I'm so disappointed by this version of this app. I got Videoleap for my new Pixel, coming from iPhone, reasonably thinking it would be awesome for editing videos. Turns out it's nothing like the iOS version. It's missing so many cool features (stickers, beats, most text effects, transitions, etc.) The only text effects that work are fire and neon, which look like WordArt. Really, though. Android is the most used mobile platform in the world. You can’t just ignore it and focus on iOS.

Wish there were better transitions for blending images and video clips. Can't control the speed or and the available transitions are limiting in comparison to Tik tok. I do like the different masks and other blending effects I haven't seen on any other video editing app I've used so far. Still playing around with it. Working on my first project so we will see if I end up purchasing the full version. I'll give a new review if I decide to keep it

So the app was great for the first few weeks, but now the app has a bug and is always closing on me while I'm working. And if I am able to get to export my video it never goes through, it will show an X with "Something Went Wrong" This just sucks because I paid for premium but can't even use the app now. I did reach out to the support team but I'm unable to send them a bug report because it says it is too long to attach on the email so I wish they could refund my money.
MAGIC “MAGIC” the MOOK
App worked until I paid for it now crashes any of my projects I spend time on, losing all my progress. Very frustrating. At first I thought it was just my phone but won't work the way it's supposed to on any of my platforms/devices. I will change my review if this is made right as I spent money on a yearly subscription. I could've really used that money if I knew this wasn't going to work. A true disappointment indeed.

Signed up for the 7 day free trial to give the editor a chance for my business. On day 2 (3/12) I did not like the app at all. Tried canceling multiple times on 3/12 but kept getting an error message. Reached out to customer service to get help on 3/11. I was still charged an annual subscription on 3/18. The same error message has come up everyday for the entire week and no one from customer service has reached out to help. Stay FAR away from this app!!

Pass. I paid for a year subscription and over the last few months I haven't been able to export anything. At all. Just continuous "something went wrong" errors. I'm on an S21 Ultra with plenty of storage. At least their built-in Instagram competitor seems to work... Very glad I paid for that. 🙄

I spent 2 hrs syncing a video to music, editing everything exactly how I wanted it, then I exported the video & everything went to hell, the timing was massively off. So I went back to fix it & every time I play the video back it's out of sync in a different way. I thought I was having an aneurysm. Your app actually gave me a panic attack because it was so perfectly bad at timing. Isn't timing like... the reason to edit videos? The first thing you should get right as a vid editor app is timing.

It was confusing and seemed really time consuming to figure out, so I decided I better cancel before I forget before the free trial ends, and it was very difficult and even more time consuming to find where to cancel it! I came here to read reviews to see if I could find an answer, and other people had the same problem. I finally figured out I have to go through my Google Play store to manage subscriptions and was able to cancel there, so if you have that issue too- cancel in play store.

I was disappointed after installing this app, I've edited a lot of projects on apps like Action Director and decided to move on for more. So I found this one, and realized that the unpaid version didn't have very much to offer. So after buying the premium version, I was surprised to see how little you get out of it. I was disappointed. Can't animate text, lots of editing functions don't have labels etc. It's strange. Hope things change, maybe I'll come back.

Very disappointing. Among the problems, even when the pause button is clicked it continues to play audio. Apparently you can move things into layers, but I don't see any way to take them out of layers. Inserting something into the main video stream is not clear and I have not been able to do it. And when I attempted to play video while I'm editing it it doesn't start in a place that I said on the bar.

Great for video trimming and light editing. But as with every app, greed ruins it. Charging waaayyy too much for features you can easily find online with a computer for free. Unlike other apps which use ads to pay for the 1 to few time uses people actually need an app like this for. Great for what it is, but not worth $... even though I'm sure "they feel it's worth the price"... trying to force buying it rather than allow for ads and one time uses. Lol

This app is THE BEST thing I've found to make multi layered, experimental videos for music. You can use the mixer to just drop file on top of file and use filters, opacity and blending to do whatever you want. The ability to move and stretch the clips with your fingers is amazing. When I heard there is a desktop version I bought a trackpad immediately. I imagine it's a different story if you're making "web content" like everyone else. But if you wanna make hours of mental visuals to throw on the projector at your basement techno party this is the holy grail. I make clips in a few other programs and mix them in Videoleap. Every time I bring a folder of videos to a show and have the people running visuals put them on during my sets they ask me how I make the stuff with wide eyes, without exception. To the dude that complained it doesn't come with music to use: No one wants or needs your content, babe. Go back to TikTok. If you don't like this program I will fight you IRL.

I got this to cut together one quick video, forced to get the premium subscription, I tried several times to figure out how to cancel it before going on a foreign trip without signal. There's nowhere in the app to cancel the subscription, you have to go through google play and it was still hard to figure out. Anyways, now back the trial time's run out and I've been suckered out of 35 dollars for an app I WILL NOT USE. These set ups are the worst. Don't bother with it at all- Thieves!

I decided I wanted to make my first amv on here, but once I hit 34 MB the app crashed, and now it crashes every time I try to open the file. I thought any form of premium would help, since I wasn't allowed to save it after it reached a certain length, but that didn't change anything. I guess I went too hard. PLEASE HELP THOUGH. I was really proud of how it was coming along! I atleast want to be able to save it so I don't have to remake it from scratch!!!!!!

I downloaded this product for live background replacement. The product description wasn't complete enough to tell If it could do it so I downloaded the trial. When I saw it did not have this feature I tried to cancel my subscription, but there's no ability to do that within the app. I contacted customer service for cancellation and recieved a response that the product was free so not to worry about it. I was charged $10 yesterday and now have sent a second request for cancellation.

What's with the weird TikTok-like home screen? I subscribed to a video editing app. It does not seem like much of a home screen for a video editing app anymore. I kind of expect things like links to my recent or in progress projects, tips, links to additional resources. Heck I thought I opened the wrong app at first. I actually don't mind the concept, but I think it sucks as the home screen.

Great Editor. This editor is great because it is pretty easy to use and has some great effects for free if you figure out how to use them. No ads, and you can even import and export videos in seconds! All around great app, only one suggestion, have an option to type the number for a scale of something because trying to drag it and get the exact right thing can take awhile. 👍😎👍

After purchasing a year subscription. Everytime I export a project there is no audio in the video. I now use capcut for free and have a much better experience. I'll be sure to further test apps in the future before giving them my money. So they get 2 stars for teaching me a lesson. If in the next year the problem is fixed I will edit my review. Fingers crossed 🤞 Edit: 1 dtar because now it won't even let me use templates. It just says try again over and over. Such a disappointment 😞
