It was my first experience in redbus .The bus was cancelled last moment on the departure point... I was ready at the stop that time and i was asked to come to other station 10 km away taking all my luggage is it a joke and after all this redbus has no help section provided. If the bus would not come to the stop wt is the point of listing it on the booking platform,0 convenience

Very bad experience .. They are not canceling my tickets, I am trying since yesterday, even after sending the message, there is no response. It's been a whole day but no reply has come from their side, neither the tickets have been canceled nor the money has been refunded, so they are eating money.

Having trouble for login. OTP is not receiving even after a few tries almost 20 times. Also during booking the amount is debited and not received the ticket. The customer service given very poor response. I have tried uninstalling and install again and the app is up-to-date.

Bookd a train ticket & checkd the option to confirm only if selected berth is available then proceed, but in this app , they take payment first than they showed my ticket where it was confirmed without my requested available berth, after talking with customer care, they almost took 30% out of my ticket as cancellation charge and refunded rest, I understand sometimes requested berth is not available but they should atleast ask us that whether they should proceed furthur or not, major glitch!!!!!

All redbus buses have no legroom and no reclining facility in last row seats. But they hide this fact while booking on their app, making the passengers feel cheated. They even don't give option to bus operators to mark such seats in their buses in app. Even after raising this issue with their grievance officer, no improvement has been done.

while the overall experience with Redbus has been satisfactory, there are significant concerns that need immediate attention. The absence of offers and promotions,issues related to cleanliness and hygiene on buses and rest stops,Lack of effective comm. & action when bus trips canceled without notifi. has left me dissatisfied.Introducing a "Redbus Pickup Point Stop" service could greatly enhance the convenience and comfort of passengers, especially during challenging weather conditions.

Pathetic experience. I have booked ticket from delhi to farrukhabad for janarath bus. When i reached to the boarding point got to know that bus is not in operation from last few months. And when i try to contact for help from the app no support get over there. My all money have been wasted and get no refund. Last moment i am not able to board for another bus worst experience. I will never book ticket from this app again.

They are scammers, their app is the worst as my personal experience is so bad with them due to which I have lost my additional money and talking to their Customer support team is a waste of time, such a worst experience with Redbus. I would suggest everyone not to use this app as they will take your amount in the name of technical glitch and will not help you after that.

I booked a ticket from coimbatore to chennai.It was a long weekend. so i booked a ticket 2 wks before in Gee Kee Travels but in the last minute i have received a message from red bus " your trip cancelled with refund amount" if supppse we cancel a ticket at last minute then you won't refund me any amount right!.. then as per your rules, you should refund twice the amount i paid when you cancel your trip at last minute. Very Very worst service lot of fake travels added during festival time

I booked 2 Seats. But after some time due to some reason I go for reschedule 1 seat then they told me I have to reschedule or cancel both seats. I can not cancel or reschedule single seat. and if that time I cancel my seats I have to loss 70% amount. So I lost my 1 Seats cost due to not cancellation. and now I need to pay again for my buddy's rescheduled trip. That is worst experience with red bus. Bad Operations Management 👎 And Google Play Store have to keep Zero star rating option also😡

Fake rate shown at first. Expect about 15% increase from amount they show at first. Ex you book seeing ticket price 1150. At checkout it will be 1520. Such gimmicks. Why don't they show full amount in first instance. On the plus side it is Easy to book.

Worst experience ever. I have booked for Bareilly to Delhi (Anand Vihar) through this app and it was showing seats available, When i reach Bareilly Satellite for boarding, Bus were nowhere to be found. Its was indicating that details of the bus will be sent on the day of my journey,but never reached me. Helpline number too was not picking up. If buses were not available, then why show in app that its available. I recommend never booked any tickets from Redbus app 👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎

Overall experience was good but I faced the problem during one trip. You should provide intermediate stops between two stations while booking bus. There are more than one cities with one name, so it sometimes creates confusion as it has happened with me. Kindly look into this matter.

I use this app a lot. So I think that I'm eligible to write a review on this In some cases, it will provide you a best deal. Which is going on any app but the most of the time when I travel. I found out that the offline ticket are much cheaper than the online ticket If you are traveling in a city from city to city, then it will be a wonderful app for you, but if you are traveling to city to a smaller town or a ruler area, this is App is not for you because you will find the cheap deals offline.

I had an absolutely dreadful experience with RedBus! Their service left me stranded and frustrated. Not only did my bus arrive a whopping 4 hours late, but they also changed the boarding point at the last moment without any prior notice. This lack of communication and punctuality is utterly unacceptable. I will never trust RedBus again for my travel needs.

I like the application. It's easy to use. Snappy UI. But the problem is when we select a final destination in bus travel category. It shows that only particular dropping point which I choose as an option. App must show other dropping points of bus, so customer can choose where he should left off from the bus so he can easily reach to his final place. It's not issue. It's all about convenience. I hope you will make this better by an update.

They won't refund the amount that's been deducted due to their technical glitch. when you try to book It says seat was not booked and deducted amount will be credited in certain days. And you try to book again and both seats are booked now. And the help desk is of no use.
