From the past few weeks I am not able to join meeting. Have deleted and reinstalled the app many times but it is not working.

Some things just don't work, this being one of them. If my pixel rings with WhatsApp I can answer, phone locked or not. If it rings with WebEx then it's hell, the program takes ages to launch, crashes, rarely answers. It's on a Google Pixel 7a. It's just poorly written and clearly not tested.

Recent update is not allowing to join meetings asking fot Android 13. Which is not possible. I can't ask my 159 members to change their mobile. Its time to desubscribe the software and to choose the alternative like zoom or the other

The ability to add a personal/work account at the same time would be great without having to sign-out completely, otherwise, app works great.

App was super cool before September 2023 but now. It keeps crushing @admin team, kindly fix this bug as it's too annoying!!!!

overall this is a good app. I really wish they didn't have a 40-minute limit for meetings. get rid of that and you've got five stars.

Not able to call/ receive others call, always not able to join meetings. Then what kind of communication app those one?

App crashes all the time and doesn't take incoming calls. I wouldn't recommend anyone signing up

Ruined the app This last update makes it impossible to use. It used to be simple click and join your meeting. Not any longer!

I do not know why and how this app is draining my phone's battery like a crazy. Even if this app is used for around 3-4 mins it will consume about 15-20% of the entire battery. Using the same battery consumption, I can used other apps for hours or sometimes even more than that

Terrible noise when trying to make calls in back ground. Can hardly hear when making calls. Jabber was a lot better and you could clearly hear the person on the other side of the call.

Calls are low quality where it is difficult to hear and for others to understand. Recently getting an error that just says calling phone numbers is not possible.

Since the last update calls just ring once before getting disconnected. This app works more like 1990s pager than a phone. I have to keep calling back whomever tries to reach me.

Was working great until last update. Constant crashing .. I've cleared cache and all data and reinstalled multiple times. HELP!!!

Faulty. Partners with MTN; you attempt to call someone, you say "Hello" for just about a second, as they respond to you "Hello", the call is prematurely CUT as the app SHUTS DOWN / CLOSES down abruptly. Money keeps on going for free.

I have not been able to use this app the last 2 days. I have done the updates and nothing. Also, the call quality is not great. I can be talking to someone and all of a sudden they cannot hear me. You really need to do better because people use this app for their work.

Everything looks good other than If you joined a called from your phone and System, it shows one identity two times. One form system and one from mobile. Which unnecessary increase participation counts.

While writing a message in space, if I mention someone, then that mention automatically gets converted into plain text. This is an annoying bug that has been present in the past many releases but still not fixed.
