Pretty nice, ton of features (checking paychecks, taxes, benefits, etc.)! Sometimes it's a little overwhelming and hard to navigate/find what you're looking for.

All in all, this is a useful app to use to check my company's directory, internal job postings, benefits, change elections, contact info and get paystubs. Keep in mind some features you'll need to log into the your employer's desktop site. Your employer drives many features and functionality in the app and desktop site, so I'd address these issues with your employer instead of blasting the app on a review.

This phone app provides the basic functions needed to clock & clock out. To see a history of their punches, it would be nice if instead of having to go in day-by-day one-at-a-time to see weekly time history, that it could be seen in a summary version for the current & previous weeks up to a reasonable period of time. As it is now, in order to see your 5 or 6 days in a week of hours, you have to go in one day at a time over & over & over again. Then, you have to write it down to get see summary.

The workday app keeps crashing. I use my 6 digit pin and it acts it's going to load but then it just goes to my phone home page. I even uninstalled then reinstalled the app and it does the same thing. I gave 3 stars because it's worked until now, hopefully this gets fixed soon.

Works great for day to day time tracking, clocking in, and absence planning. It's highly annoying having to reset my PIN and re-sign in on a monthly basis, especially when I'm just trying to quickly clock in for work.

If you are hourly, entering time has annoying problem: if you try to enter 1:15 pm you need to put a zero first (01:15 then select pm). It just means you end up having to enter it twice or delete it and enter again. Perhaps a solution would be to do something like how the stock Google clock app does its time selector.

Giving this 1 star so developers will hopefully see this (there's no customer service). I'm unable to select time off type in the app- it just says "This item is empty" when I click the drop-down menu, and "type" is required to make the request- so yea, guess I can't have time off anymore, and workday doesn't care enough to give their users any kind of support.

It is slow. Buttons dont always work. I make updates and changes and then they dont update or the changes aren't accurately completed. My withholding was one for taxes and it keeps saying zero. Many other errors. AI interface is error prone. Spend more $ and do it right.

The company I work for just switched from the KBP CONNECT app to WORKDAY this past week. So far it's much nicer layout and way less complicated to navigate around on. For my employees that aren't very computer, smart phone, or familiar with the ins and outs of differentbapps for different things, WORKDAY puts it in it's most simplified, basic form that anyone can navigate their way around it. I'm looking forward to implementing it and using it's many features

It's more user friendly than the desktop version but still, just an average app. What I'm baffled by is the need to key in a pin to log in when there's absolutely no additional security gained from it. For some reason, my pin wouldn't let me log in (sudden amnesia?) so I clicked reset pin. To my surprise, I was brought to the main page to select my login group. Thereafter, I was asked to key in my new pin without so much as an email verification or OTP. So what's the point of the pin?

this app crashes less these days! But when you set up the app with your fingerprint the next time sign back in, it forgets your fingerprint, so you have to sign back in using your email, password and pin number and once back it then tell you "it might be easier if set up a fingerprint to sign in next time"

I find this app very difficult to use. I just want to verify that I need a line of credit for my JP Morgan credit card. This process is like pulling teeth with pliers and no anasthesia! I was given this card in July. I still can't use it. I'm paying for bus expenses out of my own pocket. I will have to itemize the expenses for Easton Coach to reimburse me.

Generally a good app and system. Wish it had finger print login. Also wish it would tell me how much PTO till the end of the year was allocated and unallocated. Our PTO is front loaded and I will put in dates for the end of year holidays and such. Wish I didn't have to check balances from the last day of the year to know what's left unallocated.

The only reason I gave one star is due to there not being a negative star button. Deleting days from a vacation without any prompt to do so as I am trying to set up a vacation is beyond frustrating. The "need" for multiple processes of verification every time you log in is ridiculous. Not to mention more often then not the process has to be done multiple times. It feels like this app is made to discourage employees from using sick time or pto in order to benefit the company. Disgusting really.

Absolutely terrible program. not user friendly. It's a struggle to navigate through to do updateoto any part of your resume. basically only works slightly better on a desktop. Avoid at all costs.

The only problem I have is adjusting to the change! Remembering to clock in/ out. My old brain struggles when something new sneaks up on him!😆 I like all the information on workday. It's great to be able to check your hrs, pay, etc. anytime. Nice work!

Very poor service. The app provides only limited services. I do no believe that it was a best choice of the company to invest on your services. Omg!!! Your application only provides very basic information. We need access to more information. You only provide access to very specific information. I feel so sad that the company chose you among others for your services. No option to even send a feedback.

The Workday application work decently well, however there are definitely some things that could be improved. The application allows for 2-factor authentication, it would be amazing if the "stay logged in" feature actually work after authentication, given that most organizations require password changes every few months allowing the app to stay logged in on a device with active device protections/biometric locks would be immensely useful!
