This is the worst app ever! If i could geve it 0 ⭐ i would. Prime membership is a scam they don't even ask if you want it they'll just take your money even if you haven't put your car in. It's no joke when your trying to buy something and they have taken 64.99€ without you knowing! I DON'T RECOMMEND IT AT ALL

My flight ticket got cancelled. I didn't get the refund. Tried to contact helpdesk. But no luck. In App and website going to chat bot not able to get resolution. Called help line number not able to talk to anyone. Waited more than 30 mins with automated voice

Don't use!!! I booked a Ryanair flight with edreams just to find out that Ryanair hasn't given permission for edreams to sell their tickets and then got an email the day before leaving to say edreams couldn't check me in and had to pay extra at the airport to check in. When I tried to access their support area to get a refund, the chatbot didn't work: I couldn't select what I wanted to do so it just kept saying "I don't understand". I've been trying for 2 days now and no luck.

It renews you automatically having given you no option but to join when booking. It's IMPOSSIBLE to cancel prime membership and they'll charge ypu £60 automatically, 30 days after you book a flight!!!!! NEVER book with this crowd, disgraceful

Fraud!!! This app will automatically take 70EUR from your account without your consent. For some "prime" account automatically. I registered for for flights to Nantes, paid it regularly and than after a month, without any warning they stole money from my account.

Absolutely rubbish. Just stolen my money. I bought a ticket. But was just a prank. Have to buy ticket in airport again double price. No customer service at all. Can't even return my money.

Cannot use this app to book a flight if you are not a US resident. You are asked your country of residence, but then the State field doesn't update to reflect the country you chose and only shows US states.

This is a fraud App. They use false marketing to show deep discounts for Prime membership and sign you up but then you will find consistently better deals on other online websites or Apps. Then they refuse for refund as their membership is non refundable. Also, they charge your card with all shorts of fees in addition to tickets even though you didn't authorize those charges. Stay away from these cheaters.

Terrible service. They offer prices that are not accurate, and I ended up wasting my money. After talking with 4 agents by phone and 2 through chat, I did not receive any help. I wasted hundreds of dollars, and all my plans were ruined, I am leaving this review so other people don't fall on this scam and waste their money too.

The application is good. But, after few weeks from puchasing their products, your Visa Cad will be missused by their website, and your Visa Cad will be charged for new annual subscriptions which the customer did not purchase or apply for. And no way to get in touch with the customer service or complain about it, and never can be refunded!

I had the best experience with eDreams. I was updated on everything i needed and they even did a check in on my flight tickets for return and had sent them to me without me having to do it myself. Definetly deserves a five star!

A scam. Essentially, they charge you a fee for extending the trial period during the trial period - counting on not reading the fine print (even though, such fine print is indeed null and void from consumer regulations' perspective).
Reality
I have paid $1503 USD to book a hotel The booking stated that the amount will only be deducted by 11 September 2023 They deducted this amount from the card the next day after my booking After speaking with the hotel, they could not locate my reservation. They require a confirmation number which has not been sent by eDreams. Customer service via online chat only promised to send an email within 72 hours to update on the situation. Beware of this app!!!!!!!! Edit: Issue resolved

Customer Service not bad. But they have hidden fees you will face trouble at the airport if you purchase for a baggage, because the airline doesn't see it on their e-ticket and will force you to pay again for it. I faced t same issue and aggregationid departure and arriving back simply because edreams do not put it through with airline. I was forced to pay twice for the baggage at the airport. So without e-ticket number confirming the fees and from the airline do not head towards the airport..

This company's extremely shady & fraudulent!They charged me in GBP although the price shown was in Euro. it makes no sense cos i am not from the UK nor i live there nor is the flight from/to the UK.💶 They stole 20€on my credit card and i got screenshots proving it. They cheat with prime membership on PC was 54.99 on the app suddenly 69.99. I received an emal eith 15€ discount if paid with PayPal in the App there is only credit card option. You can only cancel Prime on the phone (illegal here)

They hand you out to dry. The airline (austria airline) canceld my ticket on my return flight from hamburg i bought insurenc on the up, the up on the other hand say get redy for your trip. When i try to call nobody awnsers the line when i get on the up for refund tickets the page just stay on loading screen. They just get your money and dont whan to do with you anymore even when you buy on the tickets premium insurenc. I dont recomand this company for anyone.

Company will charge you $69 for a $1 discount at time of purchase. They also couldn't help me with changing anything having to do with the flight despite having paid extra for insurance. Don't go through the trouble booking with them.

Most pathtetic service i have ever seen by a travel agency. They took my money but never issued me my ticket. Even i tried to call contact thorugh mail. I tried their online chatting system but everywhere me and my calls are on hold. Please don't use their services but if you want to waste your money and want to lose peace of mind than just go ahead with them.
