Only flight booking service is good. Hotel service is totally worst n fraud . Many fraud hotels r there in this app. They never keep ur request or not pick ur phone.

Ohhhh myaaann!!! This thing is amazing. Quite easy to use and very responsive & help-ful. From my experience this is the best app I mean like very best of all other apps. worst booking app ever! I had booked a flight with prebooked seats. but when I had to web checkin my prebooked seats were not alloted. I raised a complaint and it's taking days for them to resolve .

Bad UX. Filters like "No Stops" keep resetting when switching days +1 or -1. Irritating enough thaT I removed it before even booking the flight. Fix it.

Pathetic..Ixigo... i booked air India ticket through my credit card... they debited rs. 15000/- and cancelled the booking.. with an explanation that they will refund the money in 3 days... This blocked my credit card offer for three days from all other booking apps too.. and probably I don't get the air ticket for the same price since I'm left with very less time .... the customer care people don't have an explanation for this... Zero stars...

This is totally fraud app.. I booked a round trip on 6th August through my credit card, and after completing my transaction, the page was showing suddenly doesn't not exit. Although, my money got deducted from my account and now am totally helpless. There is no customer care no and support function. Guys do not book your tickets from this site.. they are totally fraud.

I was looking to give you negative rating but unfortunately that's not available. My booking was cancelled even after the money got debited from the account. And I have to wait for days to get the refund and by that time the flight prices will increase and have to buy the tickets at higher rates than the day if I would have booked the same from other better sites. Just pathetic. Close your site if you can't even provide the basic service for which it was created for.

The worst, unreliable app, booked flight from New Delhi to Bengaluru for 7th September travel and received boarding pass for 8th semester travel. When called customer service they told me contact airline, because airline rescheduled flight. Surprisingly the availability was still showing in the application. Don't rely on this app when you are on urgent travel. I have given single star rating for this, unless my review will not be posted. This app will not deserve any star rating

Very bad experience. Even confirmed train ticket with ixigo transaction number the app prompting that the ticket was not booked from ixigo ! Just ridiculous. Never purchase tickets from ixigo.

Frauds, they cancel tickets by themselves. Deduct amount from my account without any information. Then, say it was some issue.

My google report showed that Ixigo leaked my name, username, phone number and email on March 14, 2019. That is extremely wrong. You need to delete all details from my account, whose option is not visible on the app. Update: at least do a courtesy to read the review before you comment. This is not related to any ticket booking.

Don't try guys this app to book flights keep changing offer like share sbi card 10 % off and when pay refund this offer not available in same minutes. Same happened 3 times worse 0 star I can say but there are not option for that so 1 star taking this

Customer service is pathetic. No way to contact for train ticket query and chats are predefined very badly, where you can't get the answer. You will end of getting frustrated. Please refrain using ixgo as it is very bad at customer service

Good app, but too much deduction during refund though you cancel flight tickets almost 15 days before. 😟 Airlines also must follow IRCTC policy on refund for the cancelled tickets. Also no option to talk to customer support on refund claims. Only FAQs which doesn't cover my query.

I've booked my flight and train ticket by this app but due to some season I had to cancle my ticket. they deducted around 90% amount flight bill was 3890Rs. and they deducted 3652Rs and informed me to refund 238Rs but still Ididnt't received my amount I need my money back why they deducted too much amount and same thong happens when booked train ticket from udaipur to delhi and they charged 1437.93Rs instead of 1130Rs and when I cancelled the ticket the deducted around 437Rs and not refund
