It does not send verification code i was already blocked, i tried many times with different mobile nos but it really does not send the code before you can book.

First time using this app, finally booked. Yet eventually the rooms were already full booked when we arrived, even though we already paid for it in prior. Live chat feature was (and still) very very slow response. Seems like 1 CS agent handles multiple complaints at the same time. Even the chat ended with no response at all a couple times. What a really terrible experience. Would never use this app ever again.

It was good that red doorz rates are very competitive. But when it comes to service, it really sucks. I requested for an e-receipt for my previous booking and it arrives in my email, 2 days after the request and follow up. The agent whom I am talking to throughout chat, take a long time to reply and doesn't seem to know how to engage in a customer service chat conversation. Sometimes they will just reply in phrases. I just find it unprofessional and lack of training.

We reserve a book for 4 person. We travel more than +300km. We expected a reservation for 4 person. But when we go to receptionist, she said for only 2 person. We need to add money for the additional 2person. I love to travel. We knows how to book a room. There is a input how many person capacity. And a quadruple room. Very dissatisfied, disappointment, very misleading. Hoping not only me you scam.

We've been with reddoorz since 2018 but instead of seeing improvements. Reddoorz feels like it's just getting worse throughout the years. Reddoorz was known for being affordable but somehow, the prices, skyrocketed. It's disappointing, really. I use to recommend it to a lot of people but I guess it's time to widen our horizons for better options other than reddoorz. If you're planning on trying this out, don't.

There are many options for the hotel location, and I am able to choose the one that I really need. The room pricing is really reasonable and affordable, especially for those who are traveling on budget. The booking process is relatively simple by using this app. I am quite satisfied with the booking process, easy and fast

Very bad system, when I booked a room at the end of the year to stay, because it was stuck in the rain. At that time the room I ordered in the application was still available. Arriving at the location it turned out that the room I ordered was full. And when complaint is also long, I wait for hours to be transferred to another room, must be called many times before getting a quick response from the redoorz. very disappointed

I booked a room last November, paid for it using Dragon pay. When i arrived at the hotel it was overbooked. I've reached out to your customer service and sent a number of emails but did not get any reply for the refund. One of your agents even smurked at me over the phone. Lousy system, even worst customer service. Total waste of time and money.

It was a crazy experience. I book a hotel early before my travel to be sure that i have a room to stay. Just to know when i arrived at the hotel that i wasn't on the reddoorz system and the hotel is fullybooked. I recieved confirmations of my booking from reddoorz and i already paid it. When we starrt to call reddoorz customer service they don't know what to do they just keep on asking same questions without thinking or giving options for a solution.

the best choice app in terms of booking hotels based on price. But there must be an increase in the technical application. I have difficulty verifying my phone number through the application, customer service not able to contact, the application has no features to favoriting the hotel. Hopefully improved, goodluck!

I don't know if itnis my internet or what but your app doesn't show the photos when clicked. Also, it is very slow,when you're in a rush to book a hotel, this app is no good. Also, some rooms show they have two beds in 1 room but when you get to book it already, it would say that the room being booked has only one bed therefore you need to pay again for extra bed.

I got hooked! I can't believe that I've checked in here more than 10 times in 2018! Very quick booking processing and hassle free pay at hotel - pay upon arrival set up. Very convenient at the price point that I can afford. Hot water in the shower, clean linen, cold airconditioned rooms at the locations nearest to where I'm having a field work! PS. Always be on the look out for discount coupons every monday :)

Never want to use this app anymore.. It doesn't select the hotel carefully. In the picture it's so nice but when I came it's totally different. I made a review in the hotel page but it doesn't appear. But there are many other reviews gave 5 stars to the hotel without any description. I think it's fake. Please, fix your system... review management or hotel selection.

I dont know what happened but they cancelled my booking just the day before! We booked that a month ago that's why it's very disappointing. I was able to confirm it through the voice call. Also, no response for the queries. They need to put direct contact method (phone/be prompt in replying in email).

Great deals. A lot of great room and hotel options. I only gave it a 3-star rating because of the customer service. It's the worst customer service I've had so far. I've had a conversation with two different reps and none had an idea what I was talking about. They had to "relay" it to a different team for it to be investigated. Maybe they were only for basic stuff but still, someone else will say this if not me. Someone might've done it already. Better comms skills will help as well. That's all.
