Since the latest update, the app freezes whenever I check or uncheck an item on my shopping list. It does not unfreeze and must be force-closed and rebooted. I use this app instead of a paper list when shopping because it used to be very convenient (coupons, list of sale items, and giving me the location of items in my local store), but it is completely inoperable now. Get it together, Kroger.

Used to be great but has been a dumpster fire for quite a while now. Most recently it fails to recognize when I'm at a store and thus doesn't let me map my shopping list by aisle. When it does map it, 3/4 of the items on my list appear at the very bottom under "aisle may vary" rather than sorting by location like it's supposed to (and used to). Very basic items that I purchase all the time no longer come up when I search for them. Sometimes freezes or crashes. Pls fix!

Everytime I reset my password I receive an email instantly alerting me of the change. After changing the password, to sign in it also requires a verification code....a code which they always say they have emailed me, but it never shows up in a timely manner. I've been expecting one for about 10 minutes now, and I've reached the maximun number of times I can request that it be sent again. Last time I don't think it ever showed up at all. If I can't sign in the app is nothing except a door stop🫤

Latest update has been causing problems in Lists, where many items in the list display "Product Info Not Available" instead of the associated info. It seems to be random, and those items will later show the product info correctly, so it seems to be an issue with the database query process. It's getting frustrating to go to the store and not know what I have unchecked in my running lists, which I use for everything!

I have used curbside pickup for over 2 years, and I love shopping this way. It allows me to plan my meals around the deals and coupons, which keeps me on task when creating my online grocery list. This saves me a lot of money, too, which is the most important contributing factor in using curbside delivery. I especially love the reviews one can read as you select each of your grocery items. I love the Kroger app for ease of applying ALL coupons. Paper coupons are scanned at my car. Genius

So the app works great! Until you walk into the store. Half my list disappeared. This happens at different locations too. My guess is top execs don't want you to shop like me; buying only what's on the list. They love their pushy impulse sales, (exactly why you can't move through the aisles with case stacks and extra displays blocking your every move.) Just be sure to carry a paper copy with you like the old days since the tech is unreliable.

Slow, buggy, often unusable. Recently the app has been failing to login properly. I've gone two days without being able to login. And the login text box isn't properly set for email addresses, so text replacement keeps messing up the email I type. Scanning coupons is annoying to set up with link management. Finding full coupon details is a hassle. Trying to use it will add 5-10 minutes to a shopping trip. Its better to plan your shopping at home and skip any coupons you encounter in the store.

Something changed and I lost the cart button, it's now "my list" and I have to find the cart elsewhere. Useless and inconvenient. Also, there really should be some kind of "sale alert" feature you can set for chosen items. Created an account online through the app and it doesn't exist in store via phone or card #, only by scanning the barcode. Stressful to figure out.

I have had to Uninstall and reinstall only to still have problems. There always seems that the app constantly glitches and I can't get in. It's very disappointing since I usually use it at least a couple times a week. It seems as though the glitching is fine but the ability for the chosen preferences to stay doesn't work. It makes it very difficult as a delivery Driver to hear that has a common complaint as well as a user. It's very frustrating.

I love the kroger app and use it weekly for coupons. However, I hate the new way coupons are presented in the app. Instead of having a long list to scroll through, I now need to go into 6 different (seemingly pointless) categories to see all the coupons and often scroll through repeats. I liked having one long list so I knew I never missed something and could maximize my savings without having to jump through hoops. Please bring back the one long list for coupons! It is much less confusing!

This app could be great. But it's not. If you add some thing to your list that becomes unavailable, the info about the item is removed. Was it bread, chicken, carrots? No way to know. Also, the items by aisle view is great, when it works. When it doesn't, which is often, you get to the site and your shopping list is a hot mess. Before Kroger buys Albertsons and becomes HUGE, they should focus on building better services and having cleaner, better-stocked stores.

The latest update is horrible! It kicks me out all the time and then won't let me log back in, even after several tries. When trying to go back in any part of the app (search, cart, savings), it goes back on what you did on your phone, not back within the app. Searching for substitutes has gotten worse too, it doesn't show you results, even ones that used to show. The substitute search online has given more results than the app. In my opinion the app isn't better than online but easier to use.

I used to find it very easy to shop from your app, especially to add items to my list or cart directly from the weekly ad. Your recent updates have rendered that feature almost useless. There is no consistency about the methods to add items to a list or to your cart directly from the ad. Some things are practically impossible to do either one without scrolling through dozens and dozens of products that are in no semblance of order!

This app needs a lot of work. If you are going to only make coupons available to people who get the app then the app needs to work properly. I am unable to view all the coupons because when i browse i only see two. The only way to view coupons is to go to most popular, expiring soon, etc. I miss a lot of them. The ad also doesn't show in it's entirety, and the "new view" shows only certain things. Why even make a new view when there's so many things wrong with it? How about fixing the bugs 1st?

This app is glitchy, unreliable, and just generally terrible. After years of random issues that come and go, here is the most recent problem I am having. When I am looking at the app at home, it more or less works okay (not great, never great). But, the second I get to the store, most of my shopping list items disappear from the list and in their place is something like "product info unavailable." Incredibly frustrating when trying to shop. You are a multi-billion dollar company - do better!

the app used to be straightforward and easy. now it's annoying. they just had to go and start showing ads, as if they're not already getting 100% of the money from you when you shop. I search for markers and I see multiple ads for meat. also, the "items on sale" and "buy it again" no longer work. I used those heavily when building my list and I'm just very annoyed. I even emailed about the issue but it continues unresolved a month later. I'm spending less now though so thanks?

everything works decently and is laid out simply for quick use, but if you filter products, the product you either click on for info or quick add to cart will be a completely different product. today I had pasta sauce that turned out to be macaroni and cheese that turned out to be butter. luckily I checked my cart before placing my order, but this could cause very bad problems (ie: I accidentally buy a blender instead of a carton of eggs)

This app is very confusing there are pop up boxes that will not move as you are trying to make a list, the coupon search is annoying most humans like to scroll up & down not side ways, the sad part is the people who would need to use this app most (seniors) would find it to frustrating and give up. I have a house bound neighbor who tried to use this app. She gave up and called her daughter with the list. I think the designers need to go back to the drawing board and simplify
