I will not reccomend taxif because there is a hidden/additional charges on your fare. Driver don't know how to reply in your message and don't know how to inform customer that they already canceled your trip.

Many drivers told me this application is not licensed to operate in Jordan! Passengers who are using the app should be aware of this, insurance will not cover the passengers if an accident happened and the driver was using the app at the time! It's better to avoid using such apps.

Cheaters they show less amount while booking when dropped they charge more without any traffic without any waiting, but Uber and karwa will charge only what's shown while booking

Last Friday, Oct. 6, 2023. I booked taxif for my wife coming from her duty at almost 2am for her safety. But when I was checking the location, the car (white MG5, plate no. 5216) driven by the name, SHAMRAZ KHAN, took the long route and that not all, he attempt to lure to somewhere else coz by not taking her to the right destination. And thank God I have a remaining load to call my wife to catch the attention of the driver for he is up to no good.

Just happened recently this driver the driver call me not to cancel the order bcuz he's far away like 7-5mins Me as a good citizen I accepted it and waited for mins but the bad part is making me feel unsafe and I think he's drunk bcuz he's making turns that not necessarily and after we arrive in my place my fare is only 7.43 I don't have change so I gave him 10 I waited for him to give me change but he's telling me he has no change and forcing me to give na lng na 2 riyal

There is no option to complaint about the driver First time in qatar i was book taxif and i meet a driver his behaviour is not good for 15 kilometres ride he make 1 hours and the fare is 40 qatari rial come also he charge me for Extra tips very bad experience with taxif
