Chick-fil-A One® Members can receive points with qualifying purchases, redeem
available rewards of your choice and reach new tiers with increasing benefits.
1. Find restaurants - Find Chick-fil-A® restaurants near you while searching from home
or out and about.
2. Order Ahead – Place your order through your phone and pay, choose your preferred
pick-up method, and let us know when you arrive.
3. Receive points – Receive points with every qualifying purchase by scanning your QR
code in the Chick-fil-A® App, paying with your Chick-fil-A One digital gift card, or placing
mobile orders at participating Chick-fil-A® restaurants.
4. Redeem rewards – Use your points to redeem available rewards of your choice,
including: free food rewards, birthday rewards, meal donations and more.
5. Personalized menu – We’ll remember what you like and – even better – how you like
it.

The app is visually very well done, but that's about it. Despite mutiple installation attempts it's impossible to find a store. It has been giving me a "sorry" message for 2 days straight, rendering mobile ordering completely useless. Not much point in having the app if that's not working. Everything else can just be done at your leisure through a web browser, but ordering on the go would actually be useful. I've contacted technical support for Chick-fil-a but no response as of yet.

I like the app. Primarily easy to use. However, there are some glitches i would like to see addressed or (if they are just associated with me) to have someone tell me what I am doing wrong. I tell the app delivery and I sign off on options and send food from easy to navigate menus. great stuff. When I go to pay however, my CFA One balance from the PREVIOUS time is shown, leading me to believe I have enough funds. I push ahead, and the app tells me insufficient funds. and when i get back to the page showing my funds it displays the correct number. However, adding money does not resolve the issue as the app will still throw an error for the transaction, despite having available funds, so long as i stay in the session. IF I close the app entirely, and restart, from choosing delivery and then food items, the transaction goes through. This, all in all , is a minor inconvenience. But it would be nice to see my actual balance before trying to purchase on insufficient funds.

Good app. Never had any issues with it crashing on any of my phones. I have to take a star off though because it's not an intuitive process once you have your order placed. I feel the "At the restaurant" button is something you select "at the restaurant" but it's not. And they won't even start making your order until you select that button. So you could think your order is placed, get to the restaurant and press the "At the restaurant" button only to have to wait for them to make the order.

This is by far 1 of the best apps out there! The convenience of being able to order and have the order ready when you get to the location is my favorite feature. Whether it's going inside to the pick up spot or waiting curbside, no more standing or waiting in long (drive thru) lines. I appreciate that for every dollar I spend I earn points towards rewards that can be redeem whenever I'm ready. Easiest 5 ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I could give an app!

This app comes with one of the best rewards programs I've seen amongst fast food. It also makes the ordering process easier. Though honestly I do find the preparation times to be a little off sometimes. This is one of the best functioning apps as well, my experience with other food apps has been frustrating and they could use to function more like the Chick-fil-A app. It's not perfect and could use some tweaks, but ultimately I'm very happy with the functionality and usability of this app.

This app works great for ordering ahead and saving my favorite foods. They give away free food and reward points add up quickly. I don't like how you can't change what you want to redeem your points on. If you choose the wrong item you can't get your points back. This would be a huge feature I would appreciate! This is the second time I have accidentally redeemed my points for the wrong item so instead I will loose them.

CFA is one of my favorite places to eat, go 5-6 times a week. I always use the app for the points, but I am CONSTANTLY being logged out for no reason and then I get a message saying "We're having trouble serving you". I've tried reinstalling, resetting passwords, everything. Nothing helps, just have to wait a day or three and then it randomly starts working again. When it actually is working though, it's awesome.

I do like that you can order food through an app, and the order seems to go through to the restaurant quickly. A lot of the features, however, are not user friendly. It's easy to get confused when trying to apply a reward (multiple steps and screens), you can't pay with 2 different methods, and if you make a mistake when ordering, you have to cancel the entire thing and start over instead of being able to edit an item.

App has not updated any progress since August. So all my points are lost. It's almost like it just stopped working. Update: customer service was able to help with my issues and reinstate my points. Another capability is how you can leave feedback after visiting a restaurant, both good feedback and of course complaints. Enjoying the ease of this app, there are some times that it won't let me put an order at a particular location, not sure what happened.

App worked great until it completely dropped the locations I visit most often. I see the developers claim they've updated the app to fix this bug, but it's still not working. In fact I tried to submit an issue (for the second time, as my first attempt was totally ignored) while waiting in the drive-thru. My app was convinced I was 40 miles away, in a completely different state. And had no record whatsoever of the location where I physically was.

Great app overall. It's difficult to locate the surveys after an order. The last time I tried, the link sent me to the app homepage. I never found the survey. The link is not sent through text nor email, so I couldn't pull it back up. Also, some pickup orders didn't go through on the restaurant side, but was complete/ready on my app. They filled the orders, but it sometimes it took a while, esp when busy. I've only had that issue at 1 location though. Overall it's been a great experience.

Within the past 90 days, this app has become completely incompatible with VPNs, logging you out and refusing to connect as long as a VPN is connected. This is incredibly disappointing, and I can think of no good reason to do so, as the app already uses your phone's hardware geolocation data. When the app works, it's a good version of the now standard online ordering app, but they have shot themselves in the foot with this nonsensical decision.

Fantastic app, good features, and not too much advertising, and hats off to the devs. However, the app encounters unrecoverable errors when networking state changes. this scenario happens often when you place an order on mobile data then reach the restaurant and connect to the Wi-Fi there. At that point you cannot continue the order due to errors. This symptom has been happening for nearly six months.

This app was awesome! Just pick your location. Pick your items and pick up how you want to get it. Delivered to your car, through the drive through or just walk in and get it from the counter. Now it just force closes everytime I try to open it. if it does work as soon as you hit an icon to try and do anything especially pick your location it force closes.

Having similar issues to a lot of other users. Carryout orders do not clear after picking up and can't get rid of screen telling me to pick up. It even asks if i picked up because it's been a while and when i say yes it still doesn't clear. I was manually trying to clear my old orders and it kept refreshing and tried to charge my card multiple times in a row. Great app when it works and enjoy all the free items with rewards, but a lot of bugs can make it a long process because uninstalling and reinstalling seems to be the only workaround.

Used app for over a year and recent experience changed my view. 2 big issues I have with the app/online pay through the app. One, if you need a refund after the purchase has gone through, you have to go to the store to get it and hopefully you used a credit card because they can't refund it back to Paypal. You can't get it any other way. The other: there is a way to claim you were missing an item in your order through the app, but this is misleading, because no refund is possible thru app.

The app is broken for Android! Very inconvenient to use! I tried to scan my qr code to get rewards, but it has never worked, since I don't have any money in my account. I only get rewards by using the missing transaction button, and the terms and conditions say there's a limit per year. At this rate I'm doomed to eventually stop earning rewards. I noticed that if I redeem rewards it automatically gives me points... Which would be a great feature, if not for the above flaws.

I would give it 4 stars if it weren't for the current issue I'm having. It has taken me 6 attempts now to order the catering option. Evey time I choose the sauces, it picks up the confirmation and adds an additional touch to the screen and goes to the nutritional value. Doesn't sound like a big issue, but you can't go back 1 step, and if you go back any further, it just sits and loads and does nothing, so you have to close the app and start all over again. Good app otherwise, but horrible here.
