*Please use Clearpay responsibly. Clearpay is unregulated credit. Clearpay lends you a fixed amount of credit so you can pay for your purchase over 4 instalments, due every 2 weeks. You must be 18+ and a permanent UK resident (excl Channel Islands). T&Cs and other eligibility criteria apply.

Ensure you can make repayments on time. Clearpay charges a £6 late fee for each late instalment and a further £6 if it’s still unpaid 7 days later. Late fees are capped at £6 for orders under £24 and the lower of £36 or 25% of the order value for orders over £24. Missed payments may affect your ability to use Clearpay in the future and they may pass unpaid debt to a debt collection agency.

Helpful quick always sends alerts to let you know that a payment is due definitely recommended 👌 Always trying to improve the app I wish they still did the supermarket though now they do the gift cards highly recommended I continue to use this app because its easy ,it's helpful . It is tool to help you control your money not spend wildly . Love this app ,because I like buying online but I don't like using my card so u use clear pay instead and it makes my life easier because you get to spread the cost.or as I've done in the past I needed some thing didn't quite have enough ,so I used clearpay which takes the first payment on the day then every 2 weeks total of 4 payments ,so much easier

Been using clearpay for sometime now , great for purchasing more expensive items and spreading the cost . Only thing just lately since April , Asos has stopped doing clearpay for myself and had multiple conversations to try and resolve the issue but just keep getting some buyers are having issues and we're working on it ? But still no clearpay on Asos , so shopping elsewhere .

Keeps crashing when I go on gift cards nearly everytime. And if I'm on it browsing for about 10 minutes, it freezes and doesn't allow me to type or anything. Ive To restart my phone cause closing the app doesn't fix it. Love clearpay itself. Struggling with the app

So quick, easy to use,everything well explained. And you get reminders when payments are due,so u don't forget...and when you have issues with purchases, it gets resolved pretty quickly, Would highly recommend to anyone...thanks clearpay...

It helps but do wish it could be repaid over large purchases such has £400 or over could be over 4 months with miss payments on this could be £30 late payment charges. Not sure if this is something you could look into. Still keep under £399 how things are paid now no changes on this.

The CLEARPAY app is very easy to use, and it's great at helping you to understand current credit limits and upcoming payments. Such a great way to spread the costs over time, and there's so many different companies that use CLEARPAY, that you can purchase just about anything without having to worry about a large one off payment.

Love the clearpay app, so many shops to shop at and to be able to pay in 4 fortnightly payments is really convenient. I've been using it for quite sometime now, had no problems with the app at all and refunds are sorted pretty quickly too.

Makes purchasing items so much easier for people who can't afford it in one lump sum me being one of them . love this app would be good to add Etsy to the list of shops where u can use clearpay that would help me even more . love everything about clearpay and a good balance aswel using this app makes life easier Would be even better if u didn't have to make the 1st payment with the order up front but took details of card as a safeguard for payment installments instead 😀

Good app, good service. But....the Clearpay virtual card is limited to just a few retailers, and their online offering is a bit weak as well....no Amazon, no eBay, etc. Whereas competitors like Zilch let you use their card anywhere for a small fee. I just think CP are getting left behind as Zilch & Klarna offer more flexibility. They need to up their game....I don't want to be concerned about where I can or can't use a payment solution....

This app is fabulous! It's really helpful for anyone to spread the cost of their purchases into smaller payments. The process is so simple and smooth. It's ideal for people who can't get credit to help them purchase what they need. With reminders of when your payments are due, it is fantastic.

I signed up to this a few months ago, I was unsure as to at the end of paying for my goods whether Clearpay would still take money from my account. They did not!! I haven't had any banking problems with them at all. Another company I did the same with carried on the following month. This was a nightmare 😫 But Clearpay have been a breath of fresh air, 😊 thanks...

Every store visited through the ClearPay app crashes , everytime !! Like sort it out it just becomes a chore it supposed to be essy doing shopping online , prefer go in store and pay the full amount outright , an it's not just me the feedback off other customers show it , family members are even having problems , its been uninstalled & save the stress.

I'm trying to open an account but the app doesn't allow me to change phone number prefix from UK to Italy. So I'm stuck and I can't open it. I've tried changing the language of my device. Nothing. Tried even from the website on the browser, but you can't open an account from there as it keeps going on the same page where you put your email. 🥲

Great app. Never any issues with it really. Bit annoying that if you go to a shop through the app and you press back it takes you out of the shop. Also would be nice if you could search by a product rather than just a basic shop catagory or shop name.

I've used Clearpay on and off for nearly 2 yrs their app is very easy to use, and if you set yourself a budget and keep within that target; no problems need arise. When I have had a problem it's always been dealt with efficiently in a quick manner by their staff. They've always been willingly to listen.k

Absolutely love clear pay so easy. Never had any problems. The only problem is so easy I probably spend too much, lol. As long as you are prepared to keep to repayments schedule and pay on time (which I do), then I recommend highly to all.
