So easy using Screwfix app. Order what you want, go to chosen store and collect your items. Friendly and helpful counter staff with good product knowledge. Shopping couldn't be simpler.

Searching doesn't seem as quick as the website but not terrible. What's really annoying is every time I go to the app I have to log in again, even if I was using it only 10 mins ago...please fix this!

I've used this app for years and I used to love ot as it's so handy and convenient. Recently the app has massively gone down hill, It keeps crashing and logging me out and sometimes won't sign me in. I've uninstalled and reinstalled but it's made no difference. I don't know why it's doing it but surely someone must have noticed something wrong with the app.

Something has changed since spring time with this app, it won't accept card payments. I've done like chat logs etc and still no good!! I spend £100's per week at Screwfix being a sole trader and I'm just having to stick with Toolstation as their app works and accepts the same cars details no problems

I am disabled but like a bit of DIY, and this app is so good, especially when collecting items. The staff are so helpful and bring my items out to my mobility scooter for me. Just press the I'm here to collect the button, and it's ready.

NEEDS FIXING ASAP! The app keeps freezing when trying to update a store or pick a new location. Moving around is the nature of the job and if you need to pick materials from the closest store you should be able to change locations without the app breaking on you and yes locations is active and GPS and still the app freezes, even typing in a location and trying to select the new store that way doesn't work, so what's the point of the app if you cannot select the location you need every time.

A difficult to use app, very hard to find what you are looking for unless it is something really simple like screws. Many searches simply don't bring up what you are looking for unless you know Screwfix's exact description. Far easier with a catalogue when you can find many things you may never have known existed. It loses Screwfix a huge amount of trade in my view, it is easier to go to Toolstation for those hard to find bits as they still have a catalogue. Also it constantly asks you to login.

Long to load, always crashing!!! You want us to push towards online so you can eventually get robots to pass our stuff when we go to pic up but at this rate I'm better off going to edmudsons For my stuff. When the app isn't functioning properly why not just take it down until its resolved instead having everyone waiting. Just tell us, its the communication that's terrible. Just say app is down please use desktop version

This app is really inconsistent, so may teething issues don't always work, and having to sign in every time is such a pain. Why can't it save my login details? right now, it won't even log me in. The right details I always use are not working for a company this size. The app should be seamless.

Keeps crashing. Check your connection and try again. Used 2 x different WiFi and my mobile data. Cleared cache, uninstalled and reinstalled. Pointless app if it doesn't let you connect

Poor, its far easier to use the Web than the app. App keeps asking me to sign in at the checkout even though I am already signed in. Now whenever I open the app a full screen pop up ad appears and is not easy to get past it. I will uninstall.

Everything easily found when searching . Easy to see and re order previous items.. Soon informed when the order can be picked up great service at counter. Or use computer and wait for your order to be brought to you. Overall I am delighted with the service.

Keeps logging me out, then will allow me to log back in unless I change my password. Even then, once I go back into the app (once it has been closed), it will not log in. App has to be uninstalled to allow the website to be used.

App worked fine until the last update. Now, you have to sign in manually. It won't let you change the settings to use fingerprint or facial recognition. When you try to select this option, it asks you to enter your sign in details manually and then doesn't turn on fingerprint or facial recognition. It's slightly annoying, having to sign in manually every time you use the app. Other than that, the app works fine.

Poor app, poor privacy Doesn't explain how to activate check in for a store and doesn't allow you to do it manually. You must expose location to the app whenever you have the app running, even if you just want to check something or set up a order for later. There's no easy way to say I'm at the store, check me in.

Recent updates have made this app totally useless! I can only connect via a single WiFi connection. Trying to connect from anywhere else results in a "Something went wrong" error!

Stop forcing the website to open this damn application on my phone!! Can't do certain things in the app which is frustrating so getting uninstalled, best thing about it was check in for collection so not having to stand behind Keith for 20minutes while he quizzes the staff because he didn't order his things in advance
