Description of Amazon Seller

Manage your Amazon business on the go with Amazon Seller! Analyze your sales, fulfill orders, find products to sell, manage offers and inventory, and quickly respond to customer questions. Capture and edit professional quality product photos and create listings right from your mobile device!

The Amazon Seller app helps you:

• Analyze your sales. Tap a bar in the sales chart to see a breakdown of sales by ASIN and tap a specific ASIN to review its sales trend.
• Fix critical issues. Quickly act on critical pricing opportunities, inventory alerts and growth opportunities from Amazon Selling Coach.
• Manage your inventory. Easily update your prices and available quantities.
• Access Sponsored Products. Monitor performance and manage existing Sponsored Products campaigns.
• Manage your orders. Get notified when your product sells. View your pending orders and confirm shipments.
• Manage your returns. Authorize or close returns, issue refunds, and modify returns settings.
• View next payment balance. See how much and when you’ll be paid by Amazon.
• Respond to messages. Numbers that appear next to Communications inform you of how many customer messages await a response. Use customizable email templates to reply even faster to common customer inquiries.
• Capture and edit professional quality product photos using the Photo Studio.
• Create new offers to existing products and create new catalog products to sell on Amazon.
• Find new products to sell. Search with visual image match, text search or scanning bar codes. Check current prices, sales rank, competing offers, estimated profitability, and customer reviews.
• Share the app with your team and have more attention on your business. User permissions set on Seller Central also apply in the app.

Not only the app but the whole seller experience. I sent 1 box with 6 items in it to an Amazon fulfillment center. They swear the box only had 1 item in it. UPS weighed it, very heavy for 1 utility knife. Big liars!

Work in progress at best. This is not a full fledged app, once you have done everything on the webpage, you can monitor your sales on the app, but the things you can do with the app are limited. Long way to go if its to be used as the web replacement.

One of the main features of the website for sellers for me is the ability to scan my products to see which products are the lowest priced, but the app seems to eliminate that--one has to click each product to see how competitively-priced it is which simply makes the app un-useful to me.

Last update ruined the app.. now it crashes multiple times every time you try to list an item... it makes it very frustrating and time-consuming to try to sell on Amazon

Very very bad app, it's being 5 days having trouble listing I bought gtin, UPC and EAN and still when I list a product not sold on Amazon and I have gtin, when I click save and finish the button doesn't work very bad app. ,I haven't being able to list anything and the support ain't helping they just copy and pasting templates and then replying all of them have the same reply . They just support this big brands and then leave us very bias and I even paid the 39 euro fee for professional fee🚮

The new search is just awful. It is clunky and slow and no longer brings up the lowest price or the correct amount of competing offers.

Not stable AT ALL, crashes a lot. Hard to find specific areas. Must get approval for items sometimes (then sometimes not!), and after you get approved, you must go all the way back to step 1....SEACHING for the item, all over again. It really sucks.

Please optimize the app. Product editing is lagging and it stopped working stating ' an error occurred' after that. It has potential to better and smooth. And information against every filling tab is mostly irrelevant and doesn't provide any real help.

Dark mode is still BEOKEN. Many UI elements have white text on a white background and it has been like this ever since the dark theme option was available. Not surprised this hasn't been fixed. The whole platform is an absolute shambles for sellers with zero support from Amazon.

It's an app so complete but has a lot of issues for upload different pages sometimes also for trying add some products that Amazon didn't selling directly sometimes the app getting freezing and you need to close and open again the many times till the info it's hold in the app

ux and/or flow of operation should resemble the desktop app way more. Here even the wordings are different. data updates late and inconsistently. charts with not enough display options. couldn't find drill down to keyword level... Update Autumn 2023 (4 years later): no improvements made. Sync between desktop seller central and app delayed or not at all. Notifications still very much delayed! #FAIL

Previously one could scan a book and instantly see what the lowest Used copies were selling for. Amazon has purposely removed displaying Used prices on the search results, which now makes the app annoying at best and worthless at worst.

If you want to increase stock items, there are lots of options and a representative will even call you. If you want to make changes to the listing or delete and return items, Amazon is not interested. The "partnership" will always be a one-way street in favour of Amazon.

Amazon India are bloody cheaters. Very autocratic approach towards sellers. My returned goods has not reached to me yet in its original packaging since 5 months and they are denying my Safe-T claims over it. Recently they didn't picked up the order goods on booked slot. A day later order gets cancelled and I am charged with all cancellation charges. That's pure extortion in disguise. Other platforms are far better than Amazon India for sure.

After almost two years using the app and it is still trash... It nevers alerts on time, you can't do a lot of things, it always takes you to the desktop site, etc... It's just an app for consulting, not for managing the business....

The app seems to be pretty good except that I've not been able to add products because of not accepting my credit card once I was able to fix this issue after 2 months finally feeling excited to get started I get an email telling me my account has been deactivated. What kind of game is it y'all are playing. I'm just so depressed and discouraged by this. Hope

Since most recent update, app is all but useless for posting items to sell or looking up book prices. Have to click on many to find one, the prices before clicking are often wrong. If I could roll back the update I would. An incredibly poor update!

Used to be good but now no use at all. Since new update it no longer shows what type of book it is paperback or hardcover etc. It only says book which obviously we know because we are holding it and scanning the UPC. We then have to search through many listings clicking on each one to find the correct listing. Secondly it now only shows the new price, not the lowest price which makes it useless for scaning items to see if we should sell them on amazon. Due to these 2 issues app is useless
