I've added a gift card in Dec last year and have been struggling to use it since then.. there is no option via app which can assist with the issue, no support with the other issues other than booked or cancelled bookings it looks like.

It was horrible situation when my booked hotel denied to check-in at midnight. I was standing alone on road with my luggage and customer care was taking long time to resolve this issue. They had plenty of nearby hotel options at the place of my booked hotel. But lastly after 2 hours of discussion at 2AM, customer care (senior team) denied to provide me nearby alternative hotel; saying that they have capping limit to shift other hotel, that too just for only around 1000 extra rupees.

Zero customer care Very bad exercise, can't be trusted, they don't care for their name anymore!!! I have all the communication in writing, and feel free, I can share it with you. I explained to the customer service that I booked wrong dates because it appeared automatically on Google search as current date (the usual), asked to reschedule or refund. They advised to cancel and try refund from my end. Once I did they told me done no refund and no compensation because I canceled!!! Take care!!!

Very worst experience I have booked the ticket from santragachi to visakhapatnam in irctc and while taking trip guarantee in mmt with the booked pnr it is showing pnr is either flushed or not generated . This is happening for all the pnr numbers I and my friends have generated . Worst worst app. Very high prices in the app. It is better to book outside the app

It is only good untill u are getting some coupons or deals. Otherwise if u go for a flight cancellation which is already 90% of the fare u paid, MMT will charge you extra convenience fee, MMT cancellation fee and 10-20 Rs. donation by itself. You will be totally helpless in this situation. Has happened with me twice. Beware and confirm your dates prior planning that ther eis no change or go for selecting zero cancellation for which u will have to pay little extra already.

Very bad unexpected experience. I booked a hotel , the booking confirmation was not completed. I got a message that if no confirmation is there from Hotel end , My money would be refunded. Depsite waiting for 1 week , no refund was there. To my surprise, the data also was not found in my account. No notification, no email , no refund. No contact number or email ID was provided!

Worst experience. Makemytrip customer support is not good. I booked a hotel which was under construction when I go to checked in. Hotel deny check in due to the issue so I raised ticket and complain but they didn't resolved the issue and they also erased the record so that customer don't have any records. I am waiting for 4 days and looks like I'm bagger for my refund which is hold at makemytrip.

This is an issue with the current version of the app. My trip details disappear after they show up for a fraction of a second. I end up verifying my trip information on the website. This was not an issue till yesterday

Very disappointed from MakeMyTrip service. I booked a hotel though the web portal , the money got deducted from my account but the booking was unsuccessful. I was informed that I will receive the refund within 72 hours but it's been 6 days, I haven't received any refund . They have worst customer care service. There is no direct number available to call and ask for your query. You can raise a concern ticket and it also get closed without your query being actually resolved. Don't use this app.

I am a longtime MMT customer. The booking process, as most times, was smooth. However, this time I faced a error in the booking voucher. The Customer Service was extremely bad. For the first 5-6 days, I had to personally call the Call Centre with hardly any updates nor resolution. After 10 days of the issue, their team shows first signs of urgency to address the issue. My trip was to start in 2 days! Finally, I had to directly connect to the hotel -> who resolved the issue in 15 min!

Never use cab service from mmt. I had a horrible experience of the same. I booked an outstation cab for which AC was non functional, cab and driver were different than mmt mentioned after booking, also driver misbehaved many times. And when I complained about it there's no ownership from mmt. I am sending them emails, calling them but no response and actions. Post you do the booking they don't take any responsibility of the service. I had a pathetic and very dissapointing experience

Badest esperience i had using this application. While cancellation, They wont pay you back. They bound you on same airline and same passanger, While the ticket we book through direct airline counter had the previlige of getting our amount back in to our account kr the channel used for payment. But they are not giving our amount back, they are urgeing to use the amount through thier app only. Pathetic experience i had with this app. Very bad. I suggest not to use the app for booking in uae.

Worst experience for customer care service. I cancelled my flight yesterday and some of the refund I got in my wallet. It's clearly stated in QnA section that wallet money received by flight cancellation will never expire. And one day after of receiving refund 500 rs got deducted. I tried to contact customer support but there is no way I can connect with them.😡😡

While booking an international flight, I also purchased travel insurance (Reliance). Before the Visa appointment, I checked on the app, but no insurance doc available. I somehow got it through other means, but the Visa officer denied the insurance doc due to missing details on the policy. I had to purchse entirely new travel insurance during the Visa appoitment (same insurance company). The insurance purchased through MMT had issues and no support I could get for that. Disappointed.

Worst Service. My train ticket got cancelled by irctc. And even irctc refunded my full payment. But make my trip is deducting amount from that, i should get full amount of refund. And one more problem there is no other payement mode to get the refunded money, only way is original payment mode. If you are using paylater for payment and you have already paid the paylater by your own, then where the refunded money credit will be credited.

***I can't find any unique customer link to share the details*** It would be highly appreciated if I can *speak* to support staff. Terrible!! I've submitted the request for refund because the bus was cancelled by the operator. It's been more than 50 days and neither refund was provided nor the team contacted me. Zero customer support.

Very poor customer support. They also removed contact option from my completed trip, now I can't reach out to them and couldn't see the status of my refund also. I would strongly recommend not to use MakeMyTrip services in any manner as they do not care about you once the payment is done.

Worth a zero. Yesterday night a manual error was made in a booking of 'The resort'. Customer support were of no help.I could neither avail the stay at "The Resort" as current day auto booking was done at 9:06pm for 2pm on same day. I informed them in 02 minutes but they neither did date change nor refunded a single penny out of 28.5k. I understand that I should have rechecked but the app refreshed date due to internet issue. All details were same as chosen but booking refreshed to current date.
