Ordering through the Dunkin’ app is fast, easy and contactless! All app users can place their order ahead through the Dunkin’ app and skip the wait in store. Try all our contactless pickup options – walk-in pickup, drive-thru and curbside pickup! Options will vary by store. Check app for details.

Join Dunkin’ Rewards to earn FREE food and drinks!
Runnin' has its rewards. Join our new rewards program, DUNKIN’ REWARDS, to earn your choice of free food and drinks, unlock Boosted Status to earn points faster and score members-only exclusive offers. Members earn 10 points per $1 spent on qualifying purchases in-store or when they order ahead.

Pay Any Way
Dunkin’ Rewards members earn points any way they pay – cash, credit/debit, Dunkin’ Card or Google Pay. Dunkin' Rewards members can setup auto-reload so their Dunkin’ Card never runs out of funds.

Great app...missing some features... It would be nice to have an option to rate the DD as to whether they got your order correct. An option to add a replacement item if they do not have or run out when you go to pick it up. Also a feature to rate the DD staff and service.

This app screws you out of your money. It's location services are terrible. It'll pick locations that aren't near you. You'll try to update and change the location, it will look like you have done so successfully, only to discover that it sent your order to the wrong location. It's done this to me twice. Both times I called the stores to cancel it because the app doesn't let you only to be told there's nothing they can do. Trying to get a refund or to cancel through the app doesn't work either.

App keeps Suggesting Closer Locations when i click a location 10 mins away on the app map as i want to pick it up as its conveniant for me to not make a turnaround , 2 times already i clicked on a location i wanted to order from but the order went through to the suggested closer location wasting my time when i arrive to place i chose they dont have my order... because the suggested location received it where i clicked on correct location on map... but wrong location takes order.

Ordering through the app is a much faster way to run in and pick up your order. I aoind long lines inside and in the drive-thru. The only problem with the app is that sometimes the discounts and free coffees are not applied when selected.

I LOST POINTS!!! It works ONLY when it wants to... I had an order using my points for a free coffee, something went "WRONG" and it did NOT process my order which it tells me more often than not, therefore my points were gone and I could no longer use them, what's the point buying all that coffee to get points if they are just wasted with a glitch. It happens ever other time I use the app. FIX IT, or you're gonna lose more business. I've re-downloaded the app twice, so don't give me that excuse!

I ve used this app for years. For the last few days it won't open or when it tries to open it kicks me off to my main screen. I've tried installing and Uninstalling several times. Had to go thru my car yesterday looking for lose change to lay for my coffee Currently it's saying that my app has a bug and I need to wait for the developer to fix it

Favorites system could be better. You can only save whole orders as favorites, not individual menu items, and you can only save a favorite for a few moments after placing an order, instead of on demand. If this feature was made more usable I'd take advantage of it far more often.

I used this app almost every day for 2 years, almost 3 years & now it won't even open. it pretends to load then goes away & i have over 3000 reward points saved as well as it originally crashed in the middle of an order & wouldn't reopen. I let it go that day because i was already running late, and now i won't even open & nothing has worked to fix it, so thanks guys! not.

Apparently I'm not the only one this keeps happening too! Someone else in the comments is having the same issue. The app loads for 1 second and then immediately closes automatically. Can not get the app to load, used it for years. Customer service hasn't resolved anything. I'm not spending any more money at dunkin until I can use the app again.

I'm really frustrated because somehow, the app automatically placed an order without my permission, & there's no way to undo it. I didn't order anything, & yet it somehow automatically did w/o confirmation. The navigation has gotten really, really bad within the app. Perhaps I bumped a button, but it shouldn't just place a full order on one misclick that you can't undo. You should have to press another button to finalize the transaction, but no, I have no idea where the misclick even happened.

Just got this app bc because my kids got DD gift cards for their birthday. I uploaded the digital codes I was given to the app. Well it's only opened once since I've installed it. Now I try to open the app it just sits there on the dunkin screen. I'm hoping I can use the screen shot of the gift cards, because I can't get the app to open to pay with it that way.

The new rewards system is garbage. It now costs $50 to get a free coffee instead of $40, and $70 to get a free cold brew. The monthly rewards/offers aren't great either and the app still has limited functionality for customization for swirls. "Boosted" status, i.e. going 12 times in one month, doesn't provide much benefit either.

Decent app but remove that Reload Dunkin! It's very annoying. I'd much rather have the ability to save my card info rather than hassling with having to reload- I went to Starbucks instead of DD the last time because I was having so much trouble with it!

It has a bug & will crash as soon as I attempt to open it. It's been over a week of this issue. I've uninstalled the app restarted my phone, cleared the cache, etc. Nothing works. Unfortunately I've intentionally not visited Dunkin this week because I would like to be able to receive points for my purchases.

It would be nice if the store could cancel items that are out of stock so I don't have to contact customer service for a refund. Otherwise it does what it needs to do. I always get told I'm too far to submit order for max freshness even if I'm only 3 miles. When I wait until I'm closer the drinks are not ready.

App is pretty good. HOWEVER you need to triple check the address before you place order. Multiple times I have placed orders to the wrong Dunkin because I have selected it on map view. Sometimes 2 different locations will give you the same address. I clicked into the map 3 different times and got different addresses 3 times when I clicked the same location

Have been using the app for many years. Have been a customer for decades. Have been very fortunate as I have had little to no serious issues in all that time. I shop, I order, I pick up. No issues with payments or reloading my card. Dunking makes it very simple. Love the product, love the people. Kudos! Shout-out to the employees in Ogdensburg (Sussex) NJ.

The new version of the app sucks! It only reduces the rewards you can get as far as coffee. No XLs can be purchased with reward points. The app automatically logs you off frequently. Just another reason why this app sucks.
