for a smoother end user experience. The suggestions the search bar gives you are not great. I accidentally purchased a full sized sheet set because it was the top result on my search for a "threshold queen size sheet set". I'm not saying it's easy to optimize this kind of thing but it seems like something that shouldn't happen.
