Not very customer friendly. Made a reservation on the website hours before downloading the app. Did not have the opportunity to do so earlier. It would not then sync with the app, even though I had used the same email to log in. After texting to find out what could be done, I was told the only things to show in the app are things booked after downloading the app. The only additional discount on the app was 5%. App not worth it if they can't combine my bookings made through their website.

The prices are usually better than other places or the hotel itself. The only issue I have is that after changing my credit card info several times they keep trying to run my old card info which means they're not deleting my original credit cards info which is a huge privacy and security risk. After calling multiple times their only concern was is I could book the room and they got paid. Concern for your customers financial safety should be prioritized. Poor customer service!

I did my search for a round trip ticket. I selected the flights I wanted then at checkout the total price doubled. THAT'S A SERIOUS FLAW! I went to the actual website and booked it without any problems. I also added a car rental which was not available in the app. I like the company but not the app! Total price for the flight in app was $873 (double the search total). Total price for flight AND car rental on website was $858. Update: I have an email confirmation but the app says no upcoming trip

Horrible experience just now. I started to use this service since you could get some discounts. But the non-refund policy makes them a red flag. I did rent a car for just one day, since I was going to a concert. Now, the concert and the hotel reservation was canceled and refunded. The flight? Also refundable. Car rental? Nope. They say "there's no way" and I don't even remember read that ice-age policy. I will make sure everyone I know to stop using this terrible service.

This app sucks. I went thru the effort of booking a round trip flight & after entering all required data and payment information, it wouldn't allow me to complete the transaction although I triple checked all the info to make sure it was correct. It said something to the effect that my credit/debit card was invalid. My card is valid and I just wasted nearly an hour going thru this whole nonsense for nothing. Don't bother downloading this app. It'll waste your time and just frustrate you.

Priceline has literally been the worst booking service I've ever used. In order to truly detail the amount of time and money I've wasted it would take me far more than the 500 characters alloted. I booked a vacation package and somehow it turned out that our flight wouldn't take us to our resort. HOW IS THAT LOGICAL!? It was booked as a package! Long story short, we had to pay $2k for new plane tickets. Do not make the same mistakes that I did and research the recent complaints through the BBB.

Whatever you do don't use their express deals. One time I rented a car and when I got to my destination the rental car company was out of cars. They told me they might be able to get me one the next day. I called priceline and they said express deals are non refundable and I had to rent another car. Lost 300 dollars on that deal. Gave them another shot so I rented a hotel through the express deal again. They gave a roach motel. Asked to change hotel and same thing. Non refundable. Lost $300

Constantly have to sign in - doesn't remember you - even if only switching apps. Loses your hotel list and you have to search over and over. Better to use the browser and it gives more results. Update: booked a car to pick up in Brisbane AUS and return in Sydney for $200. When we went to pick it up the was an additional $500 charge. Had to completely change our plans. Priceline should show ALL charges.

They have great deals,VIP discounts & I appreciate how easy it is to navigate and confirm your orders. I only gave 4 stars because bundling is a scam and I don't like being tricked into paying more.They try to make it seem like you are saving money by bundling but typically it ends up costing more for the bundle than to pay for each thing separately. there also often better options on car rentals if you pay for each thing separately. Make sure you check prices both ways before paying!

The app changed the city I was looking in and by the time I booked and read my confirmation, about 9 minutes later, called customer service. There was nothing they could or would do to change the booking. Not cancel, change date, location, nothing. Took my money even though the hotel was 60 some miles the wrong direction. Basically told to bad. Do not recommend.

When scolling through the general pictures of a hotel or the ones show for what type of room you're looking at booking, if you click on them to go to fullscreen, the pictures are zoomed comically in, and pixelated. There's no way to pinch zoom back out to see the full picture. I end up having to supplement with Google maps photos to get idea of what the place is like.

I always get a better price going through priceline than just reserving on my own. In fact, I have gotten a significantly higher price by just calling the hotel but was smart enough to hang up, go to priceline and paid half of the original price. I've been using priceline for over 10 years and though I've tried other services, I've always ended up going back.

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER Experienced in my life!! I feel regret booking a rental car through them on express deal! I have used in the past to book airline and hotel bookings. I feel regretted for recommending my friend to book a rental car and wasted over $800. They have very absurd policy that don't have an option to change the reservation, it's total ripoff of the money. In addition, the customer service was very horrible and didn't even care about customers concerns! PLEASE STAY AWAY !

Their App is so messed up. I typed in my discount on one trip and my price went up over a hundred $. No option in the app to change email,have to go on their site to do that. Slow response from customer service online. Pathetic. I've booked a lot of hotels on this app, some with my other emails, don't feel I get the service they advertise.

I booked with priceline several times and I've never had a problem. I tried to book a bundle (flight and car) today and the website would not let me get past the payment screen. This was on my laptop. I tried my phone and the same was happening I decided to download this app to find out you can't do a bundle on the app .separate the price was a hundred dollars more I tried thier customer service and I was told they can only assist with existing reservations. This experience was so frustrating.

The PRICELINE app, in my opinion, is the best!! It does what it claims to do, which is getting you the best price!! I save 10% or more (normally way more) every time I book with this app! For example, this last time I used it, was for a Friday night and I still saved 27%! That's 27% off their already discounted price! It really is a lot of savings! If you need a good booking app, look no further than Priceline!!

This app is pretty useless. It is very difficult to find your scheduled trip. I booked a trip online, but in the app it says I have no trips scheduled. I have to go online and send a text message or access via my email to view my itinerary. Very cumbersome. Competitor apps are much easier to use. Probably won't use Priceline again.

I chose a 2.5 star hotel after I saw a list of hotels that I could possibly be assigned to and of course I was assigned to the worst one of the lot. I voiced my concerns to Priceline but was referred to the hotel who in turn referred me back to Priceline for a price adjustment. Priceline refused to make an adjustment, only offering 20% off the next booking. DO NOT use this service. I feel ripped off!
