excellent app,they track the train on live basis ,rather than going according to schedule like rail yatri and other apps.My train was 8 hours late still they delivered the food on time .while other apps were following old schedule and were not delivering the food. They followed the update timing of train also the food was as what they committed....good job guys..

This is totally fake and fooling travellers the send the cheapest food at prices of restaurant we pay for good food but it's a big scam ....never order from this app and suggest u all .... I have the pic of food too and bill really a bad experience about this app

Zoop is actually better because it has limited options, like don't get me wrong it has limited variety but good quality like you don't have to select from 10 restaurants you can select from 3 and there's limited options so you actually have a better decision on what to order....Also since you are travelling its better to get shortlisted options already...Also the yuvraj hotel (vadodra) Excellent food, keep it up.

I am a marketing person at a garment shop in a mall of Dehli. It has other shops in Pune & MP. I go from Delhi to both city. I prefer to travel by train but both cities have trains at diff times. Some times I get time for dinner & few times I order meal in train. I order from restaurant direct but it happened last time that they took money & did not gave food. After that I switch to irctc authorize zoop India app which delivered on time hygienic tasty food. I keep in touch with team on whatsapp.

My ticket reservation was 3 Ac. There were 6 coaches of it. I order food from Vijaywada. I order from zoop India app for 1 st time as I have always taken thali of train pentry. I thought it will be same kind but the food of resturant from this app was so delicious and in good packing. The delivery boy was having id card and I was able to see route of my order in the app. The add on in the meal box was green chutney & pickle. I m so impress by this irctc authorised app that I will always use it..

Thankful to the zoop India app for geat experience that they have given me. Today I order food at Bina station. I order a dinner parcel of dal tadka, tava roti and zeera rice. The food was of best quality and quantity. I would like to say that 1) The salad was complimentary and very nice with onions 2) Dal was bit spicy but tasted good. 3) The cost of food was reasonable 4) I trust it now as food was delivered on time and I got good service. I was able to chat with restaurant people on whatsapp.

I was travelling on kokan route where I cant get good quality Indian food. I am thankful to irctc authorize zoop india app that had a big list of restaurant on this route. I travel last year also on this route but I carry my food. This time it was instant plan so, I was not prepared & thought to get a bad experience but the good service by customer support team of zoop app made my journey easy as I order food 2 times in same journey. They chat with me on whatsapp also & app work in low internet.

Zoop India is the best app with nice user support team. Last year I got a link to this app in mail so I just install it but used it after 6 months & since then I have been using only this irctc authorize app to order food on trains. This time I order a mini thali from Manikpur station. I was traveling from Chamba express & to get good proper homemade type food in train is so good. The quantity was sufficient for me. I can say that all restaurants are good in app with responsive team on WhatsApp.

Very nice app to order food in train. I can rely in future on this app as I have already tested it 3 times. I can order food by giving my pnr number which is easy method. I choose the restaurant from the app list. All 3 times I order diff meals Once I order south Indian, other time I order Chinese & this time I order North Indian. Each meal was delicious & hygienic. The delivery boy was also polite. He has id card but 1 more security check can be done by otp, with this app very great experience.

I have order food on a train by the zoop India app for the 1st time. I have ordered 3 meal from Pune station. I got the meal fresh and hot. The quantity and quality of food were awesome and packed in a hygienic way. The cost of food was also in my budget. The delivery boy is having id card that create trust in this app team. The superb and very easy app for good food in train. This app has very easy interface which any new user can understand. I got discount when I order food from here 1st time in the train. I got a promo code that I apply when I order food and than in my bill I got 15% discount. I paid bill by the in app wallet system. I order food from Agra restaurant and the food was delicious and hot. It is one of the best irctc app for food in train. I have seen many worst app but zoop is having a good service.

My ticket was for three ac & There were six coaches in all. I place an order with jaipur. I ordered through the zoop india app for the first time bec I had always taken thali from the railway pantry. I expected the same type of cuisine, but the meal from this app was amazing & well packaged. The delivery person had an id card & I could see the course of my food via the app. The dinner box's add on was green chutney - pickle. I and my family were traveling to south from MP by train. It is one and half day journey by train. We kept food for 1 day but next day we need to order breakfast & lunch. A co passenger in train told me to install zoop india app. I tried it first time and it was damn easy. I had some bad experience of other worst app for online delivery so I was having doubt, but for kids it was needed. We order food from app resturant which was very good in taste and hygenic in pacaking. Team gave good service.

Giving 5 star is very less for this amazing app zoop india that is serving us in train with steaming hot, delicious & hygienic food. I always use this app when I want to order food in train. I tried other worst app last year but they never delivered on time and many a times did not refund since than I shifted to this best customer support app. Once my train came before time then too I got delivery by zoop app restaurant team as they track the train time & chat with us on whatsapp to know status.
